WITH AN ELECTRONIC TIMER.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
- Use the product only as described in this
manual.
- This product is intended for household use
only.
- This product is not for commercial,
industrial, or outdoor use.
- Do not immerse unit, plug or cord in water
or any other liquids.
- Do not spray the product with liquids.
- Do not cover the product.
- Do not use in humid spaces or near a sink.
- Do not use in the presence of explosive
and/or ammable fumes.
- Do not place the product or any part of it
near an open re or another heat source.
- Always place out of reach of children.
- Always place on a stable surface.
- Remove all objects in the direct vicinity
of the article in order not to block the
swerving mechanism.
- Never put anything through the ventilation
cage and always keep under supervision
when switched on.
- Do not place near an open window.
- This product is not intended for use by
persons (including children under 8 years)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning the
use of the product by a person responsible
for their safety. Children must not play with
the product. Cleaning and maintenance
should not be done by children without
supervision.
- Before connecting the appliance, check
that the voltage values shown on the data
plate correspond to those of the electricity
supply network.
- The power socket must be easy to reach so
the plug can be removed quickly in case of
emergency.
After removing the packing materials, check
the condition of the appliance. If you have
doubts about the state of the device, do
not use it and contact a qualied person for
help. The packing materials (plastic bags,
polystyrene foam, nails, etc.) must be kept
out the reach of children since they can be
dangerous.
ALWAYS UNPLUG THE APPLIANCE WHEN:
- not in use.
- moving the product from one location to
another.
- maintaining or servicing parts of the
product.
- cleaning the product.
DO NOT USE WHEN:
- the plug or cord is damaged.
- the product has fallen.
- the product is not functioning properly.
- the product is damaged in any way.
- Do not hang or mount the product on a
wall or ceiling.
- Do not operate the product if the grills are
not properly placed.
- The cord should be replaced by a recognized
electrician if it shows signs of damage.
ASSEMBLY
Turn the appliance upside down. Clip the two halves
of the base together, passing the mains cable
though the hole in the center. Fix the base to the fan
body using the three screws provided.
Fix the mains cable into the clip and pass through
the slot in the edge of the base as shown. Return the
appliance to the upright position.
OPERATION
– If connecting via an extension lead, make sure that
the lead is rated at 3 Amp or more, and that it is fully
unwound.
– If any other appliances are connected to the same
extension lead, make sure that it is rated for the
total power of all appliances connected.
– Switch the appliance on at the mains socket.
– Use the rotary switch to select the speed required:
1 = Low Speed
2 = Medium Speed
3 = High Speed
– Switch the rotary switch to "OFF" to turn the fan
o.
– Unplug the appliance from the mains when not
in use.
– Turn the rotary switch to 1 <--> 2 <--> 3 to turn
the oscillation on. Turn the rotary switch to "OFF"
to switch the oscillation o.
MAINTENANCE
1. Before cleaning, turn the appliance o, and
disconnect it from the mains supply.
2. The appliance may then be cleaned using a damp
cloth with a drop of washing-up liquid to remove
any dust or dirt from the case.
3. Do no use stronger detergents or solvents as these
may damage the paint nish.
4. Using a dry 1" (25mm) paint-brush, remove any
dust from the grilles.
If the mains lead is damaged, the article must be
disposed of.
THE ENVIRONMENT
When this product reaches the end of its useful life,
hand it in at a collection point for the recycling of
electric and electronic equipment. Please refer to the
symbols on the product, the user instructions or the
packaging. Contact your municipality for the address of
the appropriate collection point in your neighborhood.

VEILIGHEID INSTRUCTIES:
- Gebruik de ventilator alleen zoals in deze
handleiding beschreven.
- Dit product is alleen bedoeld voor
huishoudelijk gebruik.
- Niet voor commercieel, industrieel of
gebruik buitenshuis.

Dompel het apparaat, de stekker of het
snoer niet in water of in andere vloeistoen.
- Besproei de ventilator niet met
vloeistoen.
- Dek de ventilator niet af.
- Niet gebruiken in vochtige ruimtes of in de
buurt van een gootsteen.
- Niet gebruiken in de buurt van explosieve
en/of licht ontvlambare dampen.
- Plaats het artikel of een deel ervan niet
in de buurt van open vuur of een andere
warmtebron.
- Plaats altijd buiten het bereik van kinderen.
- Plaats altijd op een vlakke ondergrond.
- Verwijder alle voorwerpen in de directe
nabijheid van het artikel om het
zwenkmechanisme niet te blokkeren.
- Nooit iets door het ventilatierooster steken
en altijd onder toezicht houden wanneer
ingeschakeld.
- Plaats niet in de buurt van een open raam.
- Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld voor gebruik
door personen (waaronder kinderen) met
verminderde lichamelijke, zintuiglijke
of geestelijke vermogens, of die gebrek
aan ervaring of kennis hebben, tenzij er
iemand aanwezig is die verantwoordelijk is
voor hun veiligheid toezicht op hen houdt,
of hen heeft uitgelegd hoe het apparaat
dient te worden gebruikt.
- Controleer voordat u het apparaat
aansluit of de spanningswaarden op het
typeplaatje overeenkomen met die van
het elektriciteitsnet.
- Het stopcontact moet gemakkelijk
bereikbaar zijn zodat de stekker in geval
van nood snel kan worden verwijderd.
Controleer de staat van het apparaat nadat
u het verpakkingsmateriaal hebt verwijderd.
Als u twijfelt over de staat van het apparaat,
gebruik het dan niet en neem contact op
met een gekwaliceerd persoon voor hulp.
Het verpakkingsmateriaal (plastic zakken,
piepschuim, karton enz.) moet buiten het
bereik van kinderen worden gehouden,
aangezien dit gevaarlijk kan zijn.
TREK ALTIJD DE STEKKER UIT HET
STOPCONTACT BIJ:
- geen gebruik,
- verplaatsing van het artikel van de ene
locatie naar de andere.
- onderhoud plegen van het artikel of delen
ervan.
- schoonmaken van het artikel.
NIET GEBRUIKEN WANNEER:
- de stekker of het snoer beschadigd zijn.
- het artikel gevallen is.
- het artikel niet naar behoren functioneert.

het artikel op enigerlei wijze beschadigd is.
- Hang of monteer de ventilator niet aan een
muur of plafond.
- Niet in werking zetten als het
ventilatorrooster nog niet gemonteerd is.
- Als het snoer beschadigd is, moet het door
een erkend elektricien worden vervangen.
MONTAGE
Draai het apparaat ondersteboven. Klik de twee
helften van de basis in elkaar, zorg ervoor dat het
netsnoer door de opening in het midden steekt.
Bevestig de basis aan de onderkant van de ventilator
met de drie schroeven.
Bevestig het netsnoer in de clip en in de sleuf aan
de rand van de basis, zoals afgebeeld. Draai het
apparaat rechtop.
GEBRUIK
– Let erop dat bij gebruik van een verlengsnoer het
snoer geschikt is voor 3 Amp of meer, en dat het
volledig afgewikkeld is.
– Als er andere apparaten zijn aangesloten op
hetzelfde verlengsnoer, let er dan op dat het
geschikt is voor het totale vermogen van alle
aangesloten toestellen.
– Steek de stekker van het verlengsnoer in het
stopcontact.
– Gebruik de draaiknop om de gewenste snelheid
te selecteren:
1 = lage snelheid
2 = medium snelheid
3 = hoge snelheid
– Draai de draaiknop op "OFF" om de ventilator uit
te schakelen.
– Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact wanneer de
ventilator niet in gebruik is.
– Draai de draaiknop op 1 <--> 2 <--> 3 om het
zwenken in te schakelen. Draai naar "OFF" om uit
te schakelen.
ONDERHOUD
1. Schakel voor het reinigen het apparaat uit en trek
de stekker uit het stopcontact.
2. Het apparaat kan vervolgens worden gereinigd
met een vochtige doek met een druppel
afwasmiddel om stof of vuil van de behuizing te
verwijderen.
3. Gebruik geen sterkere reinigingsmiddelen of
oplosmid delen, aangezien deze de lak kunnen
beschadigen.
4. Verwijder met behulp van een droog 25mm (1")
penseel stof uit de roosters.
Als het netsnoer beschadigd is, moet het artikel
worden afgevoerd.
HET MILIEU
Wanneer dit product het einde van zijn levensduur
heeft bereikt, inleveren bij een inzamelpunt
voor hergebruik van elektrische en elektronische
apparatuur. Let op de verwijzingen en symbolen
op het product, in de instructie of op de verpakking.
Neem contact op met uw gemeente voor het adres
van het daarvoor bestemde inzamelpunt in uw
buurt.
