•ALL INSTALLATION WORK SHOULD BE DONE BY ACCREDITED PROFESSIONAL.
•SHUT OFF POWER SUPPLY AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER!
•USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED BULBS. DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE!
PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION
Remove all of the contents from the carton. See the important notes
above.Removetheoldxturefromtheceiling,includingtheold
mountingstrap.
1.Takethemountingstrapassemblyfromthepartsbag.Oneend
ofnipple(C)shouldbeattachedtomountingstrap(A)withawasher
and hex nut in place. The other end should have canopy loop (F)
attached.
2.Useascrewdriverandmountingscrews(B)toattachmounting
strap(A)tothejunctionbox.(Note:Whenmountingstrap(A)is
properlyinstalled,abouthalfoftheexteriorthreadsofnipple(F)are
exposed,allowingcanopyloop(F)totsnuglyontonipple(C).You
maywanttotesttoensurethatwithcanopy(G)inplace,canopy
loop(F)tsontonipple(F).Aftertesting,removeeverythingfromthe
nippleandplaceasideforlater.)untilthedesiredheightisreached.
CLEANING TIPS
Treat the xture gently! Regular cleaning will reduce the need for deep cleaning. For regular cleaning, turn off the light and wipe down the
xture with a clean lint-free cotton or microber cloth. Never spray cleaner directly onto the xture.

FINISHING THE INSTALLATION
6.Pushcanopy(G)uptotheceilingandslidecanopyloopcollar(D)upbeneaththecanopy.Tightlythreadcanopyloopcollar(D)onto
canopy loop (F) to secure canopy (G) in place.
7.Slidecandlesleeves(L)overthesockets.Installlightbulbsinaccordancewiththexture’sspecications.Donotexceedthemaximum
wattage.
8.Yourinstallationisnowcomplete.Turnonthepowerandtestthexture.
3.Placethexture’sbody(M)ontoaatsurface.Threadtoploop
(H)ontopost(I).Bymeasuring,determinethecorrectnumberof
chainlinks(J)neededforproperhangingheight.Ifnecessary,usea
pair of pliers to open and remove any excess chain.
CONNECTING THE WIRES
5.Haveanassistantsupportthexture’sweightwhilecompletingthewiring.Cut
awaytheexcesswires.Threadthexture’swiresthroughthecanopyloopand
nipple.Refertothewiringdiagramandattachthexture’swirestothepower
supplywiresfromthejunctionbox.ConnectHottoHot,NeutraltoNeutral,and
GroundtoGround.Twisttheendsofthewirepairstogether,andthentwiston
awireconnector.Makesurealltwistsareinthesamedirection.Ifthereisno
housegroundwirecomingfromthejunctionbox,locategroundscrew(E)on
themountingbracket/mountingstrapandwrapthexture’sgroundwirearound
thegroundscrew.Useascrewdrivertotightenthetopofgroundscrew(E)onto
thewiresandintothemountingbracket/mountingstrap.Tuckthewiresintothe
junction box.

4. Attach one of chain connector (K) to each end of chain (J). Use one of chain connectors (K) to attach chain (J) to top loop (L) and close
thechainconnector.Feedthexture’swiresupthroughthechain(everythreelinksorso),pullingthewiresuntiltaut.Slidecanopyloop
collar(D)andcanopy(G)ontothechainandwires.Usethefreechainconnector(K)toattachchain(J)tocanopyloop(F).
