1. DO NOT use this Fan in areas where flammable vapors are present or where products such as gasoline, solvents, oil
based paint or flammable chemicals, liquids or sprays are used, stored or being applied.
2. DO NOT use this Fan in agricultural facilities including areas where grain, hay, or feed is stored or areas where livestock,
poultry or animals are confined.
3. DO NOT run power cord under throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings or allow furniture or heavy objects to rest on
the cord. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances.
4. The Blue Plug™ on your Lasko Fan is a safety feature. It contains a non-replaceable safety device (fuse) that should not be
removed or tampered with. To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and personal injury, DO NOT attempt to remove, replace,
repair or tamper with the originally supplied plug. If the Fan has stopped functioning, it may be due to the safety device
incorporated in this plug. Call 800-233-0268, Monday - Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern for questions. If
the plug warning label is missing or damaged, call the toll free number for a replacement label.
5. THIS FAN HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (one blade is wider than the other). This plug is designed to fit into the outlet only
one way. Match the wide blade to wide slot in outlet and FULLY INSERT. DO NOT attempt to bypass or defeat this safety
feature. If the plug does not fit in the outlet, consult a qualified electrician. The outlet may need to be replaced. “To Reduce
The Risk Of Fire or Electric Shock, Do Not Use This Fan With Any Solid-State Speed Control Device.
6. DO NOT use this Fan outdoors, near water, bath tubs, swimming pools, hot tubs or other wet areas.
7. DO NOT depend on the ON/OFF switch as the sole means of disconnecting power to the Fan when moving, cleaning or
servicing. ALWAYS unplug the Fan when servicing or when not in use.
8. NEVER operate any Fan with a damaged cord or plug or after the Fan malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in
any manner.
9. DO NOT leave children unattended while the Fan is in use or plugged in.
10. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
OPERATION
1. Plug the Fan into any standard 120V AC household outlet.
2. Using the rotary switch, set the desired Fan speed.
MAINTENANCE
1. To clean your Fan, use a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution. NEVER IMMERSE ELECTRICAL PARTS IN WATER.
Never use gasoline, benzene, thinner, hard cleansers, etc. Be certain that the Fan is completely dry before plugging in.
2. Lubrication is not required as your Fan has permanently lubricated bearings.
3. Store in a clean and dry area when not in use.
This Fan is for residential use only.
It is not intended to be used in commercial, industrial or agricultural settings.

(VALID IN THE USA, ITS TERRITORIES, AND CANADA ONLY)
WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS: This product is warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials.
HOW LONG THIS WARRANTY LASTS: This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and lasts for
one (1) year from the date of original purchase or until the original purchaser of the product sells or transfers the product,
whichever first occurs.
WHAT LASKO WILL DO: Lasko will, at its sole option, repair or replace any part or parts that prove to be defective or
replace the whole product with the same or comparable model. For all warranty claims, the product must be returned to
Lasko Products, LLC at customer expense with proof of purchase within the warranty period. Contact the Lasko customer
service department to obtain a Return Authorization (“RA”). DO NOT return products without an RA or the warranty claim
will not be processed.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: This warranty does not apply if the product was damaged or failed because
of accident, improper handling or operation, shipping damage, abuse, misuse, unauthorized repairs made or attempted.
This warranty does not cover shipping costs for the return of products to Lasko for repair or replacement. Lasko will pay
return shipping charges from Lasko following warranty repairs or replacement.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LASKO’S LIABILITY UNDER ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY INCLUDE INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE
CONTRARY, IN NO EVENT SHALL LASKO’S LIABILITY UNDER ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY EXCEED THE
PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AND ANY SUCH LIABILITY SHALL TERMINATE UPON THE EXPIRATION OF
THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
Some states and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state and province to province. Proof of
purchase is required before a warranty claim will be accepted.

3. NO PASE el cable de corriente por alfombras, esteras o cubiertas similares ni permita que muebles u otros objetos pesados
se apoyen en el cable. No pase el cable por debajo de muebles o aparatos.
4. EL BLUE PLUG del ventilador Lasko es una característica de seguridad. Contiene un dispositivo de seguridad (fusible)
irremplazable, que no debe retirarse ni manejarse. Para reducir los riesgos de incendio, choque eléctrico o lesiones
personales, NO TRATE de quitar, reemplazar, reparar ni manejar la clavija original. Si el ventilador deja de funcionar eso
puede deberse al dispositivo de seguridad incorporado en esa clavija. Llame al 800-233-0268, de lunes a viernes de 8:00
am a 5:00 pm (hora del este) si tiene preguntas. Si la etiqueta de advertencia de la clavija está ausente o dañada, llame
al número de larga distancia gratuita para pedir un repuesto.
5. ESTE VENTILADOR TIENE UNA CLAVIJA POLARIZADA (una pata es más ancha que la otra). Esta clavija está diseñada para
insertarse en el tomacorriente solamente en una posición. Haga coincidir la pata ancha con la ranura amplia del tomacorri-
ente e INSÉRTELA POR COMPLETO. NO TRATE DE esquivar o anular esta medida de seguridad. Si la clavija no cabe en el
tomacorriente, consulte con un electricista calificado. Podría ser necesario reemplazar el tomacorriente. Para reducir el riesgo
de incendio o choque eléctrico, no utilice este ventilador con ningún dispositivo de control de velocidad de estado sólido.
6. NO UTILICE este ventilador en exteriores, de agua, tinas, albercas, jacuzzis y otras áreas húmedas.
7. NO DEPENDA del interruptor como único medio de desconectar la corriente del ventilador cuando lo vaya a mover, limpiar
o darle mantenimiento. SIEMPRE desconecte el ventilador cuando le dé mantenimiento o no lo esté usando.
8. NUNCA OPERE ningún ventilador con el cable o la clavija dañados, o después de que se haya descompuesto, se haya
caído o dañado de cualquier manera.

FUNCIONAMIENTO
1. Conecte el ventilador en cualquier tomacorriente doméstico estándar de 120 Vca.
2. Determine la velocidad deseada con el interruptor giratorio.
MANTENIMIENTO
1. Para limpiar el ventilador, use un paño suave humedecido en una solución ligera de jabón. NUNCA SUMERJA EN AGUA
LAS PARTES ELÉCTRICAS. Nunca use gasolina, benceno, solventes, limpiadores abrasivos, etcétera. Revise que el
ventilador esté completamente seco antes de enchufarlo.
2. No se requiere lubricación p2-ya que el ventilador tiene cojinetes de lubricación permanente.
3. Guárdese en un área limpia y seca cuando no esté en uso.
Este ventilador es para uso residencial exclusivamente.
No está diseñado para usarse en ambientes comerciales, industriales o agrícolas.
