• Apply silicone/automotive sealant to the 4x No.8 PH2 Panhead

mounting screws.

• Secure the housing assembly to the mounting surface -

DO NOT overtighten the screws.

• Note: Silicone/sealant application to the rear mounting surface is

not required, the included rear gasket meets the stated IP-ratings

when this product is installed on a flat surface.

• Note: For ease of access, the following steps are the

recommended order of installation for each product utility.

• Select installation cable gauge according to expected input voltage and current

for your specific Anderson SB50 usage.

• Using a suitable battery cable crimping tool, crimp chosen size of Anderson SB50

terminal crimps (not included) onto installation cables.

• Fully push the terminal crimps in the correct orientation into the housing connector

from the rear, as per Anderson assembly instructions. The terminal crimps will click

into place if installed correctly.

• Connect to battery system. Suitable fuse and isolator switch installation

recommended. Professional electrician installation highly recommended.

• Route F-type coaxial cable (RG6 type recommended)

between TV/receiver and the housing, then connect to

corresponding input type (cable and satellite).

• It is advisable not to route directly alongside electrical

cables, to prevent signal interference occurring.

• Professional installation highly recommended.

• It is possible that TV signal interference may occur if using

all utilities simultaneously. If this is the case, it’s advisable to

disconnect one utility at a time to identify which is causing

the interference and consider re-routing the wiring.

• Connect the Dual USB-C socket to a 12/24V supply

(ensuring a waterproof connection).

• Fuse and select cable diameter according to input voltage

and 6A maximum input current for your specific installation.

• Connect the 12V power outlet to a 12V supply (ensuring a waterproof

connection). (Example installation diagram shown).

• Fuse and select cable diameter according to input voltage and current for your

specific installation. 15A max input current.

• To ensure device compatibility with this product:

• The minimum barrel length of device plugs to be used with this product is

44mm (1.73”).

• This is measured between the end of the barrel at the sprung positive

terminal pin, up to the point at which the barrel begins to widen.
