•ExtremelyLowQuiescentCurrent
at100mA).Itisideallysuitedforuseinbattery-
poweredsystems.Furthermore,thequiescentcurrent
•LowDropoutVoltage
increasesonlyslightlyindropout,prolongingbattery
•ExtremelyTightLoadandLineRegulation
life.
•VeryLowTemperatureCoefficient
Anadditionalfeatureisanerrorflagoutputwhich

usefulasalow-powervoltagereference.
