this product. They contain important information on safety and
use. Please familiarise yourself with the instructions and safety
information before using this product. Use the product only in
perfect condition, as described and for the specified area of
use. Please keep all packaging including this leaflet for as long
as you use the product and be sure to include them when
handing on the product to another person.
Medical device
Only intended for private use!
Note:
The medical device is intended for adults between the ages
of 18 and 65 who can read, understand and follow these
instructions for use on their own.
A reason for use, as named under Indications, must be present
at the user.
The item is not intended for groups of persons who are excluded
from its application by the contraindications listed below.

Indications
Muscle and joint pain.
Contraindications
Please do not use the item or consult your doctor or
pharmacist before using this product if you:
• have poor blood circulation or heart disease,
• have diabetes,
• have nerve damage or a sensory function disorder,
• have rheumatoid arthritis,
• are pregnant,
• have menstrual cramps or irritable bowel syndrome,
• have allergies to medicines or cosmetics.
Do not use:
• whilst sleeping
• in combination with creams, lotions or sprays that are applied
to the skin and also not in combination with or near other sour-
ces of heat.
• in combination with or near other sources of heat.
• in places where redness, inflammation, skin cracks, bruising or
skin irritation may be present.
• in body parts where warmth is not perceptible.
• for bedridden patients and patients with a tendency to deve-
lop skin ulcers.
• on very thin clothing, e.g. pantyhose or underwear made of
fine material, where the skin could be directly exposed to the
heat patch,
• on thin or sensitive fabrics - the adhesive can cause damage.
Use:
• Open the sachet by hand (do not use scissors/knife) and
remove the warming plaster.
• Carefully remove the protective film.
• Apply the patch from the outside to clothing or underwear
over the painful area.
Never apply directly to the skin!
• After use, gradually remove the warming plaster and dispose
of it.
Notes:
• The warming plaster is activated by air.
• Therefore do not open the sachet until just before using it.
• The warming plaster will be activated within one minute and
will warm up within 5 minutes after the sachet has been
opened.
• For external use only.
• Every warming plaster is designed for a single application.
• It is normal to observe a slight redness of the skin after use. If
the skin is still reddened after a few hours, the application
should be stopped until the redness has completely disap-
peared.
If used incorrectly, the product may cause burns
even at low temperatures.
Follow the instructions and check the application site
regularly.
Never apply directly to the skin!
Allow air to circulate over the warming plaster and do
not apply pressure, for example by lying or sitting on the
warming plaster or wearing tight-fitting clothing over the
warming plaster.
Do not use longer than 12 hours per day (=24-hour period)
in the same place.
If the warming plaster becomes uncomfortably hot or a
skin rash develops, stop use immediately.
Use only with careful supervision for persons who cannot
remove the product by themselves, such as elderly or
physically disabled persons.
If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention.
Do not use the warming plaster while sleeping.
Do not use on any part of the body other than the back.
The product may not
• come into contact with water or other liquids.
• be kneaded, cut, ripped or folded.
• be re-warmed.
Ingredients of the warming plaster:
iron, vermiculite, activated charcoal, sodium chloride, water
The ingredients can be harmful if swallowed or
come into direct contact with the skin or eyes:
• If contents have been swallowed, rinse mouth with water.
• If the contents come into direct contact with the skin or eyes,
immediately rinse with water.
• In both cases, immediate medical advice should be sought.

Storage/minimum shelf life:
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
• Use only until the best before date indicated on the sachet.
Notes on disposal
• Dispose of with normal household waste
• The product must not be incinerated.
Obligation to notify
All serious incidents relating to the product must be reported
immediately to the manufacturer and the competent authority.

inden anvendelsen, ved:
• dårligt blodomløb eller hjertesygdom,
• diabetes,
• nerveskader eller sygdomme i følefunktioner,
• rheumatoidarthritis
• svangerskab
• menstruationsbesvær eller irritabel tyktarm
• allergi mod lægemidler eller kosmetik
Ingen anvendelse:
• under søvn
• i forbindelse med cremer, midler til indgnidning, lotioner eller
sprays der påføres huden. Og heller ikke i forbindelse med
hhv. i nærheden af andre varmekilder.
• i forbindelse med hhv. i nærheden af andre varmekilder.
• på steder med eksisterende rødmen, betændelser, revner,
blødninger eller hudirritationer.
• på kropssteder hvor varmen ikke kan føles.
• ved sengeliggende patienter og patienter med tendens til
dannelse af hudsår.
• på meget tynd beklædning, f.eks. strømpebukser eller undertøj
af tyndt materiale, hvor huden kan blive direkte udsat for
varmeplasteret,
• på tyndt og følsomt væv – klæber kan medføre skader.
Anvendelse:
• Posen åbnes med hånden (må ikke skæres) og varmeplasteret
tages ud.
• Beskyttelsesfolien fjernes forsigtigt.
• Plasteret anbringes uden på tøj eller undertøj, over det smertende
sted.
Påfør aldrig direkte på huden!
• Efter brugen trækkes varmeplasteret langsomt af og
bortskaffes.
Anvisning:
• Varmeplasteret aktiveres af luften.
• Derfor må posen først åbnes ved anvendelsen.
• Varmeplasteret aktiveres indenfor et minut og opvarmes
indenfor 5 minutter fra åbning af posen.
• Kun til udvortes brug.
• Hvert varmeplaster er beregnet til engangsbrug.
• Det er normalt, at der efter anvendelsen kan opstå en let rødmen
på huden. Hvis uden stadig er rødmet efter nogle timer, skal
anvendelsen indstilles indtil rødmen er fuldstændig væk.
