Adjust the position of each cup, holding the headband to ensure
that they are comfortably fit.

Wear the headband in the way that it sits at the center of your
head.

1 Hold the cup and pull the cushion with your fingers to remove the cushion.

2 Align the replacement cushion with the cup and attach it properly.

交換用クッションをカップに合わせ、しっかり取り付けます。
1 Remove the cushion and pull out the insert.
Retirez le coussin et retirez l’insert.
Retire la almohadilla y extraiga el inserto.
Entfernen Sie das Polster und ziehen Sie den Einsatz
heraus.
Verwijder het kussen en trek het inzetstuk eruit.
Rimuovere il cuscinetto ed estrarre l’inserto.
クッションをはずしてから、インサート
を引き出します。
2 Fold the replacement insert into two and put it in the
cup.
Pliez l’insert de remplacement en deux et placez-le
dans l’oreillette.
Doble el inserto de recambio en dos partes y
colóquele en el casquete.
Falten Sie den Ersatzeinsatz in der Mitte und setzen
Sie ihn in die Schale ein.
Vouw het vervangende inzetstuk doormidden en
plaats het in de dop.
Piegare l’inserto sostitutivo in due e metterlo nella
coppetta.
交換用インサートをふたつに折り、
カップに入れます。
3 Spread it evenly inside the cup.
Répartissez-le uniformément dans l’oreillette.
Repártalo uniformemente en el interior del casquete.
Verteilen Sie ihn gleichmäßig in der Schale.
Spreid het gelijkmatig uit in de dop.
Distribuirlo uniformemente all’interno della
coppetta.
