 DONOTchargethebatteriesinanairtemperaturebelow40ºF(4ºC)andabove105ºF(40ºC).Thiswillpreventseriousdamageto

the batteries.

• Batteryleakagemayoccurunderextremeusageortemperatureconditions.Avoidcontactwithskinandeyes.Thebatteryliquidiscaustic

 andcouldcausechemicalburnstotissues.Ifliquidcomesintocontactwithskin,washquicklywithsoapandwater,thenlemonjuiceor

 vinegar.Iftheliquidcomesintocontactwithyoureyes,rinsethemwithwaterforaminimumof10minutesandseekmedicalattention.

• Placetheashlightonatnon-ammablesurfacesandawayfromammablematerialswhenre-chargingtheashlight.Chargerand

 ashlightheatduringcharging.Carpetingandotherinsulatingsurfacesblockproperaircirculationwhichmaycauseoverheatingofthe

 chargerandashlight.Ifsmokeormeltingofanycomponentisobserved,unplugthechargerimmediatelyanddonotusethecharger

or flashlight.

• Theashlightcanbeleftonthechargeraslongasyoulike.Aminimumchargetimeof12hoursisrequiredtorechargeacompletely

discharged flashlight.

CHARGING THE FLASHLIGHT

Before attempting to charge your flashlight thoroughly read all of the safety instructions.

To charge your flashlight follow the safety steps below.

• Plugthechargingadapterintothechargingholeoftheashlightandchargerintoawalloutlet.

• Chargetheashlightfor12hoursforthe1stcharge.

• Averagechargingtimeaftertherstchargeis10hours.

• Rechargetheashlightwhenthelightbecomesdim.

• Rotatetherubbercollaroverthechargingholetokeepholecleanfromdirtanddebris.

BATTERY DISPOSAL

IMPORTANT:The flashlight is designed for easy disassembly for the sole purpose of battery

disposal. Unscrew cap at rear of the flashlight to remove the battery pack.

MAINTENANCE

Useadampclothtocleanthetool.Neverallowanyliquidtogetinsidethetoolandneverallowanypartofthetooltobecomeimmersed

in a liquid.

NICKEL – METAL HYDRIDE BATTERIES

Theashlightisequippedwithnickelmetalhydridebatterieswhichcanbedisposedofinamunicipalsolidwastestream.

Checkyourlocalcodesforproperdisposal.

POUR CHARGER LA LAMPE TORCHE

Avant de procéder au chargement de la lampe torche, lisez attentivement toutes les instructions

de sécurité. Pour charger la lampe torche, veuillez respecter les étapes suivantes:

• Branchezlacheduchargeursurlalampeetlapriseduchargeursuruneprisemurale.

• Chargezlalampependant12heurespourlapremièrefois.

• Letempsdechargementmoyenaprèslapremièrechargeestde10heures.

• Rechargezlalampelorsquesonfaisceaufaiblit.

• Pourquelepointdeconnexiondelachedechargementrestepropre,faitescoulisserlecollierencaoutchoucandelecouvrir.

MISE AU REBUT DE LA BATTERIE

IMPORTANT: la lampe torche est fabriquée de façon à faciliter le retrait de la batterie lorsqu’elle

doit être mise au rebut. Dévissez le couvercle à l’arrière de la lampe afin de retirer la batterie.

ENTRETIEN

Utilisezunchiffonhumidepournettoyerleproduit.Nelelaissezpasentrerencontactavecunliquidequelconqueetn’immergezaucunede

sespièces.
