сфигмоманометр с подсветкой и ударопрочной и брызгозащищен-

ной конструкцией. Измерения артериального давления с помощью

прибора GA серия соответствуют измерениям, проводимым квалифи-

цированным лицом с помощью манжеты и стетоскопа акустическим

методом.

GA серия Отсутствие производственных дефектов в приборе гаранти-

руется Международной программой гарантии. Чтобы узнать больше

Стандарт артериального давления

Согласно стандарту по артериальному давлению, разработанному Ко-

ординационным комитетом Национальной программы просвещения

по проблеме высокого артериального давления, уровни артериально-

го давления делятся на 4 группы. (См. The Seventh Report of the Joint

National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment

of High Blood Pressure-Complete Report JNC7:2003).Такая классифика-

ция артериального давления основана на результатах проведенных

исследований, она может не быть непосредственно применимой к

определенному пациенту. Очень важно регулярно посещать своего

врача. Он пояснит Вам, какие значения артериального давления яв-

ляются нормальными, а какие могут быть опасными для Вашего здоро-

вья. Для надежного контроля величины артериального давления и для

сравнения рекомендуется сохранять записи измеренных значений ар-

териального давления в течение длительного времени. На нашем веб-

ведения таких записей.

Установка и замена батарей

1. Поверните зажим на 90 °.

2. Открутите винт на крышке отсека для батарей.

3. Установите батареи, соблюдая правильную полярность.

4. Установите на место крышку отсека и закрутите винт.

5. Поверните зажим обратно.

Батареи необходимо заменить, если

1. На дисплее появляется символическое изображение батареи.

2. Вкл./Выкл./Установка нуля клавиша нажата и ничего не появляется

на дисплее.

Внимание!

1. Использованные батареи относятся к категории опасных отхо-

дов. Их не следует выбрасывать вместе с бытовым мусором.

2. Внутри прибора нет деталей, требующих обслуживания потребите-

лем. Гарантия не распространяется на батареи и ущерб, возникший

в результате несвоевременной замены старых батарей.

3. При замене необходимо использовать только совершенно новые

батареи. Все батареи следует заменять одновременно. Используйте

батареи одинаковой марки и типа.

Наложение манжеты

1. Вставьте коннектор в манометр.

2. Наложите манжету на плечо (непосредственно на кожу) и оберните

ее вокруг руки таким образом, чтобы трубка указывала в сторону

ладони, а знак артерии располагался над главной артерией.

3. Край манжеты должен располагаться на расстоянии примерно

1.5-2.5 см выше внутренней стороны локтевого сустава. Если указа-

тельная линия находится в пределах указателя длины окружности

руки, размер манжеты является правильным, в противном случае

необходимо использовать манжету другого размера.

4. Использование манжеты правильного размера является важным

для обеспечения точности измерений.

5. Чтобы остановить работу в любой момент, открыть воздушный кла-

пан, и воздух в манжету будут быстро исчерпаны.

Методика измерения

1. Поместите головку стетоскопа над главной артерией, под знаком

артерии на манжете. (Рис. )

2. Нажмите Вкл./Выкл./Установка нуля. После установки нуля прибор

GA серия готов к проведению измерения. (Рис. )

3. При закрытом клапане нажимайте на грушу и нагнетайте давление в

манжете до значения, превышающего Ваше обычное артериальное

давление на 30-40 мм рт. ст. (Рис. )

4. Откройте клапан и постепенно стравливайте воздух из манжеты со

скоростью 2-3 мм рт. ст. в секунду. (Скорость уменьшения давления

отображается на дисплее.) (Рис. )

5 Нажмите кнопку Маркер для записи наступление тона Короткова

как систолическое давление, а затем нажмите кнопку Marker снова

фиксируют исчезновение звука Korotfko как диастолического дав-

ления.

6. После завершения измерения полностью откройте клапан для

стравливания оставшегося в манжете воздуха. Значение частоты

пульса отображается на дисплее. (Рис. )

Заметка:

1. Сядьте прямо на стуле, и сделайте 5-6 глубоких вдохов. Не откиды-

вайтесь назад при проведении измерения.

2. Не скрещивайте ноги во время сидения и держите ноги на полу во

время измерения.

Сообщения об ошибках

Err Ошибка определения частоты пульса. Стравливание воздуха

из манжеты слишком быстрое. Скорость стравливания давле-

ния должна составлять 2-3 мм рт. ст. в секунду.

EE Обнаружено давление, превышающее 15 мм рт. ст., в течение

более 3 минут. Нажмите Вкл./Выкл./Установка нуля для выклю-

чения прибора или он будет автоматически выключен через

60 секунд.

E3 Ошибка данных. Выньте и повторно установите батареи. Если

ошибка продолжает повторяться, обратитесь в сервисный

центр или к продавцу.

E1 Давление в манжете превысило 301 мм рт. ст. Немедленно от-

кройте клапан для стравливания воздуха из манжеты.

Техническое обслуживание

После того, как число измерений превысит 10000 раз, при каждом

включении прибора на его дисплее будет отображаться напоминание

о необходимости проведения калибровки (надпись “CAL”). Рекоменду-

ется проводить калибровку каждые два года. Калибровка может про-

водиться только производителем или сертифицированным сервисным

центом. По этому вопросу обращайтесь к продавцу или непосредствен-

но к производителю - компании Rossmax International Ltd. (Гнездо для

подключения ПК для калибровки находится внутри отсека для батарей.)

Меры предосторожности

1. Тонометр Rossmax GA серия предназначен для измерения артери-

ального давления на плече или бедре на здоровой коже.

2. Не нагнетайте давление выше 300 мм рт. ст.

3. Процедура измерения давления не должна продолжаться более 3

минут.

4. Перед повторным измерением необходимо подождать не менее 5

минут.

Хранение и уход

1. Прибор содержит высокоточные узлы и детали. Не подвер-

гайте его влиянию слишком высоких или слишком низких

температур,действию высокой влажности и прямых солнечных лу-

чей. Прибор следует оберегать от падения, ударов и пыли.

2. Чистку измерителя артериального давления следует проводить с

осторожностью, используя слегка влажную мягкую ткань. При этом

не следует сильно давить на прибор. Нельзя мыть манжету в воде

или применять для ее чистки химические очистители. Для чистки

нельзя использовать растворители, спирт или бензин.

3. Протекающие батареи могут повредить прибор. Если прибор не ис-

пользуется в течение длительного времени, необходимо вынуть из

него батареи.

4. Для предотвращения опасных ситуаций данный прибор не должен

использоваться детьми.

5. Если прибор хранился при низкой температуре (примерно при тем-

пературе замерзания или ниже), перед использованием его необхо-

димо выдержать в течение часа при комнатной температуре.

6. Техническое обслуживание данного прибора потребителем не про-

изводится. Не следует пытаться открыть прибор с использованием

инструментов или производить настройку узлов и деталей внутри

прибора. При возникновении проблем обращайтесь в сервисный

центр, к продавцу или непосредственно в компанию Rossmax

International Ltd.

7. Для прекращения измерения в любое время откройте выпускной

клапан для быстрого стравливания воздуха.

8. Данный прибор, предназначенный для использования в домашних

условиях, не может заменить обследование у врача.

9. Не используйте прибор для диагностики и лечения каких-либо

заболеваний. Результаты измерений имеют исключительно ознако-

мительный характер. Для интерпретации результатов измерений

следует обратиться к врачу. Если у Вас возникла какие-либо про-

блема со здоровьем или Вы подозреваете ее наличие, обращайтесь

к своему врачу. Не изменяйте схему лечения, не проконсультировав-

шись с врачом.

10. Электромагнитные помехи: прибор содержит чувствительные

электронные узлы. Не размещайте прибор вблизи от сильных элек-

трических или электромагнитных полей (возле мобильных телефо-

нов, микроволновых печей и пр.) Это может привести к временным

сбоям в работе прибора.

11. Утилизируйте прибор, его батареи, узлы и дополнительные приспо-

собления в соответствии с местным законодательством.

12. Не гарантируется правильная работа прибора, если он использует-

ся или хранится при температуре и влажности, не соответствующим

указанным в инструкции.

13. Обратите внимание на то, что во время накачивания может быть на-

рушена подвижность соответствующей части тела.

14. Избегайте механического сужения, сдавливания или сгибания

шланга манжеты.

15. Убедитесь в том, что к кровеносным сосудам руки, на которую на-

кладывается манжета, не подсоединено медицинское оборудова-

ние (через внутрисосудистый доступ, артериовенозный шунт или

при внутрисосудистой терапии).

16. Не используйте манжету на стороне, где была сделана мастэктомия.

17. Во избежание дальнейших повреждений не кладите манжету по-

верх ран.

18. Не используйте шнуры и / или адаптер переменного тока для любых

других целей, кроме указанных, так как они могут вызвать риск уду-

шения.

19. Не используйте и не держите устройство и манжету во время ис-

пользования.

20. Во время измерения кровяного давления не допускается преры-

вание циркуляции крови на длительное время. При сбое в работе

прибора снимите манжету с руки.

21. Избегайте длительного давления в манжете и частых из-мерений.

Нарушение кровообращения может привести к повреждениям.

22. Используйте только входящие в объем поставки или оригинальные

запасные манжеты. В противном случае получаются неверные ре-

зультаты измерений.

23. Проглатывание батареек может приводить к опасности для жизни.

Поэтому храните батарейки и изделия в не-доступном для детей

месте. В случае проглатывания батарейки незамедлительно обрати-

тесь к врачу.

mocą GA seria wykonane są z dokładnością zbliżoną do wyników uzyski-

wanych w badaniu specjalistycznym przy użyciu ciśnieniomierza i metody

Normy ciśnienia tętniczego

ciśnienia Krwi opracował standard dotyczący pomiaru ciśnienia krwi, za-

wierający klasykację obejmującą 4 zakresy. (Patrz Siódmy Raport Wspól-

nego Krajowego Komitetu ds. Prewencji, Detekcji, Oceny i Leczenia Nad-

ciśnienia – Kompletny raport JNC7:2003.)Klasykacja dotycząca ciśnienia

krwi została opracowana na podstawie danych historycznych i może nie

być odpowiednia dla konkretnego pacjenta. Ważne jest, aby regularnie

konsultować się ze swoim lekarzem. Lekarz udzieli pacjentowi informa-

cji dotyczących jego normalnego ciśnienia krwi oraz wartości ciśnienia,

przy której pacjent może być zagrożony. Dla zapewnienia niezawodnego

i wiarygodnego diagnozowania ciśnienia krwi, należy prowadzić rejestr,

Zakładanie mankietu

1. Włóż złącze do urządzenia pomiarowego.

2. Załóż mankiet na gołe ramię, owiń w taki sposób, aby rurka była skiero-

wana w stronę otwartej ręki, a symbol tętnicy znajdował się nad tętnicą

główną.

3. Krawędź mankietu powinna znajdować się w odległości mniej więcej

1.5 do 2.5 cm powyżej wewnętrznej strony łokcia. Jeżeli linia odniesie-

nia znajduje się w zakresie oznakowania obwodu ramienia oznacza to,

że obwód mankietu jest prawidłowy. W przeciwnym razie użytkownik

potrzebuje mankietu o innym obwodzie.

4. Używanie mankietu o właściwym rozmiarze jest ważne dla zapewnienia

prawidłowego pomiaru.

5. Aby zakończyć pracę w dowolnym czasie, otworzyć zawór spustowy i

powietrza w mankiecie zostanie szybko wyczerpany.

Procedury pomiaru

1. Umieść końcówkę stetoskopu na tętnicy głównej, poniżej oznakowania

2. Wciśnij przycisk Wł./Wył./Zerowanie. Po wyzerowaniu GA seria jest goto-

wy do wykonania pomiaru. (Rys. )

3. Kiedy zawór jest zamknięty, naciśnij pompkę i kontynuuj pompowanie

aż do chwili, kiedy ciśnienie osiągnie wartość wyższą o mniej więcej

30~40 mmHg od Twojego zwykłego ciśnienia skurczowego. (Rys. )

4. Otwórz zawór, aby rozpocząć stopniowe spuszczania ciśnienia z man-

kietu, z prędkością wynoszącą mniej więcej 2-3 mmHg na sekundę.

(Prędkość zmniejszania ciśnienia jest wyświetlana na ekranie LCD.) (Rys.

5. Naciśnij przycisk Marker nagrać wystąpienie dźwięku Korotkowa jako ci-

śnienie skurczowe, a następnie naciśnij przycisk ponownie, aby nagrać

Marker zanik dźwięku Korotfko jako rozkurczowe ciśnienie.

Uwaga:

Komunikaty błędu

Err Błąd pomiaru tętna. Powietrze jest odprowadzane z mankietu zbyt

szybko. Należy utrzymywać prędkość opróżniania mankietu z po-

wietrza, wynoszącą mniej więcej 2-3 mmHg na sekundę.

EE Wykryto, że ciśnienie wynoszące ponad 15 mmHg utrzymuje się

przez co najmniej 3 minuty. Wciśnij przycisk Wł./Wył./Zerowanie,

aby wyłączyć urządzenie, w przeciwnym wypadku ciśnieniomierz

wyłączy się automatycznie, jeżeli żaden przycisk nie zostanie wci-

śnięty przez 60 sekund.

E3 Błąd danych. Wyjmij i ponownie włóż baterie. Jeżeli błąd występuje

nadal, należy zwrócić urządzenie do miejscowego sprzedawcy lub

punktu serwisowego.

E1 Ciśnienie w mankiecie wynosi ponad 301 mmHg. Natychmiast

otwórz zawór, aby szybko spuścić ciśnienie z mankietu.

Konserwacja

Kiedy urządzenie zostało użyte ponad 10.000 razy, po każdym włączeniu

wyświetlony zostanie komunikat (CAL) przypominający o konieczności

przeprowadzenia ponownej kalibracji. Zalecane jest, aby ponowna kali-

bracja była przeprowadzana co dwa lata. Kalibrację może wykonywać je-

dynie producent lub technik autoryzowanego punktu serwisowego. Nale-

ży skontaktować się z producentem, czyli rmą Rossmax International Ltd.

lub miejscowym dystrybutorem. (Gniazdo do połączenia z komputerem

znajduje się wewnątrz komory baterii.)

Informacje dotyczące bezpieczeństwa

1. Urządzenia Rossmax GA seria są przeznaczone tylko i wyłącznie do po-

miaru ciśnienia tętniczego na ramieniu lub na udzie, na zdrowej skórze.

2. Nie należy pompować mankietu do ciśnienia przekraczającego 300

mmHg.

3. Nie należy mierzyć ciśnienia przez ponad 3 minuty.

4. Przed kolejnym pomiarem ciśnienia należy odczekać co najmniej 5 mi-

nuty.

Ostrzeżenia

1. Urządzenie jest wyposażone w podzespoły o wysokiej precyzji. Należy

więc unikać ekstremalnych temperatur, wilgotności oraz bezpośred-

niego działania promieni słonecznych. Uważać, aby nie upuścić urzą-

dzenia i nie narażać go na nagłe uderzenia, chronić przed kurzem.

2. Obudowa ciśnieniomierza i mankiet powinny być czyszczone lekko na-

wilżoną, miękką ściereczką. Nie dociskać zbyt mocno. Nie prać mankie-

tu i nie czyścić go żadnymi produktami chemicznymi. Do czyszczenia

urządzenia nie wolno używać rozcieńczalnika, alkoholu ani benzyny.

3. Wyciek z baterii może spowodować uszkodzenie urządzenia. Jeżeli

urządzenie nie będzie używane przez dłuższy czas, należy wyjąć baterie.

4. Dla uniknięcia zagrożeń, urządzenie nie może być obsługiwane przez

dzieci.

5. Jeżeli urządzenie jest przechowywane w temperaturze bliskiej zera,

przed użyciem należy umieścić go na pewien czas w temperaturze po-

kojowej.

6. Urządzenie nie może być naprawiane przez użytkownika. Nie wolno w

żadnym wypadku usiłować otwierać urządzenie za pomocą jakichkol-

wiek narzędzi. Żadne elementy wewnętrzne nie mogą być naprawiane

przez użytkownika. W razie jakichkolwiek problemów, należy skontak-

tować się ze sprzedawcą lub lekarzem, u którego urządzenie zostało

zakupione, bądź też z rmą Rossmax International Ltd.

7. Aby w dowolnej chwili wyłączyć urządzenie, należy otworzyć zawór –

powietrze zostanie szybko usunięte z mankietu.

8. Należy pamiętać, że urządzenie jest przeznaczone wyłącznie do użytku

domowego i w żadnym wypadku nie zastępuje porady lekarskiej.

9. Urządzenie nie może być wykorzystywane w celu diagnozowania lub

leczenia jakichkolwiek problemów zdrowotnych. Wyniki pomiarów po-

siadają jedynie znaczenie informacyjne. Interpretacja wyników pomiaru

20. Nie wolno zakłocać cyrkulacji krwi przez zbyt długi pomiar ciśnienia.

W przypadku błędnego działania urządzenia należy zdjąć mankiet z

ramienia.

21. Unikać utrzymywania ciśnienia w mankiecie oraz częstych pomiarow.

Spowodowane tym zaburzenie przepływu krwi może spowodować

uszczerbek na zdrowiu.

22. Używać jedynie dostarczonej lub orginalnej opaski nadgarstkowej. W

innym przypadku uzyskuje się błędne dane pomiarowe.

23. Baterie mogą być przy połknięciu niebezpieczne dla życia. Przechowy-

wać z tego powodu baterie i produkt w miejscach niedostępnych dla

małych dzieci. Jeśli nastąpiło już połknięcie baterii, należy zgłosić się

vergleichbar mit den Messwerten, die ein geschulter Beobachter nach

der auskultatorischen Blutdruckmessmethode mit Manschette und Ste-

thoskop ermittelt.

Blutdruck-Standard

Der Koordinationsausschuss des nationalen Schulungsprogramms

zu Bluthochdruckhat eine Blutdrucknorm entwickelt und den Blut-

druckanzeigebereich in vier Kategorien eingeteilt. (Siehe «The Se-

venth Report of the Joint National Committee on Prevention, Detec-

tion, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Pressure-Complete

Report JNC-7» (7. Bericht des gemeinsamen nationalen Ausschusses

zur Vermeidung, Erkennung, Bewertung und Behandlung von Blut-

hochdruck – vollständiger Bericht JNC-7, 2003). Diese Blutdruckklas-

sikation stützt sich auf Daten der Vergangenheit und muss nicht in

jedem Fall für jeden Patienten zutreen. Es ist wichtig, dass Sie Ihren

Arzt regelmässig konsultieren. Ihr Arzt wird Ihnen Ihren normalen

Blutdruckschwankungsbereich sowie den Punkt mitteilen, an dem

für Sie ein Risiko besteht. Zur zuverlässigen Überwachung und Be-

zugnahme auf den Blutdruck empfehlen wir, langfristig Protokoll

Einsetzen und Ersetzen der Batterien

1. Drehen Sie den Clip um 90 °.

2. Lösen Sie die Schraube am Deckel des Batteriefachs.

3. Setzen Sie die Batterien mit den korrekten Polaritäten ein.

4. Setzen Sie den Batteriedeckel wieder auf, und ziehen Sie die Schrau-

be fest.

5. Drehen Sie den Clip wieder zurück.

Sie müssen die Batterien ersetzen, wenn:

1. Das Symbol für niedrigen Batteriestand auf der Anzeige erscheint.

2. Sie die Taste ON/OFF/Nullstelllung drücken und auf dem Display

nichts angezeigt wird.

Vorsicht:

1. Batterien sind Sondermüll. Nicht gemeinsam mit dem Haushalts-

müll entsorgen.

2. In dem Gerät benden sich keine vom Benutzer reparierbaren Teile.

Batterien oder Schäden, die durch alte Batterien verursacht werden,

sind nicht durch die Garantie abgedeckt.

3. Verwenden Sie nur Markenbatterien. Wechseln Sie neue Batterien

immer gemeinsam. Verwenden Sie Batterien der gleichen Marke

und des gleichen Typs.

Anlegen der Manschette

1. Schliessen Sie am Manometer.

2. Legen Sie die Manschette auf den nackten Oberarm, und wickeln Sie

sie so um den Oberarm, dass der Schlauch zu Ihrer Handäche zeigt

und die Arterienmarkierung über Ihrer Hauptarterie liegt.

3. Der Rand der Manschette sollte 1.5 bis 2.5 cm über der Innenseite

des Ellbogengelenks liegen. Wenn die Indexlinie in dem Bereich der

Armumfanganzeige liegt, ist die Manschettengrösse geeignet, ande-

renfalls benötigen Sie eine Manschette mit einer anderen Grösse.

4. Die Wahl der richtigen Manschettengrösse ist für eine exakte Mes-

sung wichtig.

5. Um den Betrieb jederzeit zu beenden, önen Sie das Entlüftungs-

ventil, und die Luft in der Manschette wird schnell erschöpft sein.

Messverfahren

1. Legen Sie den Stethoskopkopf auf die Hauptarterie unter der Arteri-

enmarkierung der Manschette. (Abbildung )

2. Drücken Sie die Taste ON/OFF/Nullstelllung. Nach der Rückstellung

auf „0“ ist GA Serie bereit für die Messung. (Abbildung )

3. Wenn das Ventil geschlossen ist, pumpen Sie mit dem Gummiball,

bis Sie einen Wert 30 – 40 mmHg über Ihrem normalen Blutdruck

erreicht haben. (Abbildung )

4. Önen Sie das Ventil, um die Manschette vorsichtig mit 2 bis 3

mmHg pro Sekunde zu entlasten. (Die Entlastungsgeschwindigkeit

wird auf dem LCD-Display angezeigt). (Abbildung )

5. Drücken Sie die Marker Taste, um den Ausbruch von Korotkoton

als der systolische Druck aufzunehmen, und drücken Sie die Marker

Taste erneut, um Marker das Verschwinden der Korotfko Klang als

diastolischen Druck aufnehmen.

6. Nach Abschluss der Messung önen Sie das Ventil vollständig, um

die Restluft in der Manschette zu entfernen. Der Herzschlag wird auf

dem LCD-Display angezeigt. (Abbildung )

Hinweis:

1. Setzen Sie sich aufrecht auf einen Stuhl und nehmen Sie 5-6 tiefe

Atemzüge. Vermeiden Sie es, sich zuruckzulehnen, wahrend die

Messung durchgefuhrt wird.

2. Behalten Sie während der Messung im Sitzen ihre Füsse ach auf

dem Boden und überschlagen Sie nicht Ihre Beine.

Fehlermeldungen

Err Fehler bei der Messung des Herzschlags. Die Manschette wurde

zu schnell entlastet. Halten Sie eine Entlastungsgeschwindigkeit

von etwa 2 – 3 mmHg pro Sekunde ein.

Es wurde erkannt, dass über 3 Minuten lang ein Restdruck von

15 mmHg vorhanden war. Drücken Sie die Taste ON/OFF/Null-

stelllung, um das Gerät abzuschalten, sonst schaltet das Gerät

automatisch nach 60 Sekunden aus.

E3 Datenfehler. Entfernen Sie die Batterien, und laden Sie diese auf.

Sollte der Fehler wiederholt vorkommen, bringen Sie das Gerät

zu Ihrem lokalen Händler oder zum Servicezentrum.

E1 Die Manschette ist mit einem Druck von mehr als 301 mmHg

aufgepumpt. Öffnen Sie sofort das Ventil, um schnell die Luft

aus der Manschette abzulassen.

Wartung

Wenn das Gerät 10.000 Mal verwendet wurde, erscheint bei jedem

Einschalten des Geräts eine Kalibriererinnerungsmeldung (CAL). Es

wird empfohlen, alle 2 Jahre eine Kalibrierung durchzuführen. Nur der

Hersteller oder ein autorisierter Servicetechniker darf die Kalibrierung

durchführen. Wenden Sie sich an den Hersteller Rossmax International

Ltd. oder an Ihren lokalen Händler (Die PC-Datenübertragungsbuchse

für die Kalibrierung bendet sich im Batteriefach).

Sicherheitshinweise

1. Geräte von Rossmax GA Serie wurden ausschliesslich für die Blut-

druckmessung am Oberarm oder am Oberschenkel auf gesunder

Haut konzipiert.

2. Das Gerät nicht mit mehr als 300 mmHg aufblasen.

3. Messen Sie Ihren Blutdruck nicht länger als 3 Minuten.

4. Warten Sie mindestens 5 Minuten, bevor Sie Messungen wiederho-

len.

Sicherheitshinweise

1. Das Messgerät enthält hoch genaue Bauteile. Vermeiden Sie daher

extreme Temperaturen, extreme Luftfeuchtigkeit und direkte Son-

neneinstrahlung. Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht herunterfallen, und ver-

meiden Sie starke Stossbelastungen des Grundgeräts und schützen

Sie es vor Staub.

2. Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse des Blutdruckmessgeräts und die Man-

schette vorsichtig mit einem feuchten, weichen Tuch. Üben Sie kei-

nen Druck aus. Waschen Sie die Manschette nicht und behandeln Sie

sie nicht mit chemischen Reinigern. Verwenden Sie niemals Verdün-

nungsmittel, Alkohol oder Benzin als Reinigungsmittel.

3. Ausgelaufene Batterien können das Gerät beschädigen. Nehmen Sie

die Batterien heraus, wenn Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht verwen-

den.

4. Um Gefahren zu vermeiden, sollte das Gerät nicht von Kindern be-

dient werden.

5. Wenn das Gerät bei einer Temperatur nahe des Gefrierpunkts ge-

lagert wurde, warten Sie vor Verwendung bis das Gerät sich an die

Zimmertemperatur angepasst hat.

6. Dieses Gerät kann nicht vor Ort gewartet werden. Sie sollten das Ge-

rät weder mit Werkzeugen önen, noch versuchen, etwas in dem

Gerät selbst einzustellen. Wenn Probleme auftreten, wenden Sie sich

bitte an den Händler oder Arzt, von dem Sie dieses Gerät gekauft

haben, oder an Rossmax International Ltd.

7. Sie können die Funktion jederzeit stoppen; önen Sie dazu das Ent-

lastungsventil. Die Luft in der Manschette wird schnell abgelassen.

8. Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieses Blutdruckmessgerät nur für den Heim-

gebrauch vorgesehen ist und kein Ersatz für die Beratung durch ei-

nen Arzt oder eine medizinische Fachkraft ist.

9. Verwenden Sie dieses Gerät nicht zur Diagnose oder Behandlung

von Gesundheitsproblemen und Erkrankungen. Die Messergebnisse

dienen nur der Orientierung. Konsultieren Sie bei der Interpretation

von Blutdruckmessungen einen Gesundheitsexperten. Gehen Sie

zum Arzt, wenn sie ein medizinisches Problem haben oder vermuten!

Ändern Sie Ihre Medikation nicht ohne Konsultation Ihres Arztes bzw.

Mediziners.

10. Elektromagnetische Störungen: Das Gerät enthält empndliche

elektronische Komponenten. Vermeiden Sie starke elektrische oder

elektromagnetische Felder in direkter Nähe des Geräts (beispiels-

weise durch Mobiltelefone und Mikrowellengeräte). Diese können

zur zeitweiligen Beeinträchtigung der Messgenauigkeit führen.

11. Entsorgen Sie das Gerät, die Batterien, Komponenten und Zubehör-

teile entsprechend den lokalen Bestimmungen.

12. Die technischen Daten dieses Blutdruckmessgeräts sind nur ge-

währleistet, wenn es innerhalb der in den technischen Daten ange-

gebenen Grenzwerte für Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit gelagert

bzw. verwendet wird.

13. Beachten Sie, dass es während des Aufpumpens zu einer Funktions-

beeinträchtigung des betroenen Gliedmaßes kommen kann.

14. Vermeiden Sie das mechanische Einengen, Zusammendrücken

oder Abknicken des Manschettenschlauch.

15. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Manschette nicht an einem Arm ange-

legt wird, dessen Arterien oder Venen in medizinischer Behandlung

sind, z.B. intravaskulärer Zugang bzw. eine intravaskuläre Therapie

oder ein arteriovenöser (A-V-) Nebenschluss.

16. Falls Sie jemals eine Mastektomie hatten, darf die Manschette nicht

an dieser Seite angelegt werden.

17. Legen Sie die Manschette nicht über Wunden an, da dies zu weite-

ren Verletzungen führen kann.

18. Benutzen Sie den Schlauch und/oder den Netzadapter nur für die

dafür vorgesehene beschriebene Anwendung, ansonsten besteht

die Gefahr von Strangulation.

19. Benutzen Sie die Service- und Wartungsvorrichtung und Manschet-

te nicht während der Anwendung.

20. Die Blutzirkulation darf durch die Blutdruckmessung nicht unnötig

lange unterbunden werden. Bei einer Fehlfunktion des Gerätes neh-

men Sie die Manschette vom Arm ab.

21. Verhindern Sie einen anhaltenden Druck in der Manschette sowie

häuge Messungen. Eine dadurch resultierende Beeinträchtigung

des Blutusses kann zu Verletzungen führen.

22. Verwenden Sie nur die mitgelieferte oder originale Ersatz-Manschet-

ten. Ansonsten werden falsche Messwerte ermittelt.

23. Batterien können bei Verschlucken lebensgefährlich sein. Bewahren

Sie Batterien und Produkte daher an einem für Kleinkinder unzu-

gänglichen Ort auf. Wenn eine Batterie verschluckt wurde, rufen Sie

sofort einen Arzt an.

Insertion et remplacement des piles

1. Tournez le clip de 90°.

2. Dévissez la vis du couvercle du compartiment des piles.

3. Insérez les piles en veillant à la bonne polarité.

4. Reposez le couvercle du compartiment et vissez la vis.

5. Tournez le clip en arrière.

Vous devez remplacer les piles quand

1. l’icône «Faible état de charge» s’ache

2. vous pressez le bouton On/O/RAZ et que l’écran reste noir.

Attention:

1. Les piles font partie des déchets spéciaux. Ne les jetez pas avec

les ordures ménagères.

2. L’instrument ne contient pas de pièces réparables par l’utilisateur.

Les piles ou dommages résultant de piles usagées sont exclus de la

garantie.

3. Utilisez exclusivement des piles de marque. Remplacez toujours les

piles en bloc. Utilisez des piles de même marque et de même type.

Mise en place du brassard

1. Branchez le connecteur dans la jauge.

2. Ajustez le brassard autour du bras nu. Serrezle avec le tuyau orienté

vers la paume et le repère de l›artère placé sur l›artère principale.

3. Le bord du brassard doit se situer env. 1.5-2.5 cm au-dessus du creux

du coude. Si la ligne d›index coïncide avec la zone de l›indicateur

de périmètre, la taille du brassard est adaptée, sinon il vous faut un

brassard d›un autre périmètre.

4. L›utilisation de la taille correcte est indispensable pour des mesures

exactes.

5 Pour arrêter l'opération à tout moment, ouvrir la vanne de purge

d'air, et l'air dans le brassard seront épuisés rapidement.

Procédures de mesure

1. Placez la tête du stéthoscope sur l›artère principale, sous le repère de

l›artère du brassard. (Fig. )

2. Pressez le bouton On/O/RAZ. Après la remise à zéro, GA série est

prêt à mesurer. (Fig. )

3. La valve étant fermée, pressez la poire et continuez à pomper

jusqu›à ce que la pression soit supérieure de 30-40 mmHg à la pres-

sion artérielle normale. (Fig. )

4. Ouvrez la valve pour dégoner le brassard graduellement à raison

de 2-3 mmHg par seconde. (La vitesse de dégonage est achée

sur l›écran LCD.) (Fig. )

5. Appuyez sur le bouton de marqueur pour enregistrer le début de

son Korotko que la pression systolique, et appuyez de nouveau

sur le botton de marqueur pour enregistrer la disparition de son

Korotfko que la pression diastolique.

6. A la n de la mesure, ouvrez entièrement la valve pour libérer l›air

restant dans le brassard. (La fréquence cardiaque s›ache sur l›écran

LCD. (Fig. )

Remarque:

1. Asseyez-vous droit sur une chaise. Respirez profondément 5-6 fois.

Évitez de vous adosser contre la chaise pendant la mesure.

2. Ne pas croiser les jambes en position assise et garder les pieds à plat

sur le sol pendant la mesure.

Messages d›erreur

Err Erreur de détection de fréquence cardiaque. Le brassard se dé-

gonfle trop vite. Veillez à maintenir la vitesse de dégonflage à

2-3 mmHg par seconde.

Une pression supérieure à 15 mmHg pendant plus de 3 mi-

nutes est détectée. Veuillez presser le bouton On/O/RAZ pour

éteindre l'instrument. Celui-ci s'éteint tout seul au bout de 60

secondes.

E3 Erreur de données. Enlevez les piles, puis réinsérez-les. Si l'erreur

persiste, renvoyez l'instrument au distributeur ou centre SAV

local.

E1 La pression du brassard dépasse 301 mmHg. Ouvrez immédia-

tement la valve pour évacuer rapidement l'air du brassard.

Maintenance

Si l›instrument est utilisé plus de 10 000 fois, un message de rappel

d›étalonnage (CAL) apparaît à chaque mise sous tension. Il est recom-

mandé de faire eectuer un étalonnage tous les deux ans. Seul le

fabricant ou un technicien SAV autorisé est qualié pour l›étalonnage.

Introduction

Thank you for choosing Rossmax GA series, the shock and splash

resistant backlighted digital sphygmomanometer. Blood pressure

measurements determined with GA series are equivalent to those

obtained by a trained observer using cu /stethoscope ausculta-

tion method.

GA series is protected against manufacturing defects by an estab-

lished International Warranty Program. For warranty information,

you can contact the manufacturer, Rossmax International Ltd. or

your local distributors.

Preliminary Remarks

GA series complies with the European regulations and bears the

CE mark “CE 1639”. The quality of the device has been veried and

conforms to the provisions of the EC council directive 93/42/EEC

(Medical Device Directive), Annex I essential requirements and ap-

plied harmonized standards.

Blood Pressure Standard

The National High Blood Pressure Education Program Coordinating

Committee has developed a blood pressure standard, classifying

blood pressure ranges into 4 stages.

(Ref. The Seventh Report of the Joint National Committee on

Prevention, Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood

Pressure-Complete Report JNC-7, 2003).

This blood pressure classication are based on historical data, and

may not be directly applicable to any particular patient.

It is important that you consult with your physician regularly. Your

physician will tell you your normal blood pressure range as well as

the point at which you will be considered at risk before making any

healthcare decision based on the device's readings.

For reliable monitoring and reference of blood pressure, keeping

long-term records is recommended. Please download the blood

pressure log (chart for recording and tracking crucial info: date,

time, blood pressure, pulse rate and body condition) at www.

Installing and Replacing the Batteries

1. Rotate the clip through 90 °.

2. Loosen the screw on the battery cover.

3. Install the batteries with correct polarities.

4. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw.

5. Rotate the clip back.

You need to replace the batteries when:

1. Low battery icon appears on display.

2. The On/O/Zeroing key is pressed and nothing appears on dis-

play.

Caution:

1. Batteries are hazardous waste. Do not dispose them together

with the household garbage.

2. There are no user serviceable parts inside. Batteries or damage

from old batteries are not covered by warranty.

3. Use exclusively brand batteries. Always replace with new batter-

ies together. Use batteries of the same brand and same type.

Applying the Cu

1. Plug the connector into the gauge.

2. Place the cu over the bare upper arm, wrap it with the tube

pointing your palm, and the artery mark over your main artery.

3. The edge of the cu should be at approximately 1.5 to 2.5 cm

above the inner side of the elbow joint. If the index line falls with-

in the range of the arm circumference indicator, the cu circum-

ference is suitable, otherwise you may need a cu with a dierent

circumference.

4. Using the correct cu size is important for an accurate reading.

5. To stop operation at any time, open the air release valve, and the

air in the cu will be rapidly exhausted.

Measurement Procedures

1. Place the stethoscope head over the main artery, underneath the

artery mark of the cu. (Fig. )

2. Press the On/O/Zeroing key. After zeroing, GA series is ready to

measure. (Fig. )

3. With the valve closed, press the bulb and continue pumping to

a value 30-40 mmHg above your normal blood pressure (Fig. ).

The back light will be turned on once the pressure is inated over

30 mmHg, and throughout the measurement process.

4. Open the valve to deate the cu gradually at a rate of 2-3 mmHg

per second (The deation rate is displayed on LCD) (Fig. ).

5. Press the Marker key to record the onset of Korotko sound as

the systolic pressure, and press the Marker key again to record

the disappearance of the Korotfko sound as diastolic pressure.

6. After measurement is completed, fully open the valve to release

any remaining air in the cu. The heartbeat rate is displayed on

the LCD. (Fig. )

Note:

1. Sit upright in a chair, and take 5-6 deep breaths. Avoid leaning

back while the measurement is being taken.

2. Do not cross the legs while sitting and keep the feet at on the

oor during measurement.

Empleo del brazalete

1. Enchufe el conector en el medidor.

2. Posicione el brazalete en la parte superior del brazo desnuda, enró-

llelo con el tubo mostrando hacia la palma de la mano y la marca de

arteria sobre su arteria principal.

3. El borde del brazalete deberá estar a aprox. 1.5 a 2.5 cm sobre el lado

Nota:

Mensajes de error

Err

Error Messages

Err Heartbeat rate detection error. The cuff is deflated too rapidly.

Please keep the deflation rate among 2-3 mmHg per second.

A pressure of over 15 mmHg remaining for more than 3 minutes

is detected. Please press the On/Off/Zeroing key to switch the

unit off, or the unit will automatically switch off after 60 seconds.

Data Error. Please remove and reload the batteries. If error keeps

occurring, return the device to the local distributor or service

center.

E1 The cuff is inflated to a pressure over 301 mmHg. Please open

the valve immediately to rapidly exhaust the air in the cuff.

Maintenance

If the unit is used for over 10,000 times, the calibration reminding

message (CAL) will appear every time the unit is switched on. It is

recommended that calibration be completed every two years. Only

the manufacturer or an authorized service technician is qualied for

the calibration service. Please contact the manufacturer, Rossmax

International Ltd. or your local distributors. (The PC Link socket for

calibration purpose is inside the battery compartment.)

Safety Information

1. Rossmax GA series are exclusively designed for blood pressure

measurement at the upper arm or thigh on healthy skin.

2. Please do not inate to more than 300 mmHg.

3. Do not take your blood pressure for more than 3 minutes.

4. Wait for at least 5 minutes before repeated measurements.

Cautionary Notes

1. The unit contains high-precision assemblies. Therefore, avoid ex-

treme temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight. Avoid drop-

ping or strongly shocking the main unit, and protect it from dust.

2. Clean the blood pressure monitor body and the cu carefully

with a slightly damp, soft cloth. Do not press. Do not wash the

cu or use chemical cleaner on it. Never use thinner, alcohol or

petrol (gasoline) as cleaner.

3. Leaky batteries can damage the unit. Remove the batteries when

the unit is not used for a long time.

4. The unit should not be operated by children so to avoid hazard-

ous situations.

5. If the unit is stored near freezing, allow it to acclimate at room

temperature before use.

6. The unit is not eld serviceable. You should not use any tool to

open the device nor should you attempt to adjust anything in-

side the device. If you have any problems, please contact who

you purchased GA series from or please contact Rossmax Inter-

national Ltd.

7. To stop operation at any time, open the air release valve, and the

air in the cu will be rapidly exhausted.

8. Please note that this is a home healthcare product only and it is

not intended to serve as a substitute for the advice of a physician

cording to local regulations.

12. This monitor may not meet its performance specication if

stored or used outside temperature and humidity ranges speci-

ed in Specications.

13. Please note that when inating, the functions of the limb in

question may be impaired.

14. Avoid any mechanical restriction, compression or bending of the

cu line.

15. Ensure that the cu is not placed on an arm in which the arteries

or veins are undergoing medical treatment, e.g. intravascular ac-

cess or therapy, or an arteriovenous (AV) shunt.

16. Do not apply the cu on the side, where a mastectomy has been

performed in your patient history.

17. Do not place the cu over wounds as this may cause further

injury.

18. Do not use the tubing and/or AC adaptor for any other purpose

than those specied, as they can cause risk of strangulation.

19. Do not service or maintain device and cu while in use.

20. During the blood pressure measurement, blood circulation must

not be stopped for an unnecessarily long time. If the device mal-

functions, remove the cu from the arm.

21. Do not allow sustained pressure in the cu or frequent meas-

urements. The resulting restriction of the blood ow may cause

injury.

22. Only ever use the cus provided with the monitor or original

replacement cus. Otherwise erroneous results will be recorded.

23. Batteries can be fatal if swallowed. You should therefore store the

batteries and products where they are inaccessible to small chil-

dren. If a battery has been swallowed, call a doctor immediately.

20. La medicion de la presion sanguinea no debe interrumpir la circula-

cion sanguinea mas tiempo del necesario. En caso de que el aparato

Précautions

1. L’instrument contient des éléments de haute précision. Evitez par

conséquent des températures extrêmes, l’humidité et un rayonne-

ment solaire direct. Evitez de faire tomber l’instrument ou de l’expo-

ser à des chocs violents et protégez-le de la poussière.

2. Nettoyez le boîtier du tensiomètre et le brassard avec précaution

avec un chion doux légèrement humide. N’appuyez pas. Ne lavez

pas le brassard et ne le nettoyez pas avec un détergent chimique.

N’utilisez jamais de diluant, d’alcool ou d’essence comme nettoyant.

3. Les coulures de piles peuvent endommager l’instrument. Enlevez

les piles avant une longue période d’inutilisation de l’instrument.

4. Conservez l’instrument hors de portée des enfants pour éviter des

situations dangereuses.

5. Si l’instrument est stocké dans un endroit proche de 0°, prévoyez une

période d’acclimatation à la température ambiante avant l’emploi.

6. Cet instrument n’est pas réparable par l’utilisateur. N’ouvrez pas l’ins-

trument avec un outil et n’essayez pas de le réparer. Si vous rencon-

trez des problèmes, contactez le magasin ou le médecin chez qui

vous avez acheté cet instrument ou Rossmax International Ltd.

7. Pour arrêter la mesure à tout moment, ouvrez la valve de libération

de l’air. L’air du brassard sera rapidement évacué.

10. Interférences électromagnétiques: L’appareil contient des éléments

16. Ne pas positionner le brassard sur le bras du côté où une mastecto-

mie connue a été réalisée.

17. Ne placez pas le brassard sur des plaies, son utilisation peut les

aggraver.

18. N'utilisez pas la tubulure et / ou l'adaptateur secteur à d'autres

objectifs que celles spéciées, car ils peuvent entraîner un risque

de strangulation.

19. Ne pas entretenir ni entretenir l'appareil et le brassard pendant son

utilisation.

20. Il ne faut pas bloquer la circulation sanguine plus longtemps que
