TheLMV116(single)rail-to-railoutputvoltage

feedbackamplifiersofferhigh-speed(45MHz),and

low-voltageoperation(2.7V)inadditiontomicro-

powershutdowncapability(LMV118).

Outputvoltagerangeextendstowithin20mVof

eithersupplyrail,allowingwidedynamicrange

especiallyinlowvoltageapplications.Evenwithlow

supplycurrentof600μA,outputcurrentcapabilityis

keptatarespectable±20mAfordrivingheavier

loads.ImportantdeviceparameterssuchasBW,slew

rate,andoutputcurrentarekeptrelatively

independentoftheoperatingsupplyvoltagebya

combinationofprocessenhancementsanddesign

architecture.

Forportableapplications,theLMV118provides

shutdowncapabilitywhilekeepingtheturnoffcurrent

to15μA.Bothturnonandturnoffcharacteristicsare

wellbehavedwithminimaloutputfluctuationsduring

transitions,thusthedevicecanbeusedinpower-

savingmode,aswellasmultiplexingapplications.
