Set the washing machine to 40°C.
Do not bleach the protective cover.
Do not put the protective cover in the
tumble drier.

Do not dry clean the protective cover.
Intended use
This item has been manufactured solely for
private use and can be reused. The moor
mud heat pad is perfect for heat and cold
therapy and is recommended for use on
people for the following indications.
Indications for heat application:
Lumbago, sore muscles, back pain, stomach
pain, period pain, neck pain, tenseness,
joint and neck stiffness, nocturnal calf
cramps, rheumatic pain (please consult your
physician or pharmacist on the various uses;
do not use for rheumatoid inflammation!).
Indications for cold application
Bruises, sprains, pulled muscles, headaches,
migraines, fever, toothache, insect bites,
nose bleeds, haematoma, oedema, tennis
elbow, inflammation of muscles and joints,
reviving tired and heavy legs, rheumatic
pain (please consult your physician or
pharmacist on the various uses!).
