electricalorenvironmentalinterferencewillhaveanadverseeffecton
signaltransmissionwhichmaylimitperformance.Stepsshouldbetaken
tominimizeorremovethesefactorscompletelyduringinstallationfor
bestresults.
•ItissuggestedtouseshieldedCat6acablingorhigherforallHDBaseT
connectionstoachievethemaximumsignaltransmissiondistanceand
reliability.Categorycablesshouldbetestedto500Mhzacrosstheentire
link.UsingCategorycablesthatdonotpassa500Mhzfrequencymay
resultinshorterdistanceandsignalloss.
•WyreStormrecommendsusingpre-terminatedHDMIcablesduetothe
complexityoftheseconnectortypes.Usingpre-terminatedcableswill
ensurethattheseconnectionsareaccurateandwillnotinterferewiththe
performanceoftheproduct.

shouldneverbeconnecteddirectlytoaNetworkHDsystemasan
incompatibilitymayexist.WyreStormoffersacablethatcompensatesfor
