TO AVOID RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, BE SURE TO SHUT OFF

Turn on the power at fuse or circuit box

Turn off the power at fuse or circuit box

Hardware Package (included):

4. Pull out the source wires from the post.

Make wire connections using wire connectors (B)

as follows:

• Connect the hot wire (black insulation) from the

fixture to the black wire from the power source.

• Connect the neutral wire (white insulation) from

the fixture to the white wire from the power source.

• Connect the ground wire (bare wire) from the

fixture to the ground wire from the post.

Carefully put all of the wires back into the post.

2. Place the fitter on the top of the post, and then

secure it with the fitter screws (A).

NOTE: With silicone caulk compound,

caulk completely around where the fitter

meets with the post surface to prevent water

from seeping into the post.

3. Attach the shade to socket, then secure it with socket ring.

4. Install a bulb ( not included). See relamping label at socket

area or packaging for maximum allowed wattage.
