Please carefully follow the instructions in this manual to ensure long, trouble-free use of your equipment.
1. SAFETY PrEcAUTIONS
•Beforeinstallationoruse,besuretocarefullyread
alltheinstructionsinthissectionforcorrectand
safe operation.
•Besuretofollowalltheprecautionaryinstructions
in this section, which contain important warnings
and/orcautionsregardingsafety.
•Afterreading,keepthismanualhandyforfuture
reference.
Indicatesapotentiallyhazardoussituationwhich,
ifmishandled,couldresultindeathorserious
personal injury.

•Installthespeakeronlyinalocationthatcan
structurallysupporttheweightofthespeakerand
the mounting bracket. Doing otherwise may result
inthespeakerfallingdownandcausingpersonal
injuryand/orpropertydamage.
•Sincethebracketisdesignedforindooruse,donot
installitoutdoors.Ifinstalledoutdoors,theaging
of parts causes the speaker to fall off, resulting in
personal injury. Also, when it gets wet with rain,
thereisadangerofelectricshock.
•Owingtothespeaker’ssizeandweight,besure
that at least two persons are available to install the
speaker.Failuretodosocouldresultinpersonal
injury.
•Donotuseothermethodsthanspeciedtomount
thebracket.Extremeforceisappliedtothebracket
andthespeakercouldfalloff,possiblyresultingin
personal injuries.
•Usenutsandboltsthatareappropriateforthe
wall’sstructureandcomposition.Failuretodoso
may cause the speaker to fall, resulting in material
damageandpossiblepersonalinjury.
•Usethespeciedspeakerandriggingbracket
in combination. Doing otherwise may cause the
speaker to fall off, resulting in personal injury.
•Tighteneachnutandboltsecurely.Ensurethat
the bracket has no loose joints after installation
topreventaccidentsthatcouldresultinpersonal
injury.
•Avoidinstallingthespeakerinindoorswimming
facilitiesthatarenotwellventilated.Insuch
locations, the bracket may be vulnerable to
corrosion, eventually allowing the speaker to fall
resulting in personal injury.
Indicatesapotentiallyhazardoussituationwhich,
ifmishandled,couldresultinmoderateorminor
personalinjury,and/orpropertydamage.

•Avoidtouchingthebracket’ssharpmetaledgeto
prevent injury.
•Donotplaceheavyobjectsonthebracketasthis
may cause the speaker to fall or break which may
resultinpersonalinjuryand/orpropertydamage.
Inaddition,theobjectitselfmayfalloffandcause
injuryand/ordamage.
•Donotstandorsiton,norhangdownfromthe
bracketasthismaycausethespeakertofalldown
ordrop,resultinginpersonalinjuryand/orproperty
damage.
•Havethebracketcheckedperiodicallybytheshop
fromwhereitwaspurchased.Failuretodoso
mayresultincorrosionordamagetothemounting
bracketthatcouldcausethespeakertofall,possibly
causing personal injury.
