two80-VGaNFETsdrivenbyonehigh-frequency
GaNFETdriverinahalf-bridgeconfiguration.
GaNFETsprovidesignificantadvantagesforpower
conversionastheyhavenearzeroreverserecovery
andverysmallinputcapacitanceC
