Diese Anleitung richtet sich sowohl an Fachleute (Einbau) als

auch an Personen ohne technisches Fachwissen (Bedienung).

Bitte lesen Sie die Anleitung vor dem Betrieb gründlich durch

und heben Sie sie für ein späteres Nachlesen auf.

1 Verwendungsmöglichkeiten

Mit diesem Sendemodul lassen sich drahtlos Audio signale an einen

Empfänger übertragen, der auf die gleichen Funkfrequenzen ab-

gestimmt ist (z. B. Taschen empfänger TXA-800R oder Empfangs-

modul eines transportablen Verstärkersystems der Serie TXA-820

oder TXA-1020).

Das Modul ist speziell für den Einbau in ein Verstärkersystem der

Serie TXA-820 konzipiert (als Ersatzteil oder zur Nachrüstung), lässt

sich jedoch auch in ein anderes Gerät einbauen.

1.1 Konformität und Zulassung

Hiermit erklärt MONACOR INTERNATIONAL, dass das Sendemodul

TXA-820MT der Richtlinie 2014 / 53 / EU entspricht. Die EU-Konfor-

mitätserklärung ist im Internet verfügbar:

www.monacor.de

Das Sendemodul ist für den Betrieb in den EU- und EFTA-Staaten

allgemein zugelassen und .anmelde- und gebührenfrei

Nehmen Sie keine Veränderungen an der Platine des Sendemoduls

vor! Die Garantie erlischt und das Modul verliert möglicherweise

auch seine Zulassung.

2 Wichtige Hinweise

Das Modul entspricht allen relevanten Richtlinien der EU und ist des-

halb mit gekennzeichnet.

•

Das Modul ist nur zur Verwendung im Innenbereich geeignet.

Schützen Sie es vor Tropf- und Spritzwasser, hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit

und Hitze (zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C).

•

Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Front nur ein trockenes, weiches

Tuch, auf keinen Fall Wasser oder Chemikalien.

•

Wird das Modul zweckentfremdet, nicht fachgerecht eingebaut,

falsch bedient oder nicht fachgerecht repariert kann keine Haftung

für daraus resultierende Sach- oder Personenschäden und keine

Garantie für das Modul übernommen werden.

Soll das Modul endgültig aus dem Betrieb genommen wer-

den, übergeben Sie es zur umweltgerechten Entsorgung

einem örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.

3 Einbau

Das Gerät, in welches das Modul eingebaut werden soll, muss

unbedingt ausgeschaltet und von der Netzspannung getrennt

werden!

3.1 Einbau in eine Aktivlautsprecherbox der Serie TXA-820

1) Soll das Modul bei dem Gerät TXA-822CD als Ersatz gegen das

eingebaute Sendemodul ausgetauscht werden, dieses abschrau-

ben und aus dem Schacht ziehen.

Soll das Modul bei dem Gerät TXA-820 oder TXA-820CD

nachträglich eingebaut werden, die Blende des Einschubschachts,

der sich direkt über dem Netzanschluss beﬁndet, abschrauben.

2) -Das Modul in den Schacht schieben. Hierbei die Platine in die seitli

chen Führungs schienen des Schachts stecken. Die Frontplatte des

Moduls am Gerät festschrauben.

3.2 Einbau in ein anderes Gerät

Die CE-Richtlinien müssen beachten werden. Den Anschluss über die

Leiterbahn-Kontakte herstellen:

4 Bedienung

1) Zum Aufbau der Funkstrecke das Sendemodul noch ausgeschaltet

lassen und zuerst den zugehörigen Empfänger auf einen störungs-

freien Übertragungskanal einstellen (

☞ Bedienungsanleitung des

Empfängers). Dann das Sendemodul mit dem Regler einschalten

und über die Tasten auf den gleichen Kanal einstellen (

☞ Tabelle

„Übersicht“).

Bitte beachten: An der Aktivbox, in die das Sendemodul eingebaut

wurde, müssen Sendemodul und Empfangsmodul auf unterschiedliche

Kanäle eingestellt werden, anderenfalls treten Rückkopplungen auf.

2) Ist die Funkstrecke aufgebaut, mit dem Regler die gewünschte

Lautstärke für das gesendete Audiosignal einstellen.

Tasten zur Einstellung des Übertragungs kanals:

1. Die Taste SET drücken: Die Kanalanzeige im Display blinkt.

2. Solange die Kanalanzeige blinkt (10 Sek. lang), kann mit den Pfeiltas-

ten der Kanal gewählt werden.

3. Die Kanalwahl mit der Taste SET bestätigen (anderenfalls schaltet das

Sende modul nach 10 Sek. zurück auf den vorher eingestellten Kanal).

Um sich während des Betriebs kurz die Funkfrequenz anzeigen zu lassen,

eine der Pfeiltasten gedrückt halten: Das Display zeigt solange statt des

Kanals die Frequenz an.

Transmitter Module

863 – 865 MHz

These instructions are intended for experts (installation) and for

users without any technical knowledge (operation). Please read

these instructions carefully prior to installation /operation and

keep them for later reference.

1 Applications

This transmitter module can be used for wireless transmission of

audio signals to a receiver matched to the same radio frequencies

(e. g. pocket receiver TXA-800R or receiver module of a portable am-

pliﬁer system of the series TXA-820 or TXA-1020).

The module is especially designed for installation into an am-

pliﬁer system of the series TXA-820 (for replacing the transmitter

module or for retroﬁtting) but may also be installed into other units.

1.1 Conformity and approval

Herewith, MONACOR INTERNATIONAL declare that the transmitter

module TXA-820MT complies with the directive 2014 / 53 / EU. The EU

declaration of conformity is available on the Internet:

The transmitter module is generally approved for operation in EU

and EFTA countries; it is licence-free and requires no registration.

Do not make any modiﬁcations to the printed circuit board of the

transmitter module! The modiﬁcation may render the approval of

the module invalid and the guarantee will become null and void.

2 Important Notes

The module corresponds to all relevant directives of the EU and is

therefore marked with .

•

The module is suitable for indoor use only. Protect it against drip-

ping water and splash water, high air humidity and heat (admissi-

ble ambient temperature range 0 – 40 °C).

•

For cleaning the front, only use a dry, soft cloth; never use water

or chemicals.

•

No guarantee claims for the module and no liability for any result-

ing personal damage or material damage will be accepted if the

module is used for other purposes than originally intended, if it

is not correctly installed or operated, or if it is not repaired in an

expert way.

If the module is to be put out of operation deﬁnitively, take

it to a local recycling plant for a disposal which is not harm-

ful to the environment.

3 Installation

The unit into which the module is to be inserted must be switched

off and disconnected from the mains!

3.1 Installation into an active speaker system

of the series TXA-820

1) If the module is to be used as a replacement for the transmitter

module installed in the unit TXA-822CD, screw off the transmitter

module installed and remove it from the compartment.

If the module is to be installed as a retroﬁt in the unit TXA-820

or TXA-820CD, screw off the cover of the insertion compartment

located directly above the mains jack.

2) Insert the module into the compartment. Make sure to correctly in-

sert the printed circuit board into the lateral guide rails of the com-

partment. Then screw the front plate of the module to the unit.

3.2 Installation into another unit

Make sure to observe the CE directives. Establish the connection via

the contacts of the printed circuit board:

4 Operation

1) To establish the transmission path, do not switch on the transmit-

ter module for the time being; ﬁrst, set the appropriate receiver to

an interference-free transmission channel (

☞ operating instruc-

tions of the receiver). Then switch on the transmitter module with

the control and use the buttons to set it to the same channel

(☞table “Overview”).

Please note: At the active speaker system into which the transmitter mod-

ule has been installed, the transmitter module and the receiver module

must be set to different channels; otherwise there will be feedback.

2) When the transmission path has been established, use the control

to adjust the volume of the audio signal transmitted.

yellow LED: will light up when a speciﬁc minimum level has been reached

red LED: overload indicator, should only light up brieﬂy for signal peaks; if it

lights up continuously, reduce the volume of the respective audio source(s)

Buttons for setting the transmission channel:

1. Press the button SET: The channel indication on the display will start ﬂashing.

2. As long as the channel indication ﬂashes (10 seconds), the arrow buttons

can be used to select the channel.

3. Conﬁrm the selected channel with the button SET (otherwise, the transmit-

ter module will return to the previously set channel after 10 seconds).

To brieﬂy indicate the radio frequency during operation, keep one of the

arrow buttons pressed: The display will indicate the frequency instead of the

channel while the arrow button is pressed.
