The cable has to be stripped to the correct length to receive a good
crimping result. Please follow the speciïŹcations of the contact material!
Pour obtenir un rĂ©sultat de sertissage convenable, le cĂąble doit ĂȘtre
dénudé à la bonne longueur. Pour ce faire, veuillez respecter les
caractéristiques du matériau de contact !

slide it to the required stripping length
of wire.

Close the tool until the jaws release.

MODE D‘EMPLOI
Mit dem Abisolierwerkzeug können gĂ€ngige Kabel von 0,03 bis 16,0 mmÂČ
sicher abisoliert werden. Der Einstellschieber fĂŒr die Schnitttiefen-Einstel-
lung ist diesem Anwendungsbereich angepasst und werksmĂ€ĂŸig einge-
stellt. Durch Verstellen in den + bzw. - Bereich kann der Einstellbereich der
jeweiligen Isolationsdicke oder auch LeiterausfĂŒhrung angepasst werden.
Marketable goods from 0,03 to 16,0 mmÂČ can safely be stripped with the
stripping tool. The POWERPLUS is matched to this application range and
factory provi ded adjusted. By adjusting into the + or - area the setting range
of the respective insulation thickness or cable type can be matched.
Avec l‘outil de dĂ©nudage, des cĂąbles courants de 0,03 Ă  16,0 mmÂČ peuvent
ĂȘtre dĂ©nudĂ©s en toute sĂ©curitĂ©. Le curseur de rĂ©glage pour le rĂ©glage de la
profondeur de coupe est adaptĂ© au champ d‘application et rĂ©glĂ© par dĂ©faut.
Il est possible d‘adapter la plage de rĂ©glage de lâ€˜Ă©paisseur d‘isolation ou des
ïŹls en la rĂ©glant Ă  l‘aide de + ou -.

Push the blade out of the groove
and remove it carefully. If necessary
insert new blade into the groove
until it stops.

INFORMATION! Der PUR-Feder-Block verhindert ein Zusammen-
schlagen des Werkzeuges wÀhrend des Abisoliervorganges. Hierdurch
werden VerschleißschĂ€den an HĂ€nden und Unterarmen vorgebeugt.
Der PUR-Feder-Block ist ein demontierbares Einzelteil und kann wie
folgt eingefĂŒgt oder entnommen werden:
INFORMATION! The PUR-spring-block prevents a jerky movement of the
tool during the stripping process. Wear damages on hands and forearms
will be obviated. The PUR-spring-block is a removeable single part and
which can be taken or insert as follows:
INFORMATION : Le bloc ressort PUR empĂȘche l‘outil de se refermer
brutalement lors du dĂ©nudage. Il permet ainsi dâ€˜Ă©viter des blessures au
niveau des mains et des avant-bras liĂ©es Ă  l‘usure. Le bloc ressort PUR
est constituĂ© d‘une seule piĂšce dĂ©montable et peut ĂȘtre ajoutĂ© ou sup-
primé comme suit :

Mit Hilfe eines Schraubendrehers
PUR-Feder-Block vorne in die Aus-
sparung positionieren.
Locate the PUR-spring-block with the
help of a screwdriver into the front of
the gap.
À l‘aide d‘un tournevis, positionner le
bloc ressort PUR à l‘avant du logement.

Open SAFELINE upwards and
remove the exchange device
out of the pocket of the handle.

Griffe bis zum Anschlag zu-
sammen drĂŒcken und halten.
Close the handle until it stops
and hold it.
Presser les poignĂ©es jusqu‘en

Tauschen Sie das obere
Messer entsprechend aus.
Exchange the upper blade
accordingly.
Changer le couteau supérieur
correspondant.
Nicht benötigte Messer und Aus-
tauschhilfe anschließend in die
jeweilige Aussparung der SAFELINE
einschieben und sicher aufbewahren.
Store the blades and the exchange
device which are not needed into the
pockets of the SAFELINE.
