Wewarrantthattheproductwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanship

foraperiodof3yearsfromthedateofpurchaseoftheproductbytheoriginal

purchaserfromourcompany.Thewarrantyperiodforaccessoriessuchasprobes

is12months.Thiswarrantyonlyappliestotheoriginalpurchaserandisnot

transferabletoathirdparty.

Iftheproductprovesdefectiveduringthewarrantyperiod,wewilleitherrepairthe

defectiveproductwithoutchargeforpartsandlabour,orwillprovideareplacement

inexchangeforthedefectiveproduct.Parts,modulesandreplacementproducts

usedbyourcompanyforwarrantyworkmaybeneworreconditionedlikenew.All

replacedparts,modulesandproductsbecomethepropertyofourcompany.

Toobtainserviceunderthiswarranty,thecustomermustnotifyourcompanyofthe

defectbeforetheexpirationofthewarrantyperiod.Customershallberesponsible

forpackagingandshippingthedefectiveproducttoourdesignatedservicecentre,

acopyofthecustomer'sproofofpurchaseisalsorequired.

Thiswarrantyshallnotapplytoanydefect,failureordamagecausedbyimproper

useorimproperorinadequatemaintenanceandcare.Weshallnotbeobligatedto

furnishserviceunderthiswarrantya)torepairdamageresultingfromattemptsby

personnelotherthanourcompanyrepresentativestoinstall,repairorservicethe

product;b)torepairdamageresultingfromimproperuseorconnectionto

incompatibleequipment;c)torepairanydamageormalfunctioncausedbytheuse

ofnotoursupplies;ord)toserviceaproductthathasbeenmodifiedorintegrated

withotherproductswhentheeffectofsuchmodificationorintegrationincreases

thetimeordifficultyofservicingtheproduct.
