Manual powder coating
Manual gun PEM-X1
Ergonomic working
With only 490 g, the PEM-X1 is a lightweight powder gun, while also being very robust
at the same time. In combination with its ergonomic design
it enables fatigue-free working.
Usability
The integrated remote control allows a quick adjustment of the powder quantity.
A double click on the trigger enables a quick change to a special recipe. Even
factory-set recipes can be assigned individual parameters.
Ecient coating
The integrated high-power cascade keeps the high voltage stable even at 100 kV,
thus enabling high coating performance. With the cascade characteristic curve
adjustment, even powder coatings that are dicult to charge can be coated ecient-
ly. The integrated cascade c
ooling ensures a long service life and durable perfor
mance.
The replaceable protective wedge in the electrode holder reduces the cost of
wearing parts.
Control unit EPG SPRINT XE
High precision
The WAGNER Air Flow Control (AFC) technology ensures exact powder control.
A high-precision, closed control loop permanently measures and regulates the air volume
during the coating process and thus produces a uniform powder cloud for high-quality co-
ating results.
Simple operation
Clearly arranged control elements allow intuitive handling. All parameters are entered via a
central rotary knob. The intelligent control system can be adapted to a wide range of require-
ments by means of a multitude of setting options.
Up to 50 recipes
The EPG SPRINT XE enables results to be repeated at any time. Four recipes can be accessed
directly via quick selection. When using the rotary knob, a further 46 recipes can be selected.
All coating parameters can be viewed in an instant.
CoronaStar
The CoronaStar reduces the orange peel eect and provides smoother surfaces.
Thanks to the simple plug-in principle, this accessory can be installed quickly.

Hose quick couplings
A large selection of powder hose couplings with matching powder hose oers the right solution
for every application. Depending on the hose diameter suitable adapters are available.
Nozzle extensions (150 mm, 300 mm and 500 mm)
Very well suited for surfaces that are dicult to reach or
particularly deep workpieces, such as radiators or cabinets.
Cup extension
The 1 liter cup extension is an effective
addition to the cup gun PEM-X1 CG and can
be easily attached to the small cup. The cup
gun can then be used to coat not only in-
dividual workpieces but also smaller batch
sizes without the need to refill powder.
HiCoat ED injector
The HiCoat ED injector enables highly ecient, low-air coating
of proles and welded constructions.
Nozzles
Flat jet, round jet, cross slot and special nozzles for metallic
powder enable ecient work with high-quality results.
Manual powder coating
Extension to double manual system
Simple extension to a double system with
twin suction lance and PEM-X1 spray set with console.
