Remove the fixture from its original packaging. Next,

remove the mounting plate from the canopy by (1g) (2a)

removing canopy screws (2b)

Secure the universal mounting plate to the electrical (1c)

junction box with junction box screws provided (1a)(1d)

in the hardware package. Secure backplate to (1f)

mounting plate with screws . Attach backplate (1g)(1e)

(1f) 1g) and mounting plate (assembly to universal

mounting plate with screws (1c)(1h)

Make proper electrical connections ( to “L”, blackhot

whiteground“GND”) to “N”, neutral to with wire nuts

(1b) provided in hardware package and place driver

(4a)(2a) inside canopy

Attach the canopy to mounting plate and secure (2a) (1g)

with canopy screws (2b)

Remove the fixture from its original packaging. Next,

remove the mounting plate from the canopy by (1g) (2a)

removing canopy screws (2b)

Secure the mounting plate to the electrical junction (1g)

box with junction box screws provided in the (1a)(1d)

hardware package

Make proper electrical connections ( to “L”, blackhot

whiteground“GND”) to “N”, neutral to with wire nuts

(1b) provided in hardware package and place driver

(4a)(2a) inside canopy

Attach the canopy to the mounting plate and (2a) (1g)

secure with canopy screws (2b)

Please Note:

• This Kuzco LED fixture comes with pre-wired LED module(s)

• Unless instructed, Do Not touch any part of the LED module(s) as any unnecessary

contact with the module could cause permanent damage

• For dimming, an ELV (Electronic Low Voltage) or TRIAC type of dimmer is required

• 120V input
