compatible12-bit,10-bit,and8-bit,2-MSPS,analog-

to-digitalconverters(ADCs),respectively.The

devicesoperateata2-MSPSsampleratewitha

standard16clockdataframe.Inaddition,the

ADS7947(12-bit)canbeoperatedat2.1MSPS,the

ADS7948(10-bit)at2.57MSPS,andtheADS7949

(8-bit)at3MSPSwithashortdataframeoptimized

forthenumberofclockssufficientforconversionwith

nodropinperformance.Thedevicesfeatureboth

outstandingdcprecisionandexcellentdynamic

performance.Thisfamilyofpin-compatibledevices

includesatwo-channelinputmultiplexerandalow-

powersuccessiveapproximationregister(SAR)ADC.

TheADS7947,ADS7948,andADS7949supporta

wideanalogsupplyrangethatsupportsthefull-scale

inputrangeupto5V.AsimpleSPIdigitalinterface,

withadigitalsupplythatcanoperateaslowas1.65

V,allowsforeasyinterfacingtoawidevarietyof
