2. Montagehinweise
Bei Montage, des CPX-Terminals an ein geerdetes Maschinengestell oder
eine geerdete Hutschiene, stellen Sie mit dem Kontaktblech 1 eine nieder-
ohmige Verbindung zum Erdpotenzial her.

i CPX-Terminal mit Pneu-
matik.
• Montieren Sie das Kon-
taktblech 1 an die End-
platte 2.
Be
i CPX-Terminal ohne
Pneumatik.
• Montieren Sie das Kon-
taktblech 1 an die End-
platte 2 oder an die End-
platte 3.
Hinweis
Bei Montage auf rechter Endplatte 3:
Verwenden Sie die Kontaktscheibe 5 sowie die Kontaktschraube 6
inkl. Unterlegscheibe aus der linken Endplatte 2, um eine sichere
Kontaktierung zu gewährleisten.
3. Montage
• Drehen Sie die Schraube
6 heraus mit einem
TORX-Schraubendreher
T20.
• Setzen Sie das Kontakt-
blech 1 ein.
• Drehen Sie die Schraube
6 fest mit einem TORX-
Schraubendreher T20.
Beachten Sie das maximal
zulässige Anzugsdreh-
moment.
• Stellen Sie eine nieder-
ohmige Verbindung her:
– Bei Wandmontage mit M6-
Schrauben am Kontaktan-
schluss 7.

Schrauben am Kontaktan-
schluss 8.

utschienenmontage

2. Mechanical connection
When fitting the CPX terminal on an earthed machine frame or an earthed
hat rail, use the contact plate 1 to create a low impedance connection to
the earth potential.
For CPX
terminal with pneu-
matic system.
• Fit the contact plate 1 on
end plate 2.
For CPX ter
minal without
pneumatic system.
• Fit the contact plate 1 on
end plate 2 or end plate
3.
Note
When fitting on right-hand end plate 3:
Use the contact disc 5 and the contact screw 6 with washer from
the left-hand end plate 2 to guarantee secure contacting.
3. Fitting
• Remove the screw 6 with
a TORX T20 screwdriver.
• Mount the contact plate
1.
• Tighten the screw 6 fest
with a TORX T20 screw-
driver.
Note the maximum per-
mitted tightening torque.
• Create a low impedance
connection:
– For fitting onto a wall with
M6 screws on contact
connection 7.
– For fitt
