IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

5. Do not use this apparatus near water.
6. Clean only with dry cloth.
7. Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
8. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers)
that produce heat.
9. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider
than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are
provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the

CONNECTING THE UNIT TO POWER
Plug one end of the AC adaptor into the DC power Input, and then plug the other end into AC wall outlet.
Before switching on the unit, make sure that the voltage of your electricity supply is the same as that indicated
on the rating plate.
BATTERY BACKUP
There is a built-in CR-2032 battery inside the battery compartment.
In case of power failure or interrupted AC power, the current time and alarm time settings, the stored radio
stations are preserved in the memory of the unit by means of battery back-up function.
DIMMER CONTROL
Press the DIMMER button to select the brightness of the display
CHARGE YOUR DEVICES
Connect the standard size end of a USB cable (not included) to the USB port on the unit and connect the other
end to the charging port of your device.
The unit contains one USB port with 5V ~ 1A charging.
Remarks: Some devices may not support USB charging or may require a higher power rating than this
product provides. Observe the charging status on your device. Ensure your device is working properly before
attempting to charge. Charging function may not be supported for all phones or electronic devices

SETTING THE CLOCK
1. When the unit is OFF, press and hold the CLOCK button for about 1 second, the ‘HOUR” digit will begin to
flash on the display.
2. Press the TIME+ TIME− button or button to adjust the hour, when the correct hour is selected, press the
CLOCK button again. The “MINUTE” minute digit will begin to flash.
3. Press the button or button to adjust the minute. When the correct minute is selected, press TIME+ TIME−
the button to confirm. CLOCK
Note : When is show in the top left color of the display, indicate the time displayed is “A” AM.

SETTING THE ALARMS
1. When the unit is OFF, press and hold the ALARM button for 1 second, the “ALARM ON” and the “HOUR”
digit of the alarm time will begin to flash on the display.
2. Press the TIME+ button or T button to adjust the alarm hour, when the desired alarm hour is selected, IME−
press the ALARM button again. The alarm minute will begin to flash.
3. Press the button or TIME+ TIME− button to adjust the alarm minute. When the desired alarm minute is
selected, press the ALARM button to confirm.
4. The alarm wake up source “rA” (radio) “bU” (buzzer) or will begin to flash. Use the or to TIME+ TIME−
select the alarm wake up source, when selected, press the ALARM button to confirm.
Note : Please make sure the ALARM ON with the alarm time is display on the display.
TURN OFF THE ALARM
Whenever the alarm activate, press the ALARM button to turn off the alarm. The display will then show
“ALARM OFF”.
SNOOZE FUNCTION
1. Whenever the alarm (radio or buzzer) activates, it can be temporarily suspended for a short period of 9
minutes by pressing the SNOOZE/SLEEP button once. (The “ALARM ON” in the display will keep flashing
during this 9 minutes SNOOZE period).
2. The buzzer or radio will then automatically activate again after the 9 minutes SNOOZE period has ended.
3. This procedure can be repeated for up to approximately one hour.
PROJECTION
1. Press the PROJECTION ON/OFF button to turn on the PROJECTION function.
2. The projector displays the time via a bright red projection light onto a wall, ceiling or any surface for
viewing in a darkened room.
3. Rotate the PROJECTOR WHEEL to point the Projector lens to the desired direction. The projector lens
can vertically swivel 180° so that you may view the TIME from different position. .
4. If the projected image is out of focus, use the to adjust the image until the PROJECTION FOCUS knob
projection is in focus.
5. Press the PROJECTION ROTATE 180°FLIP button to flip the projected image for 180°.
6. To turn off the PROJECTION function, press the PROJECTION ON/OFF button again.
Notes
1. Do not stare into the lens directly.
2. The projector function cannot be used unless the clock has been set.
3. Certain walls and ceilings may not display the projection properly.
4. Don’t rotate the projector wheel beyond its limits, it may be damaged.
LISTENING TO THE FM RADIO
1. Press the POWER button to turn on the unit.
2. Press the FUNCTION button to select FM radio (current radio frequency will be shown on the display)
3. Press VOL + VOL – or Button for the desired volume level;
MANUAL STATION SELECTION
Press the TUN+/SKIP+ button or TUN-/SKIP- button step by step to tune to the desired radio stations.

SEARCH STATION OPERATION
Press and hold the TUN+/SKIP+ TUN-/SKIP- button or button for approx. 1 second, it will start to search the
next radio station in the direction of the search. The search operation simply finds stations with strong signals.
Stations with weak reception can only be tuned in manually.
ANTENNA
For best reception, fully extend the FM wire antenna to receive FM stations.
SAVING A RADIO STATION TO THE MEMORY
1. Tune the radio to the desired station.
2. Press and hold the PRESET/PLAY button for approx. 1 second, the display will show PXX and flashing,
where ‘XX’ is the next memory station number. Press the TUN+/SKIP+ TUN-/SKIP- button or button to
select the memory station number.
3. Press the PRESET/PLAY button to store the radio station in the memory..
4. Repeat step 1 to 3 to store more radio stations in the memory.
5. Up to 10 FM radio stations can be stored in the memory.
TO LISTEN TO A SAVED RADIO STATION
Press the PRESET/PLAY button to select the stored radio station. Press the PRESET/PLAY button skip up to the
next memory station.
SLEEP TO MUSIC FUNCTION
1. This function allows you to listen to the radio while you fall asleep.
2. Press the SNOOZE/SLEEP button, the display will show the default sleep time of 90 minutes
3. Press the SNOOZE/SLEEP button again to adjust the desired sleep time.
4. The options are 90-80-70-60-50-40-30-20-10- 00(OFF)
5. Now you can enjoy listening to the radio for the pre-set period of sleep time.
6. After this pre-set time has elapsed, the unit will switch off automatically.
AUX IN CONNECTION
1. Press the POWER button to turn on the unit.
2. Insert one side of the audio cable (requires 3.5mm stereo plug, not supplied) into the line-out jack or
phones jack on your MP3 player or audio device and the other side to the aux-in jack on the unit.
3. Press the FUNCTION button to select AUX mode, “AUX” will display in the display.
4. Turn on your MP3 player and follow the playback instruction.
5. To stop this function, simply turned off your MP3 player or select other modes.
BLUETOOTH OPERATION
Connecting BLUETOOTH
1. Press the POWER button to turn on the unit.
2. Press the FUNCTION button to select BLUETOOTH bT mode, ‘ ‘ will show and flash in the display.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth of your device and search the unit for connection. Your Bluetooth device should find
“HX-108CR HANNLOMAX”. Select this for connection.
4. If connection is successful, your Bluetooth device may show Bluetooth is connected. ‘ bT ‘ remain on in
the display.
5. Select and play the audio file though your Bluetooth device.
6. You can use the TUN+/SKIP+ button to go to the next track or press the TUN-/SKIP- button to go back to
the previous track.
7. Press the PRESET/PLAY button to temporarily pause playing. To resume, press the PRESET/PLAY
button again.
8. Press VOL + VOL – or Button for the desired volume level;
Turn Off the Bluetooth Operation
To turn off the BLUETOOTH operation, press the FUNCTION button or select other modes.
