BATTERY INSTALLATION
WARNING: In order to maintain the XPP-5411GX’s Intrinsically Safe rating, the only AAA
batteries certi ed for use with this light are the ENERGIZER E92 or EN92 BATTERIES.
yDo not attempt to use any other brand or model of AAA batteries with this light.
yDo not attempt to use any type of rechargeable AAA batteries with this light.
Warning: To prevent ignition of a hazardous atmosphere, do not remove the lens bezel
in the hazardo us environment. This task must ONLY be done in an area known to be
non-hazardous.
yUnscrew the lens bezel from the housing in a counterclockwise direction.
yUsing 2 – AAA ENERGIZER E92 or EN92 BATTERIES (make sure both batteries are of the
same type), install the batteries in the light paying close attention to make sure that the positive
end of the batteries point toward the bezel end of the light.
yReplace the lens bezel by screwing it onto the housing in a clockwise direction.
OPERATION
THE XPP-5411GX HAS TWO SEPARATE LIGHTING MODES:
MOMENTARY FLASHLIGHT MODE
Lightly press the tail switch for momentary operation. Release the switch to turn the light off.
CONSTANT-ON FLASHLIGHT MODE
Press the tail switch until it clicks and then release for constant-on mode. Press and release
the tail switch again to turn the light off.
NIGHTSTICK NS-HMC12 MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
yEnsure the mounting surface is clean and oil-free (use alcohol wipe if needed)
yPrior to installing, determine the mounting location that allows the light to fully tilt without
interfering with helmet brim.
yRemove adhesive backing.
yFirmly press bracket into place up for 30 seconds.
NOTE: ADHESIVE REACHES PEAK STRENGTH IN 24 HOURS. DO NOT MOUNT
LIGHT DURING THIS PERIOD.
ATTACH TO THE HARD HAT LAMP BRACKET
Slide the light into the slot on the mount and press down rmly until it is fully engaged
into the bracket.
REMOVE FROM THE HARD HAT LAMP BRACKET
Grasp the light and pull until it slides out of the mount.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Bayco Products, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and
materials for the original purchaser’s lifetime. The Limited Lifetime Warranty includes the LEDs,
housing and lenses. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches, electronics and included
accessories are warranted for a period of two years with proof of purchase. Normal wear and
failures which are caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, faulty installation and lightning damage
are excluded.
We will repair or replace this product should we determine it to be defective. This is the
only warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or tness for a
particular purpose.

yDévisser la lunette avec lentille du boîtier dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre.
yEn utilisant 2 piles – AAA- ENERGIZER E92 ou EN92, installer les piles dans la lampe en
portant une grande attention an de s’assurer que le côté positif des piles soit dirigé vers la
lunette de la lampe.
yReplacer la lunette avec lentille en le vissant au boîtier dans le sens des aiguilles d’une
montre.
FONCTIONNEMENT
LA LAMPE XPP-5411GX DISPOSE DE DEUX MODES D’ÉCLAIRAGE:

Appuyer légèrement sur le bouton interrupteur pour une mise en marche momentanée.
Relâcher le bouton interrupteur pour éteindre la lumière.
LAMPE DE POCHE À MODE D’ÉCLAIRAGE CONTINU
Appuyer sur le bouton interrupteur jusqu’à ce qu’il s’enclenche puis relâcher pour un mode
d’éclairage continu. Appuyer et relâcher encore le bouton interrupteur pour éteindre la lumière.

yAvant l’installation, déterminez l’emplacement de montage qui permet à la lumière de
s’incliner complètement sans interférer avec le bord du casque.
yRetirez le support adhésif.
yAppuyez fermement sur le support en place pendant 30 secondes.

yRecoloque a tampa frontal da lente, parafusando o suporte no sentido horário.
OPERAÇÃO
A XPP-5411GX POSSUI DOIS MODOS DE ILUMINAÇÃO SEPARADAS:

Pressione levemente o interruptor para operação momentânea. Solte o botão para desligar
a luz.
MODO LUZ CONSTANTE:
