Detection range

When mounted on aceiling

Themotion sensor in theLED light bulb performs aself-

diagnostic test every time it is switched on using thelight

switch. Here’s how itworks:

Screw thelight bulb into thedesired light fitting and switch thelight

fitting on using thelight switch. Thelight bulb will come on for about

3 seconds and then gooff. Everytime motion is detected within

10seconds, thelight bulb comes on for about 2 seconds and then

goesoff. Thismeans that themotion detector is operating normally.

After10 seconds has elapsed, thelight bulb will come on and shine

for 60 seconds when motion is detected.

Theidea is that thelight switch controlling thelight fitting with

thelight bulb in should always be switchedon. Thelight bulb

will then come on and go off automatically following aninitial

self-test.

Note: Ifmultiple motion sensor light bulbs are located in

thesame room they should be spaced at least 1.5m apart so

as not to conflict with one another.
