Intended use

The smart baby bottle automatically captures data

about every bottle feed. Via multiple sensors the

sleeve collects data about a bottle feed, which are

stored in the memory of the sleeve. After the feed,

the data will be synchronized with the app when

you open it on a smart device like a smartphone.

General

-The sleeve only works with the Philips Avent

Natural 4 oz/125 ml plastic bottle.

-The smart baby bottle works with the Philips

Avent Smart baby bottle app.

Warning

-Keep packaging materials

(plastic bags, cardboard

buers, etc.) out of reach of

children.

-Do not ingest battery.

Chemical burn hazard. If you

suspect that a battery may

have been swallowed or

placed inside the body seek

immediate medical attention.

-Always keep coin cell

batteries out of reach of

children.

-Swallowing coin cell batteries

can result in serious injury in

as little as 2 hours and can

lead to death.

-If the battery cover does not

close correctly do not attempt

to use this product and keep

away from children

-Do not throw disposable

batteries into re. Batteries

may explode.

-Do not use the device if it is

broken or damaged. Using a

broken or damaged device

may cause injury.

-Never use compressed air,

scouring pads, abrasive

cleaning agents or aggressive

liquids such as petrol or

acetone to clean the device.

-Do not immerse the device in

water or other liquids.

-Do not place the device in a

microwave, dishwasher or

sterilizer. The device contains

Lithium batteries that might

cause re when placed in a

microwave.

-Allow the device to reach

room temperature after

having been stored at extreme

temperatures (below 0 °C/32

°F or over 40 °C/104 °F), to

avoid inaccurate

measurements.

-Danger of explosion if battery

is incorrectly replaced.

Replace only with the same

type.

-Only use the device as

described in the quick start

guide. Do not use it for any

other purpose.

-Use the device at a

temperature between 0 °C

(32 °F) and 40 °C (104 °F).

-All required markings are

located on the device.
