Please read these instructions before using this product. They include important safety

and operation information.

WARNINGS

yNOT FOR USE ABOVE HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS

yDO NOT use in explosive atmospheres, near  ammable liquids, or where explosion

proof lamps are required.

yDO NOT use in the proximity of vehicles or equipment when there is a risk of  ammable

liquids coming into contact with the  ashlight.

yDO NOT expose the batteries to water or salt water, or allow the batteries to get wet.

yDO NOT store the batteries with metallic objects that may cause a short circuit.

yImmediately discontinue use of the batteries if they emit an unusual smell, feel hot,

change color, change shape or appear abnormal in any way.

yKeep out of the reach of children.

INSTALLING BATTERIES

yUnscrew the battery compartment door on the back of the headlamp.

yInsert the batteries per the outline inside the battery compartment. Observe the correct

polarity of the batteries.

yClose the battery door and fasten the battery compartment door screw.

yThe headlamp is now ready for use.

OPERATION

THE NSP-4608BC HAS TWO BUTTONS THAT CONTROL LIGHT OUTPUT:

LIGHTING MODES

Pressing the Spotlight Button will turn on the spotlight. Pressing the Floodlight Button

will turn on the  oodlight. Pressing both buttons will turn on both the Spotlight and the

Floodlight. This mode is called Dual-Light.

EACH BUTTON HAS TWO BRIGHTNESS SETTINGS

yHigh-brightness - Press the desired button once

yLow-brightness - Press the desired button a second time

yPressing the same button a third time will turn that lighting mode off

BATTERY SHUT OFF MODE:

yPress and hold both switches at the same time for 3 seconds to enable or disable

battery shut off mode.

yAfter three seconds the light will  ash on and off 1 time to con rm a change in the

battery safe mode.

NOTE: The battery safe mode reverts to disabled when batteries are removed or fully

discharged.

THE NSP-4608BC HAS A TILT ADJUSTMENT FEATURE:

Simply adjust the tilt angle of the light to illuminate the desired area.

THE NSP-4608BC FITS ON ANY HARD HAT THAT HAS A HARD HAT LAMP

BRACKET ATTACHED:

NIGHTSTICK NS-HMC4 HEADLAMP BRACKET MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

yEnsure mounting surface is clean and oil-free (use alcohol wipe if needed)

yPrior to installing, determine mounting location that allows headlamp to fully tilt without

interfering with helmet brim.

yRemove adhesive backing.

yFirmly press bracket into place up for 30 seconds with  at side facing up (see image).

yWhile supporting mount, slide headlamp clip into bracket slot. (Note: adhesive reaches

peak strength in 24 hours)

TO ATTACH TO THE HARD HAT LAMP BRACKET

Slide the clip on the back of the NSP-4608BC into the slot on the top edge of the Hard

Hat Lamp Bracket and press down  rmly until the clip is fully engaged into the bracket.

TO REMOVE FROM THE HARD HAT LAMP BRACKET

Grasp the NSP-4608BC and pull up until the clip slides out of the Hard Hat Lamp

Bracket.

WARRANTY

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Bayco Products, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship

and materials for the original purchaser’s lifetime. The Limited Lifetime Warranty includes

the LEDs, housing and lenses. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches, electronics

and included accessories are warranted for a period of two years with proof of purchase.

Normal wear and failures which are caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, faulty installation

and lightning damage are excluded.

We will repair or replace this product should we determine it to be defective. This is the

only warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or  tness

for a particular purpose.

yArrêtez immédiatement d’utiliser les batteries si elles émettent une odeur inhabituelle,

sont brûlantes au toucher, changent de forme, ou en cas de toute autre anomalie.

yNe pas laisser pas à la portée des enfants

INSTALLATION DES PILES

yDévissez le couvercle du compartiment de la batterie à l’arrière du projecteur.

yInsérez les piles par le contour à l’intérieur du compartiment à piles. Respectez la

polarité des piles.

yFermez la porte de la batterie et serrez la vis de la porte du compartiment à piles.

yLe projecteur est maintenant prêt à être utilisé.

FONCTIONNEMENT

MODES D’ÉCLAIRAGE

Si vous appuyez sur le bouton projecteur à faisceau concentré vous allumez

l’éclairage concentré. Si vous appuyez sur le bouton projecteur d’illumination vous

allumez l’éclairage d’illumination. Si vous appuyez sur les deux boutons vous allumez les

deux modes d’éclairage. Ce mode s’appelle Éclairage double. Chaque bouton comporte

deux types de luminosité.
