LED Wall Sconce

START FROM HERE

Please Note:

• This Kuzco LED fixture comes with pre-wired LED module(s)

• Unless instructed, Do Not touch any part of the LED module(s) as any unnecessary

contact with the module could cause permanent damage

• For dimming, an ELV (Electronic Low Voltage) type of dimmer is required

• 120V input

• Make sure is POWERCOMPLETELY OFF at the fuse box

• Have your fixture installed by a qualified licensed electrician

• Prepare everything in a clear area

• Wear gloves at all times during this installation

• Read instructions carefully before you start assembly

• Keep this installation sheet for future reference

1. Remove fixture from its original package

2. Separate mounting plate from cover plate by (1c)(1d)

removing tooth washers and separate from (1i)

backplate (2a)(1j) by removing tooth washer , flat

washer (1g) (1h)and nut

3. Attach mounting plate to electrical junction box (1c)

(1a) using junction box screws provided in (1e)

hardware package. Thread tooth washer to RTN on (1f)

mounting plate (1c)

4. Secure cover plate to mounting plate with (1d)(1c)

tooth washer . Attach backplate to cover plate (1i)(2a)

(1d) with tooth washer, flat washer and secure (1j)(1g)

with nut (1h)

5. Secure backplate to mounting surface with anchors (2a)

(2e) and screws (2f)

6. Make proper electrical connections ( to blackhot “L”,

white to “N”, to ) with wire nutsneutralground“GND”

(1b) provided in hardware package

7. Align and insert backplate screws through holes on (2d)

canopy (3a), secure with nuts (3b)

8. Attach glass to canopy and install metal end (3c)(3a)

plate (3d)(3e) , followed by glass holder bracket and

decorative nuts to secure(3f)
