3Main Parts
3.1Lawn Mower
1Blade Control Lever
For starting and shutting off the engine.
2Handle
For holding and controlling the lawn mower.
3Self-propel Lever
Activates the drive system.
4Starter Grip
For starting the engine.
5Grass Level Indicator
Shows the fill level inside the grass catcher.
6Grass Catcher
Collects cuttings during mowing.
7Rear Discharge Cover
Helps prevent the ejection of cuttings during
mowing.
8Cutting Height Adjustment Lever
Used to set the height of the mowing blade.
9Grip
For holding the lawn mower when adjusting
the cutting height and transporting the lawn
mower.
10Fuel Cap
For closing the fuel tank.
11Muffler with Spark Arresting Screen
Reduces engine exhaust noise and diverts
exhaust gases away from the operator. The
spark arresting screen is designed to reduce
the risk of fire.
12Spark Plug
Ignites the fuel-air mixture in the engine.
13Spark Plug Boot
Connects the ignition cable with the spark
plug.
14Air Cleaner Cover
Covers the air cleaner.
15Transport Handle
Designed for transporting the lawn mower.
16Side Discharge Cover
Closes off the side discharge opening.
17Side Discharge Opening
Mower deck opening that directs cut grass to
the side.
18Mulch Flap Lever
Used to open and close the integrated mulch
flap.
19Oil Fill Cap
For closing the engine oil tank.
20Handle Adjustment Lever
Enables the handle to be adjusted and folded
down.
21Mowing Blade
Metal blade for cutting and mulching grass.
22Side Discharge Chute
Attachment that directs cut grass to the
ground from the side.
#Rating Plate
Contains electrical information and the pro‐
duct's serial number.
