Required Ethernet Drivers

The standard drivers required to support the

Ethernet port on the Echo 13 Triple 4K Display

Dock are installed as part of macOS 11 and later,

and Windows 11 and 10.

Required DisplayLink Application or Drivers

For Mac Users:

The application required to enable the dock’s

DisplayLink display ports must be downloaded

and installed; those ports are not functional

until aer the application is installed.

Instructions follow.

For Windows Users:

The correct drivers required to enable the

dock’s DisplayLink display ports must be

downloaded and installed prior to connecting

the dock to your computer. Instructions follow.

For Chromebook Users:

The correct drivers required to enable the

dock’s DisplayLink display ports are installed

as part of ChromeOS version 100 or later.
