flybackconverterwithhighefficiencyoverawide

inputvoltagerangeof4.5Vto65V.Theisolated

outputvoltageissampledfromtheprimary-side

flybackvoltage,eliminatingtheneedforan

optocoupler,voltagereference,orthirdwindingfrom

thetransformerforoutputvoltageregulation.

Thehighlevelofintegrationresultsinasimple,

reliableandhigh-densitydesignwithonlyone

componentcrossingtheisolationbarrier.Boundary

conductionmode(BCM)switchingenablesacompact

magneticsolutionandbetterthan±1.5%loadand

lineregulationperformance.Anintegrated100-V

powerMOSFETprovidesoutputpowerupto4W
