Der ACTIVO zeichnet die aktive Zeit des
Tages auf und unterscheidet dabei verschie-
dene Intensitätsstufen:
– HIGH erfasst jede kontinuierliche Bewegung
mit mindestens 20 Schritten und einer
Schrittfrequenz oberhalb von 140 Schritten
pro Minute (z.B: Jogging oder lockeres
Laufen).
– MID erfasst jede kontinuierliche Bewegung
mit mindestens 20 Schritten und einer
Schrittfrequenz unterhalb von 140 Schritten
pro Minute (normales Gehen).
– LOW erfasst alle übrigen Zeiten in Bewegung.
Menüfunktionen:
Um ins Menü zu gelangen, halten Sie die
Funktionstaste eine Sekunde lange gedrückt.
Es erscheint MENU im Display und die Menü-
funktionen laufen automatisch durch.
Durch einmaliges Drücken der Funktionstaste,
wenn SLEEP im Display erscheint, versetzen Sie
Ihren ACTIVO in den Schlafzustand:
Ein kurzer Tastendruck zeigt das Schlafsymbol und
die Uhrzeit an. Ein langer Tastendruck beendet den
Schlafmodus.
Es erscheint „GOOD MORNING“ im Display:
Hier können Sie den aktuellen Stand der Batterie
einsehen, dieser bleibt für 2 Sek. eingeblendet:
Durch einmaliges Drücken der Taste versucht sich
Ihr ACTIVO mit der ACTIV App zu verbinden. Die
Anzeige blinkt für 20 Sekunden:
Zum Pairing mit der ACTIV App navigieren Sie im
Menü der App auf „Pairing“ und drücken Sie die
Schaltfläche „Start Pairing“. Bei erfolg-reichem
Pairing erscheint „OK“.
Um den Sie die ACTIVO auszuschalten drücken,
Funktionstaste einmalig. „ “ erscheint im GOODBYE
Display.
Schalten langen Sie Ihren mit einem ACTIVO
Tastendruck wieder an.
Shows the time, which is
automatically set from
your phone each time the
ACTIVO syncs with the

Shows the number of
steps and the current
level of achievement

Note on intensity zones:
LOW MID HIGH/ /
The ACTIVO records the active time for the cur-
rent day, differentiating between three intensity
levels:
– HIGH records every movement with at
least 20 continuous steps and a step
frequency of more than 140 steps per minute
(e.g. jogging or casual running).
– MID records every movement with at
least 20 continuous steps and a step
frequency of less than 140 steps per minute
(normal walking).
– LOW records all other periods of movement.
Menu functions:
To access the menu, press and hold the
function button for two seconds.
MENU appears on the display and the menu
functions scroll through automatically.
SLEEP: By pressing the function button once while
SLEEP appears on the display, you switch your
ACTIVO into sleep mode:
When in sleep mode, to display press the button
the sleep icon and the time. To exit the sleep
mode, press and hold the button.
“GOOD MORNING” appears on the display:
BATTERY: The battery icon shows the current
battery status and remains visible for 2 seconds:
PAIR: Press the button once, your ACTIVO will try
to connect to the ACTIV app. The display will flash
for 20 seconds:
To pair the ACTIVO with the ACTIV app,
navigate to “Pairing” in the app menu and
press the “Start Pairing” button. If pairing is
successful, “OK” appears.
OFF: To the ACTIVO turn off, press the function
button once. „GOODBYE“ will appear on the
display:
Press and hold the button to turn your ACTIVO
back on.
Personal settings:
Date of birth, gender, height, weight and stride
length. Enter your personal settings for the
ACTIVO in the . In the app menu, go to ACTIV app
“settings” -> “Profile” and enter your personal
details.
Note:
The ACTIVO is suitable for temperatures
between -10°C and 60°C (14˚ - 140˚ F).
Watertight: IPX7
All values (steps, total calories, distance, time
in the intensity zones) are automatically reset at
0:00 (12:00 am).

L‘ACTIVO enregistre la durée d‘activité de la
journée en cours et fait ici la différence entre
différents niveaux d‘intensité:
– HIGH indique chaque mouvement continu d‘au
moins 20 pas, avec une cadence supérieure
à 140 pas par minute (p.ex. jogging ou course
lente).
– MID indique chaque mouvement continu d‘au
moins 20 pas, avec une cadence inférieure
à 140 pas par minute (marche normale).
– LOW indique toutes les autres périodes de
mouvement.
Fonctions du menu :
Pour accéder au menu, maintenez la touche de
fonction enfoncée pendant une seconde.
MENU apparaît à l‘écran et les fonctions du menu
défilent automatiquement.
Une pression courte sur la touche de fonction
lorsque SLEEP apparaît permet de faire passer
votre ACTIVO en mode de veille :

Une pression courte sur la touche lance une
tentative de connexion de votre ACTIVO avec
l‘application ACTIV. L‘affichage clignote pendant

Pour le couplage avec l‘application ACTIV,
naviguez dans le menu “Couplage” de l‘application
et appuyez sur le bouton “Démarrer le couplage”.
“OK” apparaît lorsque le couplage a réussi.
Pour éteindre l‘ACTIVO, appuyez une fois sur la
touche de fonction. “ ” apparaît à l‘écran.GOODBYE
Démarrez une votre ACTIVO en effectuant

Hinweis Tagesziele:
10.000 Schritte gelten als ein guter Wert für die
langfristige und nachhaltige Verbesserung der
Gesundheit eines Menschen.
Der ACTIVO setzt standardmäßig als Tagesziel
die Erreichung der und belohnt 10.000 Schritte
dies mit . Auf dem Weg zum Ziel motiviert „Gold“
der ACTIVO über Zwischenziele:
– bei 50 % = 5.000 Schritte mit „Bronze“ und
– bei 75 % = 7.500 Schritte mit „Silber“.
Der ACTIVO erkennt aus bestimmten Bewegungs-
mustern über einen integrierten 3-achsigen
Beschleunigungssensor die Schritte des Nutzers.
Im Schlafmodus zeichnet der ACTIVO das Schlaf-
verhalten auf. Über die SIGMA ACTIV App kann
man sich sehr übersichtlich die Schlafphasen
(tief, leicht, wach) der Nacht anzeigen lassen.

The SIGMA ACTIV app is a free download on

Bluetooth 4.0): The SIGMA ACTIV app is a free
download on the Google Play Store.
Note on daily targets:
10,000 steps is a good target value for
long-term and sustainable improvements to
your health.
The ACTIVO uses as the default 10,000 steps
daily target and rewards this achievement with
„gold“ status.
The ACTIVO also uses interim targets to
motivate you to reach the main target:
– “bronze” at 50 % = 5,000 steps
– “silver” at 75 % = 7,500 steps.
The ACTIVO detects your steps based on certain
movement patterns using an integrated 3 axis
acceleration sensor. In sleep mode, the ACTIVO
records your sleep behavior. The SIGMA ACTIV
app enables you to clearly see your sleep phases
(deep, light, awake) throughout the night.
Basic functions:
Briefly press the button to display the current
function. The displayed value will automatically
disappear. If you want to view a different value,
press the function button again to navigate to the
desired function.

10000 pas sont considérés comme une valeur
appropriée pour améliorer durablement l‘état de

L‘ACTIVO définit par défaut comme 10000 pas
objectif quotidien et récompense les personnes
atteignant cet objectif en leur octroyant une
médaille d‘or. Pour vous aider à atteindre cet
objectif, l‘ACTIVO vous motive avec des objectifs
intermédiaires :
– à partir de , soit 50 % 5000 pas :
médaille de bronze et
– à partir de , soit 75 % 7500 pas :
médaille d‘argent.
Le capteur d‘accélération 3D intégré à l‘ACTIVO
détecte les pas de l‘utilisateur en se basant sur
des modèles de mouvement définis. En mode
de veille, l‘ACTIVO enregistre votre sommeil.
L‘application SIGMA ACTIV permet d‘afficher très
clairement les différentes phases de sommeil
(sommeil profond, sommeil léger, éveil) de la
nuit.

Nota sulle zone di intensità:
LOW MID HIGH/ /
ACTIVO registra il tempo attivo del giorno
corrente e lo suddivide in vari livelli di intensità:
– HIGH comprende i movimenti continui con un
minimo di 20 passi e una cadenza superiore
a 140 passi al minuto (per es. jogging
o corsa lenta).
– MID comprende i movimenti continui con un
minimo di 20 passi e una cadenza inferiore
a 140 passi al minuto (camminata normale).
– LOW comprende tutti gli altri tempi legati al
movimento.
Funzioni del menu:
Per accedere al menu, tenere premuto il pulsante
funzione per un secondo. Sul display appare
la dicitura MENU e le varie funzioni scorrono
automaticamente.
Quando sul display compare la dicitura SLEEP,
premere una volta il pulsante funzione per
attivare la modalità di monitoraggio del sonno:
Con una breve pressione del pulsante viene
visualizzato il e . Con simbolo del sonno l‘ora una
pressione prolungata del pulsante si disattiva la
modalità SLEEP.
Sul display si legge “GOOD MORNING”:
Quindi, appare lo stato attuale della batteria, che
viene visualizzato per 2 secondi:
Con una singola pressione del pulsante,
ACTIVO cerca di stabilire un collegamento
con l’app ACTIV. L’indicatore lampeggia per
20 secondi:
Per accoppiare il dispositivo con l’app ACTIV,
navigare nel menu dell’app fino a “Pairing”,
quindi premere la barra “Start Pairing”.
Al termine dell’accoppiamento, appare “OK”.
Per spegnere ACTIVO, premere il pulsante
funzione una volta. Sul display si legge
“GOODBYE”.
Accendere una nuovamente ACTIVO con
pressione prolungata del pulsante.

Funciones del menú:
Para acceder al menú, mantenga presionado el

modo de suspensión.
En la pantalla aparecerá “GOOD MORNING”.
Aquí podrá ver el estado actual de la batería
durante 2 seg.
Presionando una vez el botón, su ACTIVO
intentará conectarse con la App ACTIV.
El aviso parpadeará durante
20 segundos.
Para sincronizarlo con la App ACTIV, navegue por
el menú de la App hasta “Sincronización” y presi-
one el botón “Iniciar sincro.”. Una vez finalizada
correctamente la sincronización aparecerá “OK”.
Para apagar el ACTIVO, presione el botón una vez.
En la pantalla aparecerá “GOODBYE”.
Vuelva a encender su ACTIVO presionando el botón
durante algunos segundos.

De ACTIVO registreert de actieve tijd van de dag
en onderscheidt daarbij verschillende intensiteits-
niveaus:
– HIGH elke onafgebroken beweging van
minstens 20 stappen en een stapfrequentie
boven 140 stappen per minuut (bijv. joggen
of relaxed lopen).
– MID elke onafgebroken beweging van
minstens 20 stappen en een stapfrequentie
onder 140 stappen per minuut (normaal lopen).
– LOW alle overige beweging.
Menufuncties:
Houd de functietoets een seconde lang ingedrukt
om in het menu te komen. MENU verschijnt in het
display en de menufuncties lopen automatisch
door.
Door eenmaal indrukken van de functietoets -
iin het display verschijnt SLEEP - zet je de ACTIVO
in de slaapmodus:
Door kort indrukken van de toets wordt het
slaapsymbool kloktijd en de getoond. De toets iets
langer indrukken beëindigt de slaapmodus.
Dan verschijnt „GOOD MORNING“ in het display.
Hier kun je de actuele batterijstatus bekijken,
deze verdwijnt na 2 sec.:
Door de toets eenmaal in te drukken probeert je
ACTIVO zich te verbinden met de ACTIV-app. De
melding knippert 20 seconden:
Navigeer voor het pairen met de ACTIV-app in het
app-menu naar „Pairing“ en druk op de knop „Start
Pairing“. Als de paring gelukt is, verschijnt „OK“.
Om de je één keer ACTIVO uit te schakelen, druk
op de . In het display functietoets
verschijnt „GOODBYE“.
Schakel je ACTIVO weer in door de toets lang in
te drukken.

Nota sugli obiettivi giornalieri:
10.000 passi sono un valore ottimale ai fini di un
miglioramento costante e duraturo della salute.
Per impostazione predefinita, ACTIVO fissa come
obiettivo giornaliero , classificati 10.000 passi
come “oro”. La presenza di mete intermedie
consente di motivare l’utente al conseguimento
dell’obiettivo:
– 50 % = 5.000 passi, “bronzo” e
– 75 % = 7.500 passi, “argento”.
Attraverso un sensore di accelerazione a 3 assi
integrato, ACTIVO rileva determinati movimenti
dell’utente e li riconosce come passi. In modalità
Sleep, ACTIVO registra i valori di monitoraggio
del sonno. Nell’app ACTIV di SIGMA, le fasi del
sonno notturno (profondo, leggero, veglia) sono
indicate chiaramente.
Se mostrará una pila cargándose durante

Nota sobre los objetivos diarios:
10.000 pasos es un buen número para el
mejoramiento eficaz y a largo plazo de la salud
de una persona.
De forma estándar, ACTIVO considera los
10.000 pasos como objetivo diario y lo premia
con “Oro”. En el camino hacia el objetivo,
ACTIVO va motivando con objetivos intermedios:
– en el 50 % = , con 5.000 pasos “Bronce” y
– en el 75 % = , con 7.500 pasos “Plata”.
ACTIVO reconoce los pasos del usuario por
determinados parámetros de movimiento
a través de un sensor de aceleración de 3 ejes

graba el comportamiento en ese estado. Con
la App SIGMA ACTIV se puede ver claramente
las fases de la suspensión (profunda, leve,

Info dagdoelen:
10.000 stappen gelden als een goede norm
voor langdurige en blijvende verbetering van de
menselijke gezondheid.
De ACTIVO stelt standaard het bereiken van deze
10.000 stappen als doel van de dag en beloont dit
met „goud“. Op weg naar het doel motiveert de
ACTIVO door middel van tussendoelen:
– bij 50 % = met en5.000 stappen „brons“
– bij 75 % = met 7.500 stappen „zilver“.
De ACTIVO herkent uit bepaalde bewegings-
patronen via een geïntegreerde 3-assige
versnellingssensor de stappen van de gebruiker.
In de slaapmodus registreert de ACTIVO het
slaapgedrag. Via de SIGMA ACTIV-app kunnen
op een zeer overzichtelijke manier de slaap-
fasen (diep, licht, wakker) van de nacht getoond
worden.
