Congratulations on the purchase of your new product. You have

chosen a high-quality article. The instructions for use are part of

this product. They contain important information on safety and

use. Please familiarise yourself with the instructions and safety

information before using this product. Use the product only in

perfect condition, as described and for the speciﬁed area of

use. Please keep all packaging including this leaﬂet for as long

as you use the product and be sure to include them when

handing on the product to another person.

Intended use

Can be used to relieve back pains

Use:

• Open the sachet by hand (do not use scissors/knife) and

remove the warming pad.

• Place one warming pad in each of the two pockets of the

warming belt so that the printed side faces the body.

• Insert no more than one pad per pocket

• Position the pockets ﬁlled with the warming pads on the

painful area around the lumbar spine or hip.

• Wrap the warming belt exactly around the body and secure

it with the Velcro fastener.

• After use, remove the heat pads from the warming belt and

dispose of them.

• The warming belt is available for the next application.

• Since the warming pads are individually packaged, it is possi-

ble to use only one warming pad to relieve localised pain in

the lumbar vertebra or hip area.

Notes:

• The warming pads are activated by air

• Therefore do not open the sachet until just before using it.

• The warming pad will be activated within one minute and will

warm up within 5 minutes after the sachet has been opened.

• For external use only

• Every warming pad is designed for a single application.

• It is normal to observe a slight redness of the skin after use. If

the skin is still reddened after a few hours, the application

should be stopped until the redness has completely disap-

peared.

If used incorrectly, the product may cause burns

even at low temperatures.

Follow the instructions and check the application site re-

gularly.

Allow air to circulate over the warming pad and do not

apply pressure, for example by lying or sitting on the

warming pad or wearing a tight belt/clothes over the

warming belt or leaning against a hard surface.

Do not use longer than 8 hours per day (=24-hour period)

in the same place.

If the warming belt becomes uncomfortably hot or a skin

rash develops, stop use immediately.

Use only with careful supervision for persons who cannot

remove the product by themselves, such as elderly or

physically disabled persons.

If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention.

Do not use the warming belt while sleeping.

Do not use on any part of the body other than the

lumbar region or lower back.

For sensitive or mature skin, wear a thin garment under

the warming belt.

Restrictions on use

Please consult your doctor or pharmacist before using

this product if you:

• suﬀer from poor circulation or heart disease,

• suﬀer from diabetes,

• suﬀer from nerve damage or a disorder of the sensory

functions,

• suﬀer from a skin condition,

• suﬀer from rheumatoid arthritis or are pregnant.

Do not use:

• for children under 12;

• whilst sleeping

• for menstrual complaints or irritable bowel syndrome

• in combination with creams, lotions or sprays that are applied

to the skin and also not in combination with or near other sour-

ces of heat.

• in combination with or near other sources of heat.

• in places where redness, inﬂammation, skin cracks, bruising or

skin irritation may be present.

• in body parts where warmth is not perceptible.

• for patients who have experienced an allergic reaction to me-

dication or cosmetics in the past

• for bedridden patients and patients with a tendency to deve-

lop skin ulcers.

The product may not

• come into contact with water or other liquids.

• be kneaded, cut, ripped or folded.

• be re-warmed.

Ingredients of the warming pads:

iron, vermiculite, activated charcoal, sodium chloride, water

The ingredients can be harmful if swallowed or

come into direct contact with the skin or eyes:

• If contents have been swallowed, rinse mouth with water.

• If the contents come into direct contact with the skin or eyes,

immediately rinse with water.

• In both cases, immediate medical advice should be sought.

Storage/minimum shelf life:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

• Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

• Use only until the best before date indicated on the sachet.

Notes on disposal

• Dispose of with normal household waste

• The product must not be incinerated.

strucţiunile de operare şi siguranţă. Manualul de utilizare este o

parte integrantă a acestui produs. Acesta conţine indicaţii impor-

tante privind siguranţa, utilizarea şi eliminarea. Vă rugăm să păs-

traţi ambalajul inclusiv această anexă pe durata de utilizare a

articolului dumneavoastră şi înmânați-le în cazul predării produ-

sului către un terț.

Utilizare conform destinației:

Poate acționa pentru ameliorarea durerilor în caz de dureri

ale spatelui

Utilizare:

• Deschideți plicul cu mână (nu tăiați) şi luați pad-ul termic.

• Introduceţi de ﬁecare dată un pad termic în unul din cele

două buzunare ale centurii termice, astfel încât partea impri-

mată este orientată înspre corp.

• Nu introduceţi mai mult de un pad într-un buzunar.

• Poziţionaţi buzunarele umplute cu pad-uri pe locul dureros în

zona coloanei lombare sau a şoldului.

• Aşezaţi centura termică potrivită exact în jurul corpului şi

ﬁxaţi-o cu velcro.

• După utilizare, luaţi pad-urile termice din centura termică şi

evacuați-le ca deşeu.

• Centura termică este disponibilă pentru următoarea utilizare.

• Deoarece pad-urile sunt ambalate separat, există posibilita-

tea să se utilizeze numai un pad termic, pentru a ameliora o

durere punctuală din zona coloanei lombare sau a şoldului.

Indicație:

• Pad-urile termice sunt activate de aer.

• De aceea, deschideți plicul doar înainte de utilizare.

• Pad-ul termic este activat într-un minut şi se încălzeşte în de-

curs de 5 minute după ce plicul a fost deschis.

• Numai pentru uz extern.

• Fiecare pad-ul termic este prevăzut pentru o singură utilizare.

• Este normal să observe după utilizare o uşoară înroşire a pielii.

În cazul în care pielea este încă înroşită după câteva ore, ar

trebuie oprită utilizarea până când roşeața a dispărut complet.

În cazul utilizării incorecte, produsul poate cauza

arsuri chiar și la temperaturi scăzute.

Urmați instrucțiunile şi monitorizați în mod regulat locul

de aplicare.

Facilitați circulația aerului peste centura termică şi nu

folosiți nicio presiune, de exemplu, prin aceea că staţi

culcat pe centura termică sau purtaţi o curea strânsă/

îmbrăcăminte strânsă pe corp peste centura termică sau

vă sprijiniţi de o suprafaţă tare.

Nu-l utilizați mai mult de 8 ore pe zi (= perioadă de 24

de ore) în acelaşi loc.

În cazul în care centura termică devine ﬁerbinte în mod

neplăcut sau produce o erupție pe piele, opriți imediat

utilizarea lui.

Utilizarea ar trebui să se facă cu o monitorizare atentă la

persoane care nu pot îndepărta singure produsul, ca de

exemplu, persoane în vârstă sau cu dizabilități locomotorii.

În cazul unor simptome persistente sau care se agravea-

ză, consultați un medic.

Nu utilizați centura termică în timpul somnului.

Nu o utilizați în altă zonă a corpului decât în cea a

abdomenului sau în zona lombară sau în zona şoldului.

În caz de piele sensibilă sau matură purtaţi o îmbrăcă-

minte sub centura termică.

Restricţii de utilizare

Vă rugăm să contactați medicul sau farmacistul

dumneavoastră înainte de utilizarea acestui produs

dacă:

• suferiți de o circulaţie sanguină proastă sau de o boală de

inima,

• suferiţi de diabet,

• suferiți de leziuni ale nervilor sau de o boală a funcțiilor

senzoriale,

• suferiți de o boală de piele,

• suferiți de artrită reumatoidă sau sunteți gravidă.

Nicio utilizare:

• la copii până la vârsta de 12 ani;

• în timpul somnului,

• în caz de dureri menstruale sau sindrom de colon iritabil,

• în combinație cu creme, unguente, loțiuni sau spray-uri care

sunt aplicate pe piele şi, de asemenea, nici în combinație cu

resp. în apropiere de alte surse de căldură,

• în combinație cu resp. în apropiere de alte surse de căldură,

• în locuri unde sunt prezente înroşiri, inﬂamații, ﬁsuri ale pielii,

echimoze sau iritări ale pielii,

• în locuri ale corpului în care căldura este imperceptibilă,
