PLUMBER NOTE
҃On-site testing using higher water pr ess ures must be condu cted
with th e Mixer in the closed p osition. (STATIC TEST )
҃Un der no circumstances is th e Mixer to be opened wh en
exceeding the maxi mum stated water pr essure.
҃At the comple tion of testing, do not relieve any hig h water
press ure by ope nin g the Mixer.
҃Exp osing th e intern als of the Mixer Cartridge to hig her than
speci fi ed water p res sur es will void the manuf acturers warr anty
INSTALL ATION GUIDELINES
҃The Mixer is supplied assembled, only the Fixing nut and the Brass
Clamp need to be removed.
҃Decide if the Optional Base Flange is to be us ed .
҃If using the Opti onal Base Flange discard the smaller Base O Ring.
҃Add the base Flange to base of Mi xer and attach the Flexi ble Hoses
to the Mixer Hose extensions.
҃In some cases the Flexible Hoses may need to be fed thr ough from
under the mounting sur face an d th en attach.
҃Once th e Flexible Hoses have been secur ed, lower the Mixer onto
the mounting surface.
҃Working from underneath the mounting sur face fi t Clamp and
Fixing Nut.
҃Before f ully securing th e Mixer ens ure that the Bas e O Rin g is
intact and the Mixer is cente red over the mounting surface hole .
҃The Mixer mounting surf ace mus t be completely water-tight.
҃Connect the Hot and Cold Flexible hoses to the corresponding
1/2”BSP water feed lines.
҃The 1/2” connection of the Flexi ble h os es have a conical seal,
ens ure the mating th reads are cut sq uare and burr fr ee.
҃Isolating stop valves are recommended wi th all installati ons.

҃Ensu re all fi ttings and conne ctions are water-tight.
