Door Viewer Camera

Introduction:

The door viewer camera is an electronic video system that enables you to see who’s at the front door.

Feel more secure before opening the door. The integrated intercom provides two way communication

with the visitor. The 2.8" monitor gives a clear view and has 3x digital zoom function for detailed

viewing. The door viewer camera is easy to install in an existing door and requires no wiring.

Installation:

Before installing the door viewer camera it is recommended to first check the correct operation of the

door viewer camera. Insert 3x AAA batteries in the battery compartment and connect the camera to

the monitor. Push the ON/OFF button and the monitor must show the picture of the camera. Check the

intercom function (TALK button) and the zoom function.

1. Check the height for the installation of the camera carefully before drilling a hole in the door. The

recommended height is between 1.60 m and 1.75 m. (door thickness, between 35 mm and 55 mm)

2. Drill a hole of ± 15 mm through the door.

3. Take off the cover sheet of adhesive tape.

4. Insert the tube with the flat cable through the opening in the door.

5. Push the camera unit against the door so that the camera unit is attached to the door with the

adhesive tape. Be sure there is enough space around the tube for the nut to tighten the camera

and the back plate.

6. Pull off the covers of the round adhesive tapes at the back side of the back plate and position the

back plate to the door with the opening in the middle of the hole from the door. Be sure that the

connector on the back plate for the flat cable is on the lef side (see image). t
