1. INSTALACIÓN
Conecte el cable en espiral al
microteléfono (A) y al conector
situado en el lado izquierdo del
teléfono (B).
Conecte el cable telefónico a la
toma situada en la parte posterior
del teléfono y a la toma mural.
Posición de sobremesa: el pie
debe de estar siempre instalado.
2. COLOCACIÓN MURAL
Invierta la lengüeta de montaje mural (pequeña pieza de
plástico estriado) ubicada en la base con una moneda.
Perfore dos orificios de 6 mm a una distancia de 100 mm.
Coloque dos tacos y luego atornille tornillos para madera
(1)
(3,5
mm de diámetro y 30 mm de largo).
Monte la base en los 2 tornillos deslizándola hacia abajo.
Retire el pie y vuelva a instalarlo en la parte posición mural.
3. USO GENERAL
3.1 INDICACIÓN LUMINOSA DE LLAMADA ENTRANTE /
MENSAJE EN ESPERA

Si está conectado a una centralita telefónica privada
ALCATEL equipada con mensajería, el indicador luminoso
de mensaje en espera se encenderá para indicarle la
presencia de un mensaje en su buzón de voz.
La marcación se puede realizar de dos formas:
descolgando el microteléfono y marcando,
marcando sin descolgar.
3.2 MARCACIÓN SIN DESCOLGAR
Pulse el botón del altavoz y marque el número de su
interlocutor. Descuelgue para establecer la conversación.
3.3 UTILIZACIÓN DEL MANOS LIBRES
Si está en comunicación, con el microteléfono descolgado y desea
escuchar y conversar con su interlocutor por el altavoz:
Pulse la tecla
y cuelgue el microteléfono.
Las personas que están a su alrededor pueden participar en
la conversación.
Ajuste el volumen del altavoz con las teclas
y .
Descuelgue el microteléfono para volver a una conversación
confidencial.
3.4 AJUSTE DEL VOLUMEN

8. PRECAUCIONES DE USO / CARACTERÍSTICAS
TÉCNICAS
Cuidado, no deje que su teléfono entre en contacto con el
agua. No obstante, existe la posibilidad de utilizar un paño
ligeramente húmedo para limpiar el aparato.
Para limpiar su aparato, utilice un paño húmedo. No
utilizar disolventes (alcohol, tricloretileno, acetona, etc.) ni
pulverizadores p1-ya que podría correr el riesgo de dañar su
aparato.
En caso de tormenta, se recomienda no utilizar el teléfono.
Los teléfonos están destinados a emitir y Temporis 880
recibir comunicaciones telefónicas y a conectarse a la red de
telecomunicaciones pública o privada española.
Estos productos han sido diseñados para conectarse en una
línea telefónica analógica.
9. GARANTIA EUROPEA

Informamos que deberá leer atentamente el manual de utilización
incluido en este embalaje.
El producto que acaba de adquirir es un producto tecnológico, que debe
ser manipulado con cuidado.
Este producto dispone de una garantía legal en los términos y
condiciones aplicables a la venta de bienes de consumo del país
donde compró el producto.
Para cualquiera información relativa a esta garantía legal, pregunte a
su vendedor.
Sin perjuicio de toda y cualquier garantía legal del que el producto se
beneficie, Atlinks garantiza que el producto que consta en el presente
embalaje es conforme a las especificaciones técnicas indicadas en el
manual de utilización, durante el periodo de garantía. Este periodo de
garantía tendrá inicio en la fecha de la compra de un Producto no usado,
que se presume que sea la fecha que consta en la factura o en el ticket
de compra emitido por su vendedor y en el que figura el nombre del
vendedor, y por un periodo de: Veinticuatro (24) meses para el teléfono,
con excepción de los consumibles y accesorios.
Cualquiera reclamación realizada en el ámbito de esta garantía y
durante el periodo de garantía, deberá ser acompañada del Producto
completo, el cual deberá ser devuelto al vendedor al que compró el
Producto a la dirección correspondiente a su establecimiento de venta,
tan pronto como surja o sea conocido el defecto, juntamente con el
justificante de la compra, p1-ya sea la factura o el ticket de compra emitido
por el vendedor especificando el lugar de la compra y el número de
serie del Producto.
Durante el periodo de garantía, el Producto o la pieza que posea
un defecto en su diseño, materiales o acabamientos será reparado
o sustituido, gratuitamente, por u producto o pieza idénticos o
por lo menos equivalentes en lo que se refiere a funcionalidades y
desempeños. Si la reparación o la sustitución se revelasen imposibles
o fueran desproporcionadas desde el punto de vista comercial teniendo
en cuenta el valor del Producto, ATLINKS reembolsará el precio que
fue pagado en la compra del Producto o sustituirá el Producto por un
producto equivalente.
En los más amplios términos permitidos por la ley, el Producto o pieza
reparados o substituidos, que pueden ser nuevos o remodelados, se
benefician de una garantía de n enta (90) días a partir de la fecha ov
de la reparación o sustitución, o hasta el fin de la garantía inicial del
Producto, si esta fuese superior a los noventa (90) días. En el caso de
que el periodo en que estuviese privado del uso del Producto por causa
de la reparación o sustitución (siempre que el Producto con defecto se
entregue a su vendedor hasta que sea puesto a su disposición) fuera
superior a seis días, el periodo de garantía será alargado por el periodo
excedente correspondiente. No obstante, si el plazo de la garantía legal
en el caso de sustitución o reparación en vigor en su país fuese superior,
sólo será aplicable la garantía legal.
Se excluyen de la presente garantía los siguientes casos:
Productos dañados por un mal uso o utilización del Producto no
conforme a las instrucciones del manual de usuario;
Por una conexión incorrecta o uso inadecuado del producto,
en particular con accesorios incompatibles en los términos que
constan en el manual de utilización;
Por causa de que el Producto haya sido abierto, modificado o
equipado con piezas de sustitución no aprobadas;
Remoción del número de serie o alteración de modo que el
número de serie se torne ilegible.
Desgaste normal, incluido el desgaste normal de los accesorios,
baterías y pantalla;
No haber respetado las normas técnicas y de seguridad
vigentes en el área geográfica de utilización;
Productos que hayan sufrido golpes o caídas;
Daños resultantes de rayos, oscilaciones de energía, proximidad
a una fuente de calor radiación, agua, exposición a temperatura
excesiva, humedad u otras condiciones ambientales o cualquier
causa externa al Producto.
Negligencia o manipulación incorrecta;
Daños causados por servicios de reparación o modificación
fuera de un centro homologado Atlinks.
Si el producto reexpedido no estuviese cubierto por la garantía, recibirá
un presupuesto de reparación que mencionará el coste de análisis y los
costes logísticos que serán cobrados en el caso de que pretenda que el
Producto le sea devuelto.
Esta garantía es válida en el país donde usted p1-ha comprado el producto,
con la condición de que sea un miembro de la Unión Europea. No es
válida para compras realizadas desde países no miembros de la Unión
Europea.
Sin perjuicio de las disposiciones legales imperativas, todas las
garantías que no están descritas en el presente documento son
expresamente excluidas.

2. WALL MOUNTING
Turn over the wall mounting peg (small grooved plastic part) on
the base using a coin.
Drill two 6 mm holes 100 mm apart.
Fit two wall plugs and screw in wood screws

Mount the base on the 2 screws by pulling it downwards.
Take out the foot stand and re-install it in the wall mount
location.
3. GENERAL USE
3.1 RINGER LAMP / MESSAGE WAITING LAMP
This light flashes in time with the ringer when you receive
a call. It goes out as soon as you take the line.
If you are connected to an ALCATEL PABX with a voicemail
service, the message waiting lamp tells you there is a
message in your mailbox.
There are two different ways of dialling:
by lifting the handset, then dialling.
by dialling in on-hook mode.
3.2 DIALLING IN ON-HOOK MODE

If you are talking to somebody on the handset, and you want to

9. PRODUCT WARRANTY

must be handled with care.
UK legislation, including Sale of Goods Acts and regulations,
imply certain conditions which may apply to the product you
have purchased from the retailer (statutory warranty). These
include conditions relating to quality.
For information concerning the statutory warranty, please consult the
retailer who sold the product to you (seller).
Without prejudice to any statutory warranty from which the product
benefits, ATLINKS warrants that the product contained
in this package complies with the technical specifications set forth in
the user’s guide, during a warranty period commencing on the date of
purchase of an unused Product, which shall be presumed to be the date
appearing on the invoice or the receipt issued by the seller, upon which
appears the seller’s name and continuing for: Twenty-four (24) months
for the telephone, excluding consumables, accessories and batteries.
Together with any claim made under this warranty during the warranty
period, the complete Product must be returned to the seller as soon as
the defect appears or is discovered, together with proof of purchase,
consisting of an invoice or receipt issued by the seller specifying the
place of purchase and the serial number of the Product.
Any Product or Product part found, during the warranty period, to
have a defect in design, materials or workmanship shall be repaired
or replaced, at no cost to you, by a product or part that is identical
or at least equivalent in terms of function and performance. If repair
or replacement is not possible on a commercially reasonable basis,
ATLINKS will refund the purchase price of the Product or replace the
Product by an equivalent product.
The repaired or replaced Product or part, which, may be new or
refurbished, shall be under warranty for a period of ninety (90) days
from the date of repair or replacement, or until the end of the initial
warranty period if that exceeds the said ninety (90) days; the warranty
period shall also be extended by any period exceeding six days between
the date the defective Product is delivered to the seller and the date
that the repaired or replaced Product is placed at your disposition.
This warranty does not apply in case of:
damage caused by installing or using the Product otherwise
than in accordance with the instructions contained in the user’s
guide;
improper connection or abnormal use of the Product, in
particular together with incompatible accessories, as stipulated
in the user’s guide;
a Product that has been opened, modified or fitted with
unapproved replacement parts;

a repair estimate giving the processing cost and the transport fees that
will be charged if you wish the Product to be returned to you.
This warranty is applicable where the Product is lawfully purchased, in
the United Kingdom .
All warranties other than the warranty set forth herein are expressly
excluded. Nothing in this warranty shall exclude or limit conditions or
warranties implied by law including the statutory warranty.
ATLINKS shall:
only be responsible to you for losses suffered by you that are a
foreseeable consequence of a defect in the Product;
not be responsible to you for losses that result from a defect in the
Product which fall into the following categories:
loss of income or revenue;
loss of profit;
loss of business;
loss of anticipated savings;
loss of data;
any waste of time; or
downtime or loss of use;
However this clause shall not prevent claims for foreseeable loss of, or
damage to, your physical property;
Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits in any way ATLINKS liability
for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of
Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services
Act 1982;
defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
any other matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful for
ATLINKS to exclude or attempt to exclude liability.
10. SAFETY
This telephone is not designed for Emergency calls when the main
power fails.
Do not use your telephone to notify a gas leak or other potential
explosion hazard.
Do not open your device or its power supply to avoid risk of electrical
shock. Do not attempt to open the batteries, as they contain hazardous
chemical substances.
Your telephone must be located in a dry place away from hot, humide
and direct sunlight condition. To oid radio signal interference, place av
the phone at least 1 meter away from other electrical appliances or
other phones.
11. ENVIRONMENT
This symbol means that your inoperative electronic appliance
must be collected separately and not mixed with the

Retournez la petite pièce en plastique striée située sur la base à
l’aide d’une pièce de monnaie.
Percez deux trous de 6 mm espacés de 100 mm.
Insérez des chevilles puis visser des vis à bois

vice de conception, de matière ou de fabrication, à ses frais, ou
à le remplacer, à ses frais, par un élément identique ou au moins
équivalent en termes de fonctionnalités et de performances.
Si la réparation ou le remplacement s’avèrent impossibles à
des conditions commerciales normales, le Produit vous sera
remboursé ou remplacé par un Produit équivalent.
Dans la limite maximum autorisée par le droit applicable, le
produit ou l’élément de remplacement, qui peut être neuf ou

3.1 INDICATORE LUMINOSO PER SEGNALARE LA
SUONERIA / MESSAGGIO IN ATTESA
La spia lampeggia con la stessa cadenza della suoneria
quando ricevete una chiamata e si spegne non appena
rispondete alla chiamata.
Se siete collegati a un sistema telefonico privato ALCATEL
dotato di segreteria telefonica, la spia indicante la presenza
di messaggi vi informa che avete un messaggio nella
vostra segreteria telefonica.
Il numero può essere composto in due modi diversi:

1. INSTALLATIE

2. BEVESTIGING AAN DE WAND
Draai met behulp van een muntstuk het palletje om (gegroefd
stukje plastic) dat zich op de basis bevindt.
Boor twee gaten van 6 mm met een hartafstand van 100 mm.
Plaats daarin pluggen en schroef daarin houtschroeven
(1)
(diameter: 3,5 mm, lengte: 30mm).
Hang de basis aan de 2 schroeven met een neerwaartse
beweging.
Pak de voetstandaard en installeer het opnieuw op de
wandhouder locatie.
3. ALGEMEEN GEBRUIK
3.1 BEL LAMP / BOODSCHAP IN WACHT LAMP
Het controlelampje knippert in hetzelfde tempo als de
beltoon wanneer u een oproep ontvangt. Het gaat uit als u
opneemt.
Als u verbonden bent met een individuele telefooncentrale
van ALCATEL met voicemail, informeert het controlelampje
voor ontvangen boodschappen u van de aanwezigheid van
een boodschap in de voicemail.
U kunt op twee manieren een nummer kiezen:

3.2 NUMMERKIEZEN ZONDER OPNEMEN

Tornar a virar o espigão (pequena peça de plástico estriada)

Abrir dois orifícios de 6 mm com 100 mm de intervalo.
Inserir cavilhas e, em seguida, apertar parafusos de madeira

O sinal luminoso fica intermitente, acompanhando a a
cadência da melodia, à chegada de uma chamada. Ele se
apaga no momento em que você atende.
Se estiver conectado a um sistema telefónico privado
ALCATEL equipado com um serviço de mensagens, este
sinal luminoso indica-lhe a presença de uma mensagem na
sua "caixa de correio".
Para efectuar uma chamada, pode proceder de duas
maneiras diferentes:
Levantar o microtelefone e marcar o número,
Marcar sem levantar o microtelefone.
3.2 MARCACAO SEM LEVANTAR O MICROTELEFONE

Il prodotto che ha acquistato è un prodotto tecnologico e deve essere
utilizzato con cura.
Nota: questo prodotto beneficia di una garanzia legale conformemente
alla regolamentazione applicabile alla vendita di beni di consumo in
vigore nel paese nel quale è stato effettuato l’acquisto (articolo 128 e
ss. del codice del consumo).
Senza alcun pregiudizio della garanzia legale di cui beneficia il prodotto,
Atlinks garantisce che il prodotto contenuto nella presente confezione
è conforme alle specifiche tecniche indicate nel manuale d’uso incluso
nella confezione e ciò per un periodo di tempo che inizia a decorrere
della data d’acquisto del Prodotto nuovo, data che figura sulla fattura
o sullo scontrino di cassa dove è indicato il nome del suo rivenditore, e

Atlinks si obbliga a riparare ogni elemento difettoso dovuto ad un vizio

con un apparecchio identico o almeno equivalente in termini di
funzionalità e di prestazioni.
Se la riparazione o la sostituzione si riveleranno impossibili in rapporto
alle normali condizioni commerciali, il Prodotto Le sarà rimborsato o
sostituito con un Prodotto equivalente.
Entro il limite massimo previsto dal diritto applicabile, il Prodotto o
il pezzo di sostituzione, nuovi o ricondizionati, sono garantiti per un
periodo di novanta (90) giorni a partire dalla data di riparazione o fino
alla data finale della garanzia iniziale se questa ultima è superiore a
novanta (90) giorni, precisato che ogni periodo d’immobilizzazione

Opgelet, breng het toestel nooit in contact met water. Het is
echter mogelijk een lichtjes vochtige doek te gebruiken om het
toestel te reinigen.
Gebruik een lichtjes vochtige doek om uw toestel te reinigen;
gebruik geen oplosmiddelen (alcohol, trichloorethyleen,
aceton,...), of andere sprays. Het gebruik van deze producten
kan uw toestel beschadigen.
Het is raadzaam de telefoon niet te gebruiken bij onweer.
Temporis 880 toestellen zijn bestemd om telefonische
communicaties uit te zenden en te ontvangen en om te worden
aange loten mmuni atienetwerks o op een openbaar of privé telec c .
Deze toestellen zijn ontworpen om te worden aangesloten op
een analoge telefoonlijn.
9. Productgarantie
U wordt verzocht de gebruikshandleiding die in deze verpakking is
bijgevoegd, aandachtig door te lezen.
Het product dat u zojuist hebt gekocht, is een technologisch product,
dat met zorg moet worden gehanteerd.
Opmerking: u beschikt er een wettelijke garantie voor dit product in ov
overeenstemming met de toepasselijke regelgeving voor de verkoop van
consumptiegoederen in het land waarin u dit hebt aangeschaft.
Voor alle informatie in verband met deze wettelijke garantie, wendt u
zich tot uw detailhandelaar.
Onverminderd de wettelijke garantie die op deze producten van
toepassing is, garandeert ATLINKS Europe, dat het product dat in de
aanwezige verpakking zit, conform is aan de technische specificaties
vermeld in de gebruikshandleiding die in de huidige verpakking is
bijgevoegd.
Deze garantie geldt gedurende een garantieperiode, gerekend vanaf de
aanschafdatum van het nieuwe product, dat is de datum die vermeld is
op uw factuur of uw kassabon waarop de naam van uw detailhandelaar
is aangegeven en die het bewijs hiervan vormt, en is gelijk aan:
vierentwintig(24) maanden voor het telefoontoestel, met uitsluiting van
de verbruiksartikelen, accessoires en batterijen.
Voor elke klacht krachtens deze garantie tijdens de garantieperiode,
moet u het complete product, nadat het defect is verschenen of ontdekt,
retourneren aan uw detailhandelaar, begeleid van het aankoopbewijs,
dat bestaat uit de factuur of deze kassabon verstrekt door uw
detailhandelaar, waarop de plaats van de aankoop en het serienummer
van het product zijn aangegeven.
Atlinks verbindt zich ertoe elke gebrekkige component op zijn kosten te
herstellen, als dit gebrek veroorzaakt is door een fout in het ontwerp,
het materiaal of de productie, of deze op zijn kosten te vervangen
door een identieke of ten minste equivalente component in termen van
functionaliteit en prestaties.
Als de reparatie of de vervanging onmogelijk blijkt in normale
commerciële condities, zal het product aan u worden vergoed of worden
vervangen door een equivalent product.
Tot de door het toepasselijke recht maximaal toegestane beperking,
is het vervangende product of de vervangende component, die

negentig (90) dagen, gerekend vanaf de datum van reparatie of tot de
einddatum van de oorspronkelijke garantieperiode indien deze laatste
meer is dan negentig (90) dagen, waarbij wordt aangetekend dat elke
immobilisatieperiode van het product van ten minste zeven (7) dagen
bij de duur van de nog lopende garantie wordt opgeteld.
Deze garantie is niet van toepassing op de volgende gevallen:
Installatie of gebruik niet overeenkomstig de instructies zoals vermeld in
de gebruiksaanwijzing,
Een slechte aansluiting of abnormaal gebruik van het product, met
name met niet verenigbare accessoires, zoals aangegeven in de
gebruikshandleiding,
Geopend of gewijzigd product of vervangingen door niet goedgekeurde
onderdelen,
Gewist, onleesbaar, beschadigd serienummer,
Normale slijtage, met inbegrip van de normale slijtage van de

Niet-naleving van de technische en veiligheidsnormen die van kracht

Als het geretourneerde product niet gedekt wordt door de garantie,
ontvangt u een prijsopgave voor de reparatie die de kosten van de
analyse en de kosten van het transport vermeldt, die aan u zullen
worden gefactureerd indien u wenst dat het product aan u wordt
geretourneerd.
Deze garantie is geldig in het land waarin u het product op wettige wijze

9. GARANTIA
Informamos que deverá fazer uma leitura atenta do guia do utilizador
incluído nesta embalagem.
O produto que acaba de adquirir é um produto tecnológico, que deve
ser manuseado com precaução.
Este produto pode beneficiar de uma garantia legal nos termos
e condições aplicáveis aos bens de consumo no país onde
comprou o produto.
Para informações relacionadas com a garantia legal, deverá consultar

Sem prejuízo de toda e qualquer garantia legal de que o produto
beneficie, ATLINKS garante que o produto constante da presente

reparados ou substituídos, que podem ser novos ou remodelados,
beneficiam de uma garantia de n enta (90) dias a contar da data ov
da reparação ou substituição, ou até ao termo da garantia inicial do
Produto, se esta for superior aos noventa (90) dias. No caso do período
em que estiver privado do uso do Produto para efeitos de reparação
ou substituição (desde que o Produto com defeito seja entregue ao

seis dias, o período de garantia será estendido pelo período excedente

Negligência ou manutenção incorrecta;
Danos causados por serviços de manutenção ou reparação
executados por pessoas que não são prestadores de serviços
autorizados pela ATLINKS.
Se o Produto devolvido não estiver coberto pela garantia, receberá
uma estimativa dos encargos da reparação, que incluirá o valor do
processamento e o transporte que serão cobrados caso pretenda que o
Produto lhe seja devolvido.
Esta garantia é válida no país onde o Produto foi comprado, desde que
seja um Estado-Membro da União Europeia.
Sem prejuízo das disposições legais imperativas, todas as garantias
que não sejam as descritas no presente documento são expressamente
excluídas.
NOS MAIS AMPLOS TERMOS PERMITIDOS PELA LEI APLICÁVEL:

und Leistungsumfang mindestens gleichwertig ist, zu ersetzen.
Sollte die Reparatur oder ein Ersatz zu normalen wirtschaftlichen
Bedingungen nicht möglich sein, wird Ihnen der Kaufpreis des Produkts
zurückerstattet, oder das Produkt wird durch ein gleichwertiges Produkt

Ersatzgegenstand – der neu oder überholt sein kann - eine Garantie
im Sinne der vorstehenden vier Absätze auf die Dauer von neunzig
(90) Tagen ab der Reparatur oder bis zum Ende der ursprünglichen
Garantiezeit; es gilt der längere der beiden Zeiträume. In diesem
Zusammenhang wird die Garantiezeit verlängert um jeden Zeitraum
von sieben Tagen oder mehr zwischen der Übergabe des mangelhaften
Produktes an den Verkäufer und dem Tag, an dem das (reparierte oder
ersetzte) Produkt Ihnen wieder zur Verfügung gestellt wird.
Die Garantie gilt nicht in den folgenden Fällen:
Installierung oder Benutzung folgen nicht den Anweisungen in
der Bedienungsanleitung.
Inkorrekte Anschlüsse oder unsachgemäße Benutzung des
Produkts, insbesondere mit inkompatiblem Zubehör, wie in der
Bedienungsanleitung angegeben.
Das Produkt wurde geöffnet oder durch nicht autorisierte
Ersatzteile verändert oder repariert.
Gelöschte, unlesbare oder beschädigte Seriennummer.
Normaler Verschleiß, inbegriffen der normale Verschleiß von
Zubehör, Batterien und Bildschirm.
Die im g t geographischen Benutz gsgun ebie eltenden technischen
Normen und Sicherheitsstandards wurden nicht beachtet.
Das Gerät hat einen Stoß oder Fall erlitten.
Das Produkt wurde beschädigt durch Blitzschlag, elektrische
Überspannung, eine Wärme- oder Strahlenquelle, Wasser;
durch außergewöhnliche Temperatur-, Feuchtigkeits- oder
andere Umgebungsbedingungen, durch jede andere vom
Produkt selbst unabhängige Ursache.
Nachlässigkeit oder mangelhafte Wartung.
Eingriff, Veränderung oder Reparatur durch eine nicht von
Atlinks autorisierten Person.
Wenn das eingeschickte Produkt nicht mehr unter Garantie steht,
werden Sie einen Kostenvoranschlag für die Reparatur erhalten. Er wird
auch die Kosten der Untersuchung und die Transportkosten enthalten,
die Ihnen in Rechnung gestellt werden, wenn Sie wünschen, dass das
Produkt an Sie zurückgeschickt wird.
Diese Garantie gilt in dem Land, in dem Sie das Produkt ordnungsgemäß
erworben haben, sofern dieses Land ein Mitgliedsstaat der Europäischen
Union ist.
Soweit die geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen es zulassen,
beschränken sämtliche Garantien und Gewährleistungen seitens
der Atlinks Europe sich auf den vorstehenden Inhalt; darüber
hinausgehende Garantien und Gewährleistungen schließt sie
ausdrücklich aus.
Soweit das anwendbare Recht es zulässt, gilt das Folgende:
A) Die vorstehende Garantie schließt alle anderen
ausdrücklichen oder stillschweigenden Garantien oder
Gewährleistungen aus, vor allem – aber nicht allein –eine
Gewährleistung für Handelsüblichkeit oder Verwendbarkeit
für einen bestimmten Zweck.
B) Atlinks haftet nicht für Verlust oder Beschädigung von Daten,
Verlust von Nutzungsmöglichkeit, Gewinnausfall, Verlust
von Aussichten, Umsatz oder Einkünften, Beschränkung der
Geschäftstätigkeit; ferner nicht für mittelbare, immaterielle,
Neben- oder Folgeschäden.
C) Außer bei Vorsatz, bei grober Fahrlässigkeit oder bei Schäden
an Leben oder Gesundheit ist die Haftung der Atlinks auf den
Kaufwert beschränkt.
10. SICHERHEIT
!Das Gerät nicht in der Nähe eines undichten Gasrohrs in Betrieb
nehmen.
Bei Gewitter sollten Sie nie ein Telefon verwenden.
