Safety

• Always unplug theproduct from thewall socket before cleaning.

• Make sure that theextension lead is properly plugged into thewall

socket and that theconnected load device/appliance is properly

plugged into thesocket of theextensionlead.

• Keep theextension lead out of children’sreach.

• Never connect load devices/appliances with acombined power load

higher than 3680W.

• Never immerse theextension lead in water or other liquid.

• Never position theextension lead where it may be splashed by

water or other liquid.

• Never try to open thehousing, repair or modify theextension lead in

anyway.

• Theextension lead is not intended for permanent use, it is intended

for temporary use with Christmas decorations, string lights,etc.

• Plug no more than one load device/appliance into each of

theextension lead sockets, do not plug asplitter socket into either of

thesockets in order to connect multiple appliances.

• Make sure that theelectrical socket that theproduct is plugged into

is easily accessible in case it and theconnected product need to be

quickly disconnected from themains electricity.

• Do not connect products of this type to each other.

• Do not cover theproduct.

Buttons and functionsNote:

• Theextension lead has amaximum load rating of 3680W.

• Think carefully before positioning theextension lead so that it is

not within theillumination zone of other light sources such as car

headlights.

1. Push theground spike into theground and make sure that

theextension lead is stable and not likely to fallover.

2. Set theextension lead to one of thesettings described in

thetableabove.

3. Make sure that each load device/appliance is switched off before it

is plugged into theextensionlead.

4. Plug theload device/appliance into thesocket of theextensionlead.

5. Plug theextension lead into anearthed wall socket.

6. Turn theload device/applianceon.

7. Theload device/appliance will now be switched on/off in

accordance with theselected setting.

Care and maintenance

• Unplug theextension lead from thewall socket before wiping it

clean with adrycloth.

• Whenever it is not to be used for anextended period, theextension

lead should be unplugged from thewall socket and stored in adry,

dust-free environment, out of children’sreach.
