Thread Cutting

1.ThenewthreadfortheinsertcoilshouldbecutusingthesuppliedTap(2).

2.Mountthetapintoasuitablewrench,andslowlywindclockwiseintothefreshlydrilledhole.Always

useappropriatecuttinguid,andwindthetapback½turnanticlockwiseforeveryfullturnclockwise

toclearswarf.

3.Removethetapfromthehole.

Inserting the Coil

1.PlaceanInsertCoil(5)ontotheendoftheCoilDriver(3),sothatitispositivelylocatedwiththecoil

drivetangtowardstheendofthedriver.

2.Windclockwiseintothenewlythreadedhole.

3.Removethecoildriver.

Removing the Drive Tang

1.PositiontheTangRemover(4)intotheholesothatitrestsonthedrivetang.

2.Strikethetangremoverlightlywithahammertoremovethetang.

3.Thethreadrepairisnowcomplete,andreadyforuse.
