Please Note:

· For your safety this lamp is outfitted with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). If

Step 1

Remove fixture from its original package.

Step 2

Install the recommended lamp (1d) (not provided) (referred on the

socket label for maximum wattage and type) to fixture socket.

Step 3

Attach lamp harp (1c) into lamp harp shoulders (1e), followed by shade

(1b) and secure with decorative finial (1a) by threading clockwise.

Step 4

Insert plug (2a) into outlet.

Step 5

Use switch (2b) to turn ON/OFF.

You are now ready to enjoy your fixture.
