Congratulations on the purchase of your new product. You have

chosen a high-quality article. The instructions for use are part of

this product. They contain important information on safety and

use. Please familiarise yourself with the instructions and safety

information before using this product. Use the product only in

perfect condition, as described and for the speciﬁed area of

use. Please keep all packaging including this leaﬂet for as long

as you use the product and be sure to include them when

handing on the product to another person.

Intended use

Can be used to relieve back pains

Use:

• Open the sachet by hand (do not use scissors/knife) and

remove the heating pad.

• Place one heating pad in each of the two pockets of the

warming belt so that the printed side faces the body.

• Insert no more than one pad per pocket

• Position the pockets ﬁlled with the heating pads on the

painful area around the lumbar spine or hip.

• Wrap the warming belt exactly around the body and secure

it with the Velcro fastener.

• After use, remove the heat pads from the warming belt and

dispose of them.

• The warming belt is available for the next application.

• Since the heating pads are individually packaged, it is possible

to use only one heating pad to relieve localised pain in the

lumbar vertebra or hip area.

Notes:

• The heating pads are activated by air

• Therefore do not open the sachet until just before using it.

• The heating pad will be activated within one minute and will

warm up within 5 minutes after the sachet has been opened.

• For external use only

• Every heating pad is designed for a single application.

• It is normal to observe a slight redness of the skin after use.

If the skin is still reddened after a few hours, the application

should be stopped until the redness has completely

disappeared.

If used incorrectly, the product may cause burns

even at low temperatures.

Follow the instructions and check the application site

regularly.

Allow air to circulate over the heating pad and do not

apply pressure, for example by lying or sitting on the

heating pad or wearing a tight belt/clothes over the

warming belt or leaning against a hard surface.

Do not use longer than 8 hours per day (=24-hour period)

in the same place.

If the warming belt becomes uncomfortably hot or a skin

rash develops, stop use immediately.

Use only with careful supervision for persons who cannot

remove the product by themselves, such as elderly or

physically disabled persons.

If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention.

Do not use the warming belt while sleeping.

Do not use on any part of the body other than the

lumbar region or lower back.

For sensitive or mature skin, wear a thin garment under

the warming belt.

Restrictions on use

Please consult your doctor or pharmacist before using

this product if you:

• suﬀer from poor circulation or heart disease,

• suﬀer from diabetes,

• suﬀer from nerve damage or a disorder of the sensory

functions,

• suﬀer from a skin condition,

• suﬀer from rheumatoid arthritis or are pregnant.

Do not use:

• for children under 12

• whilst sleeping

• for menstrual complaints or irritable bowel syndrome

• in combination with creams, lotions or sprays that are applied

to the skin and also not in combination with or near other

sources of heat.

• in combination with or near other sources of heat.

• in places where redness, inﬂammation, skin cracks, bruising or

skin irritation may be present.

• in body parts where warmth is not perceptible.

• for patients who have experienced an allergic reaction to

medication or cosmetics in the past

• for bedridden patients and patients with a tendency to

develop skin ulcers.

The product may not

• come into contact with water or other liquids.

• be kneaded, cut, ripped or folded.

• be re-warmed.

Ingredients of the heating pads:

iron, vermiculite, activated charcoal, sodium chloride, water

The ingredients can be harmful if swallowed or

come into direct contact with the skin or eyes:

• If contents have been swallowed, rinse mouth with water.

• If the contents come into direct contact with the skin or eyes,

immediately rinse with water.

• In both cases, immediate medical advice should be sought.

Storage/minimum shelf life:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

• Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

• Use only until the best before date indicated on the sachet.

Notes on disposal

• Dispose of with normal household waste

• The product must not be incinerated.

Tilsigtet anvendelse

Kan virke lindrende på rygsmerter

Anvendelse:

• Huden på anvendelsesstedet skal være tør og ren.

• Læg en varmepad i en af de to lommer på varmebæltet, så

den påtrykte side vender mod kroppen.

• Anbring ike mere end en varmepad pr. lomme.

• Placer lommerne med varmepads over smertestedet omkring

lænd eller hofte.

• Læg varmebælte nøjagtigt omkring kroppen og fastgør med

velcrobånd.

• Efter brugen fjernes varmepads fra varmebæltet og de

bortskaﬀes.

• Varmebæltet er klar til næste anvendelse.

• Da varmepads er emballeret enkeltvis, er der mulighed for

at benytte en enkelt varmepad, for lindring af en punktuel

smerte i lænd eller hofteområde.

Anvisning:

• Varmepads aktiveres af luften.

• Derfor må posen først åbnes ved anvendelsen.

• Varmepad aktiveres indenfor et minut og opvarmes indenfor

5 minutter fra åbning af posen.

• Kun til udvortes brug.

• Hvert varmepad er beregnet til engangsbrug.

• Det er normalt, at der efter anvendelsen kan opstå en let

rødmen på huden. Hvis uden stadig er rødmet efter nogle timer,

skal anvendelsen indstilles indtil rødmen er fuldstændig væk.

Ved forkert anvendelse kan produktet også

medføre brandsår ved lavere temperaturer.

Følg anvisningerne og overvåg løbende

anvendelses stedet.

Tillad luftcirkulation over varmebæltet og påfør ikke tryk,

ved eksempelvis at ligge på varmeæltet eller bære

tætsiddende bælte/beklædning over varmebætet eller

læne dig mod en hård overﬂade.

Må ikke benyttes udover 8 timer dagligt (= 24-timers

periode) på samme sted.

Hvis varmeplasteret bliver ubehageligt varmt eller der

dannes hududslæt, afsluttes anvendelsen straks.

Anvendelsen må kun benyttes med forsigtighed ved

personer, der ikke selv er i stand til at fjerne produktet,

eksempelvis ældre eller fysisk handicappede personer.

Ved vedvarende eller forværrede symptomer søges læge.

Varmeplasteret må ikke benyttes under søvn.

Må ikke benyttes på andre kropsdele end lænd og hofte.

Ved følsom eller irriteret hud trækkes et tyndt stykke tøj

under varmebæltet.

Anvendelsesbegrænsninger

Kontakt din læge eller apoteker inden du bruger dette

produkt hvis du:

• lider under dårligt blodomløb eller en hjertelidelse,

• lider af diabetes,

• lider af nerveskader eller en følelseslidelse,

• lider af en hudsygdom,

• lider af rheumatoidarthritis eller er gravid.

Ingen anvendelse:

• ved børn op til 12 år,

• under søvn

• ved menstruationssmerter eller irritabel tyktarm

• i forbindelse med cremer, midler til indgnidning, lotioner eller

sprays der påføres huden. Og heller ikke i forbindelse med hhv.

i nærheden af andre varmekilder.

• i forbindelse med hhv. i nærheden af andre varmekilder.

• på steder med eksisterende rødmen, betændelser, revner,

blødninger eller hudirritationer.

• på kropssteder hvor varmen ikke kan føles.

• ved patienter der tidligere har oplevet allergiske reaktioner

på medikamenter eller kosmetika.

• ved sengeliggende patienter og patienter med tendens til

dannelse af hudsår.

Produktet må ikke:

• komme i kontakt med vand eller andre væsker,

• krølles, skæres, rives eller foldes,

• genopvarmes. 3
