SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS

The tool may be used only with butane or a propane-butane mixture. The tool has its own tank, which must

be fi lled with either gas. Filling must be carried out from pressurised containers by means of an adequate

adapter, provided along with containers.

Do not ever fi ll the tank without having previously read the instructions printed on the container.

The original structure and settings must not be modifi ed. An attempt to modify the settings or the structure

of the unit and remove certain elements or using them for other purposes than intended may be danger-

ous.

Do not use the device if the sealing is damaged or worn out. Do not use the device, if it is untight, damaged

or if it is not functioning correctly. Do not use the device which bears any sign of damage.

Close the valves of the unit before fi lling the tank with gas. Do not smoke while changing gas cartridges.

The tool must be operated in well ventilated areas, in accordance with national regulations regarding: sup-

ply of air for burning; avoidance of dangerous gathering on unburnt gases.

The tool should be used far from infl ammable materials. Keep a minimum distance of 5 metres between

the outlet of the burner and the nearby surfaces (walls, ceilings). Do not ever direct the outlet of the burner

towards people or animals.

The gas tank must be fi lled in well ventilated places, preferably outdoors, far from any sources of fire, such

as open fl ames, pilot burners, electric heaters and away from other people.

If the tool is not tight (you can smell gas), then remove it immediately outdoors to a well-ventilated place

containing no source of fi re, where the leakage may be localized and eliminated. If you want to check

any leakage of the tool, do it outdoors. Do not try to detect leakage using flames. To do so use water with

soap.

During work the outlets of the burners heat up to a high temperature. Keep children and bystanders away

from the tool.

Before you proceed to fi ll the gas tank, make sure the gas burners are off .

Do not modify the tool.

In case the tool must be sent to the manufacturer or a service point, it is required to cool it down, empty the gas

tank and then place the in its case and protect it adequately for the given means of transport.

It is prohibited to send the tool along with the tank fi lled with gas. Transport of dangerous materials

is subject to restrictions.

Do not put a burning burner down. Do not heat up gas cartridges or burn hoses. Replace the accessories,

Do not work indoors; provide good ventilation. Work only in a clean area, away from inflammable or greasy

During work observe indications regarding: gas consumption (at normal settings) adequately for each of

the accessories and the shelf life of the gas tanks.

Empty the gas tank, if the unit is not to be used for a long period or in case it is transported in a vehicle.

In case of a gas leakage, it is required to immediately turn the burner offand walk away from any source

of fire and high temperature. Proceed in accordance with the information contained in safety data sheet

provided along with the gas cartridge. Head against the wind. Isolate the contaminated area and keep

bystanders away. Try to stop or at least reduce the emission to the environment, if possible. Use adequate

protection of the respiratory tract. Spray water mist to minimise and limit the release of gas.

OPERATION OF THE TOOL

Gas refilling (II)

The addition of gas should be done outdoors or in a well ventilated room. It should be performed way from

sources of fi re or excessive heat. You should also keep the distance from bystanders.

Close the gas valve, to do this, you should move the knob to the stop in the direction marked by the symbol

“-”, and make sure that the switch was locked in the position marked “OFF”. Use a good quality gas. Gas

container should be equipped with an adapter, adapted to the type of valve.

Redirect the burner by its valve to upwards. Place the gas container outlet to the valve. Push the cylinder to

Working with the device

Make sure, that there are no gas leaks. then set the gas regulator knob in the middle of the operating range.

Turn the switch to the position marked “ON”, and then press and hold it. Built-in ignition device will ignite the

gas at the burner nozzle outlet. You should adjust the flame height using the gas regulator.

The switch has the ability to be blocked in its pressed position, to lock the switch, it should be pressed

when it is turned, in the direction marked “OFF”. When the switch is locked, its work will be possible, till the

moment of its unlocking or until the gas in tank will be exhausted..

Extinguishing the burner

If the switch has not been blocked, it is enough to release the pressure on it, then there will be cut off the

gas supply and the fl ame will extinguish.

In the case, when the lock switch is used, you should first unlock it, by turning it in the direction marked

“ON”, and then release the pressure on it, the gas supply will be cut off and the fl ame will extinguish.

After the burner has been extinguished, you should turn the switch to the stop, without pressing it, in the

direction marked “OFF”. This will protect the burner before its accidental switching on.

Leave the device on the stand unit in an upright position to cool it down..

Attention! It is prohibited to cool by a stream of water.

Maintenance of the device

The tool must be cleaned with a soft and humid cloth. Heavy dirt must be removed with soap diluted in

auch an den Stellen möglich, wo es keine Energiequelle gibt. Geringe Abmessungen sowie das niedrige

Gewicht ermöglichen einen bequemen und sicheren Funktionsbetrieb. Der richtige, zuverlässige und si-

chere Funktionsbetrieb des Werkzeuges ist von der korrekten Nutzung abhängig, deshalb:

Wichtig: Um sich mit diesem Gerät vertraut zu machen, muss man, bevor es mit Gas aufgefüllt wird,

die Bedienanleitung aufmerksam durchlesen. Diese Anleitung ist für die Zukunft immer einzuhal-

ten.

Für sämtliche Schäden, die im Ergebnis der Nichteinhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Empfeh-

SICHERHEITSBEDINGUNGEN

Das Gerät darf nur mit Butan oder einem PropanButan-Gasgemisch genutzt werden. Es besitzt einen

eigenen Behälter, den man mit einem der oben angeführten Gase auffüllen muss. Das Auff üllen ist aus

Behältern unter Druck und mit Hilfe eines entsprechenden Adapters durchzuführen, der zusammen mit

dem Behälter angeliefert wird.

Vor jedem Anschließen des Behälters ist vorher die auf ihm gedruckte Anleitung durchzulesen.

Die beim Hersteller ausgeführte Komplettierung und Einstellungen dürfen nicht geändert werden. Ver-

suche der Änderung von Einstellungen oder des Aufbaus vom Liefersatz sowie die Demontage einiger

Teile oder ihr Einsatz für andere Zwecke als vorgesehen können gefährlich sein.

Es darf kein Gerät mit beschädigten oder verschlissenen Dichtungen zum Einsatz kommen. Kein Gerät

verwenden, wenn es undicht, beschädigt ist oder nicht richtigt funktioniert. Im Prinzip ist kein Gerät zu

verwenden, das irgendwelche Beschädigungen aufweist.

Vor dem Auff üllen mit Gas sind die Ventile des Gerätes zu schließen. Während dem Wechseln der Behälter

darf nicht geraucht werden.

Weiterhin ist es erforderlich, dass die Geräte entsprechend den inländischen Anforderungen bzgl. der

Luftzufuhr zum Verbrennen an gut belüfteten Stellen eingesetzt werden; auch eine Ansammlung von un-

verbrannten Gasen ist unbedingt zu vermeiden.

Das Gerät sollte nur weit entfernt von leicht brennbaren Materialien verwendet werden. Dabei ist ein

Mindestabstand von 5 Metern zwischen dem Brenneraustritt und anliegenden Flächen (Wände, Decken)

einzuhalten. Der Brenneraustritt darf niemals auf Menschen oder Tiere gerichtet werden.

Das Gas ist an gut belüfteten Stellen, am besten außerhalb von Räumen und weit entfernt von irgend-

welchen Feuerstellen, wie off ene Flamme, Pilotbrenner, elektrische Heizlüfter und weit weg von anderen

Menschen aufzufüllen.

Wenn das Gerät undicht ist (Gasgeruch) muss man es sofort nach außen, an einen gut belüfteten Ort ohne

Feuerstelle tragen, wo dann die Undichtheit lokalisiert und beseitigt werden kann. Wenn Sie die in Ihrem

Gerät auftretenden Undichtheiten prüfen wollen, dann ist dies außen durchzuführen. Bitte versuchen Sie

nicht, die Sickerstellen mit einer Flamme zu entdecken, sondern dafür ist Seifenwasser geeignet.

Während des Funktionsbetriebes erhitzen sich die Brenneraustritte bis zu einer hohen Temperatur. Des-

halb sind Kinder und unbeteiligte Personen vom Gerät fernzuhalten.

Vor dem Anschließen eines neuen Gasbehälters ist zu überprüfen, ob die Brenner gelöscht sind.

Das Gerät darf nicht modifiziert werden.

Wenn das Gerät zum Hersteller oder zum Service versandt werden muss, dann ist es vorher abzukühlen,

vom Gasbehälter zu trennen und anschließend in eine Einheitsverpackung aus Papier zu verpacken und

für die entsprechend ausgewählte Transportart zu sichern. Das Versenden des Gerätes zusammen

mit dem mit Gas gefüllten Behälter ist verboten. Der Transport von Gefahrenstoff en unterliegt be-

stimmten Einschränkungen.

Den gezündeten Brenner nicht irgendwo ablegen. Es ist auch darauf zu achten, dass die Behälter nicht

erhitzt und der Schlauch nicht verbrannt wird. Im Bedarfsfall ist das Zubehör auszutauschen.

Man darf nicht in geschlossenen Räumen arbeiten, sondern man muss für eine gute Belüftung sorgen.

Ebenso ist nur an einem sauberen Ort, weit entfernt von brennbaren oder fettigen Materialien zu arbeiten.

Augenschutzmittel verwenden. Keine fettige Kleidung tragen. Das Einatmen der Schweiß- bzw. Lötdämpfe

ist zu vermeiden.

Während des Funktionsbetriebes sind die Empfehlungen bzgl.: des Gasverbrauches (bei normalen Ein-

stellungen) entsprechend für jedes Zubehör sowie die Verwendungsdauer der Behälter zu beachten.

Wenn der Gerätesatz über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht genutzt wird oder im Falle eines Transport mit

einem Fahrzeug ist der Gasbehälter zu entleeren.
