•ALL INSTALLATION WORK SHOULD BE DONE BY ACCREDITED PROFESSIONAL.

•SHUT OFF POWER SUPPLY AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER!

•USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED BULBS. DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE!

PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION

Remove all of the contents from the carton. See the important notes

above.Removetheoldxturefromtheceiling,includingtheold

mountingstrap.

1.Takethemountingstrapassemblyfromthepartsbag.Oneend

ofnipple(C)shouldbeattachedtomountingstrap(A)withawasher

and hex nut in place. The other end should have canopy loop (F)

attached.

2.Useascrewdriverandmountingscrews(B)toattachmounting

strap(A)tothejunctionbox.(Note:Whenmountingstrap(A)is

properlyinstalled,abouthalfoftheexteriorthreadsofnipple(F)are

exposed,allowingcanopyloop(F)totsnuglyontonipple(C).You

maywanttotesttoensurethatwithcanopy(G)inplace,canopy

loop(F)tsontonipple(F).Aftertesting,removeeverythingfromthe

nippleandplaceasideforlater.)untilthedesiredheightisreached.

CLEANING TIPS

Treat the xture gently! Regular cleaning will reduce the need for deep cleaning. For regular cleaning, turn off the light and wipe down the

xture with a clean lint-free cotton or microber cloth. Never spray cleaner directly onto the xture.

FINISHING THE INSTALLATION

6.Pushcanopy(G)uptotheceilingandslidecanopyloopcollar(D)upbeneaththecanopy.Tightlythreadcanopyloopcollar(D)onto

canopy loop (F) to secure canopy (G) in place.

7.Slidecandlesleeves(L)overthesockets.Installlightbulbsinaccordancewiththexture’sspecications.Donotexceedthemaximum

wattage.

8.Yourinstallationisnowcomplete.Turnonthepowerandtestthexture.

3.Placethexture’sbody(M)ontoaatsurface.Threadtoploop

(H)ontopost(I).Bymeasuring,determinethecorrectnumberof

chainlinks(J)neededforproperhangingheight.Ifnecessary,usea

pair of pliers to open and remove any excess chain.

CONNECTING THE WIRES

5.Haveanassistantsupportthexture’sweightwhilecompletingthewiring.Cut

awaytheexcesswires.Threadthexture’swiresthroughthecanopyloopand

nipple.Refertothewiringdiagramandattachthexture’swirestothepower

supplywiresfromthejunctionbox.ConnectHottoHot,NeutraltoNeutral,and

GroundtoGround.Twisttheendsofthewirepairstogether,andthentwiston

awireconnector.Makesurealltwistsareinthesamedirection.Ifthereisno

housegroundwirecomingfromthejunctionbox,locategroundscrew(E)on

themountingbracket/mountingstrapandwrapthexture’sgroundwirearound

thegroundscrew.Useascrewdrivertotightenthetopofgroundscrew(E)onto

thewiresandintothemountingbracket/mountingstrap.Tuckthewiresintothe

junction box.

collar(D)andcanopy(G)ontothechainandwires.Usethefreechainconnector(K)toattachchain(J)tocanopyloop(F).
