INSTALLATION & OPERATION FOR MF MOBILE FILTERS
PLEASE KEEP THIS MANUAL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
GENERAL
The MF mobile lter can handle up to pounds (50 kilograms) of frying compound. It is 110
recommended to only lter one fryer at a time. The motor/pump is rated at 1/3 HP and 8.0 gallons
( liters) per minute. The mobile lter is constructed of stainless steel and the lter pan is 30
removable for ease of cleaning. It is recommended to use only with liquid shortening .
INSTALLATION
Before installing, verify that the electrical service agree with the specications on the rating plate
located on the mobile lter. If the supply and equipment requirements do not agree, do not proceed
with the installation. Contact your dealer immediately.
UNPACKING
The MF was carefully inspected before leaving the factory. The carrier assumes full
responsibility for the safe delivery upon acceptance of the shipment. Check for possible
shipping damage immediately after receipt.
If the is found to be damaged, complete the following steps: MF
1. Carrier must be notied within 5 business days of receipt.
2. Carrier’s local terminal must be notified immediately upon discovery (note time,
date, and who was spoken to), and follow up and conrm with written or electronic
communication.
3. All original packing materials must be kept for inspection purposes.
4. The cannot have been moved, installed, or modied. MF
5. Notify Vulcan Customer Service immediately at 800-814-2028.

Manual & Warranty (Keep Manual in a safe place for future reference)
Stainless Steel Mesh Filter Screen with insert
Required:
14 Gauge 5-15P plug extension cord (not supplied with mobile lter).
