Die Teile 3 5, , aB und aC sind lose vormontiert.
4. Vorbereitung
Notwendig
e Anzahl der Justierbausätze und die Befestigungspunkte für
das Flächenportal aD beachten ( Mitgeltende Dokumente).
Montagefläche mit Befestigungsgewinde für die Gewindebolzen 2 vorbe-
reiten. Gewindetiefe ≥ 12 mm vorsehen.
5. Vormontage

Klemmhalter 8 auf Zwi-
schenplatte 7 mit Schrau-
ben 9 leicht fixieren.
Die Klemmhalter 8 lassen
sich noch bewegen.
6. Montage

Justierbausätze mit dem
Gewindebolzen 2 und der-
Sicherungsscheibe 1 auf
der Montagefläche befesti-
gen.
Justierbausätze in der Höhe
entsprechend zueinander
vorjustieren (Höhen-
differenz ± 1 mm) ( Ab-
schnitt 7).

7. Justierung
Der Justierbausatz EADC-E11-30 bietet mehrere Justiermöglichkeiten.
Justierte Ausrichtung mit folgenden Teilen befestigen.

Die erforderliche Höhe ist am
Gewindebolzen 2 einzustellen
(h ≤ 14 mm).
Höhenjustierung mit Konter-
mutter 3 befestigen.

Die Zwischenplatte 7 lässt
sich nach dem leichten auf-
drehen der Schrauben aC
um ± 3 mm hin und her be-
wegen.
Justierung der Parallelität
mit den Schrauben aC be-
festigen

Der Flansch 6 ist in alle Rich-
tungen um 12° (± 6°) beweg-
lich.
Winkeljustierung des Kugel-
gelenks mit Klemmschrau-

Observe the safety instructions ( applicable documents).
Observe tightening torques ( section 8).

The parts 3 5, , aB and aC are supplied pre-assembled.
4. Preparation
Make sure you have the number
of adjusting kits required and
observe the mo
unting points for the planar surface gantry aD
( applicable documents).
Prepare the mounting surface with mounting thread for the threaded
bolts 2. Provide for a thread depth of ≥ 12 mm.
5. Preassembly

Clamp the clamp holder 8
lightly to the intermediate
plate 7 with screws 9.
The clamp holder 8 should
still be able to move.
6. Mounting

Attach the adjusting kit to
the installation surface with
the threaded bolts 2 and
the retaining washer 1.
Pre-adjust the adjusting kits
so that their heights
correspond (height
difference ± 1 mm)
( section 7).

Place the planar surface
gantry aD on the inter-
mediate plate 7 and align
( applicable documents
and section 7).
Push clamp holder 8 to the
profile.
Tighten screws 9.

7. Adjustment
The adjusting kit EADC-E11-30 offers multiple adjustment options.
Fix the adjusted alignment with the following parts.

Fix the height adjustment
with the lock nut 3.

about ± 3 mm after the
screws aC have been un-
screwed slightly.
Fix the parallelism adjust-
ment with the screws aC
.
