Handle assembly

1.TaketheHandle(2)andscrewintotheHandleExtension(3)

2.WiththeHandleandHandleExtensionassembled,screwintotheRatchetHead(1)

3.EnsuretheHandleisscrewedintightlybeforeuse

Operation

1.ChoosethecorrectsizeCuttingDie(4–7)forthepiperequired.Thepipewidthshouldbethesamesizeas

theinsertionendoftheDie(FigI).CheckbyinsertingthepipeintotheinsertionendoftheDie

2.Securethepipeinavice

3.InsertthechosenDieintotheRatchetHead(1)(FigII)

4.InsertthepipeintotheinsertionendoftheDie(FigIII)

5.UsethreadcuttingoilthoroughlyonthepipeandtheDie’scutters

6.ApplypressuretotheDieontheendofthepipeandusetheHandle(2)torotatetheRatchetHead

aroundthepipetoengagetheDie’scutterswiththepipeend(FigIV)

7.MovetheHandletousetheratchetingactionofthecuttingheadbeforethreadingmoreofthepipe.

Continuethisoperationuntilthedesiredamountofthreadonthepipeisachieved

8.PullouttheRatchetDirectionKnob(9)andchangetheratchetingdirectionbyturningit180°untilthe

arrowpointsintheoppositedirection,whichwilldisengagetheDiewhentheHandleisusedtorotate

theRatchetHead

9.UsetheHandletorotatetheRatchetHeaduntiltheDieisfullydisengagedfromtheendofthepipe

10.BecarefulnottodamagethenewthreadswhenremovingtheDiefromthepipeend

devraitavoirlamêmelargeurquecelledel’extrémitéd’insertiondelalièrechoisie(Fig.I).Vouspouvez

envérierlataillesimplementeninsérantletuyaudansl’extrémitéd’insertiondelalière.

2.Placezletuyaudansunétau.

3.Insérezlalièrechoisiedanslatêteducliquet(1)(Fig.II).

4.Insérezletuyaudansl’extrémitéd’insertiondelalière(Fig.III).

5.Versezsoigneusementl’huiledecoupepourleletagesurletuyauetsurlestranchantsdelalière.

6.Appliquezunecertainepressionsurlalièreplacéeàl’extrémitédutuyaupuis,servez-vousdumanche

(2)pourfairetournerlatêteducliquetautourdutuyauand’introduirelestranchantsdelalièredans

l’extrémitédutuyauàleter(Fig.IV).

7.Faitesbougerlemancheand’activerl’actiondecliquetdelatêtedecoupeavantdepoursuivrele

letagedutuyau.Répétezcetteopérationjusqu’àavoirobtenuleletagevoulu.

8.Tirezversvouspourlefairesortirleboutondonnantlesensderotationducliquet(9)ettournez-leà

180°jusqu’àcequelaèchesoittournéedansladirectionopposée.Cetteopérationsertàdésengagerla

lièrelorsquelemancheestutilisépourtournerlatêteducliquet.

9.Servez-vousdumanchepourfairetournerlatêteducliquetjusqu’àcequelalièresoittotalement

désengagéedel’extrémitédutuyau.

10.Soyezparticulièrementattentifànepasabîmerleletageàpeineréalisélorsquevousvoulezextrairela

lièredel’extrémitédutuyau.
