TheADS7057devicebelongstoafamilyofpin-to-pin

compatible,high-speed,low-power,single-channel

successive-approximationregister(SAR)typeanalog-

to-digitalconverters(ADCs).Thedevicefamily

includesmultipleresolutions,throughputs,andanalog

inputvariants(seeTable1foralistofdevices).

TheADS7057isa14-bit,2.5-MSPSSARADCthat

supportsfully-differentialinputsintherangeof

±AVDD,forAVDDintherangeof2.35Vto3.6V.

Theinternaloffsetcalibrationfeaturemaintains

excellentoffsetspecificationsovertheentireAVDD

andtemperatureoperatingrange.

ThedevicesupportsanSPI-compatibleserial

interfacethatiscontrolledbytheCSandSCLK

signals.TheinputsignalissampledwiththeCS

fallingedgeandSCLKisusedforbothconversion

andserialdataoutput.Thedevicesupportsawide

digitalsupplyrange(1.65Vto3.6V),enablingdirect

interfacingtoavarietyofhostcontrollers.The

ADS7057complieswiththeJESD8-7Astandardfora

normalDVDDrange(1.65Vto1.95V).
