Installation Steps

To install two devicesonto1Urack the mountshelf, follow these steps:

Step 1.Remove one right screwfromboththeleftandsidesofeachdevice.

Step 2.Attach the appropriatemounting eartodevice each using theroundwasher headscrews thatcome with the devices.

For Nseries etworkHD 500/600 units,use MountingEar#1 on oneside.

For N etworkHD 100seriesunits, useMounting Ear #2 on one side.

For a mixed setup(one NetworkHD 500/600 series and one NetworkHD 100 series), useoneMountingEar #1one and #2on onesideof

each unit.

Note: Mounting ears must beinstalled onopposite sides ofthe two — devicesoneon thepanel left ofonedevice, and one on the right panel of the

other—to fit properly into the shelf.

Step 3.Insert bothdevicesinto the 1U rack mount shelf. Align the mounting holes, and secure each device using the following screws:

Flat HeadScrews(4x):Usetheseto fasten the top andbottomholesofthemountingears totheshelf.
