1.Makesurethatyoursystemisunpoweredandunpluggedandyouaregrounded.

2.Removethecoverofyoursystem(refertocomputersystemdocumentation,ifnecessary)sothatthePCIExpressexpansionslotopenings

onthemotherboardareaccessible.

3.AlignthePCIExpressconnectorontherisercardwithanavailablePCIExpressslot.

4.Gentlyinsertthecardintotheemptyslot,makingsureitisseatedrmly.Fastenthecardtotherisercardmountingbracketonthe

computerchassis(refertocomputersystemdocumentation,ifnecessary).

5.InstallthedesiredPCIExpresscardintothePCIeslotontherisercardandfastensecurelytothecomputerchassis(refertocomputer

systemdocumentation,ifnecessary).

6.Replaceandfastenthecomputercover.
