Consignes de sécurité importantes – à conserver pour
toute utilisation ultérieure
Afi n de profi ter au maximum de tous les avantages o erts par le
thermomètre médical, nous vous conseillons de lire attentivement
le mode d’emploi avant utilisation, de le conserver pour les utilisa-
tions ultérieures et de le rendre accessible à d’autres utilisateurs.
•
Le thermomètre est exclusivement destiné à la mesure de la
température du corps humain.
•
Ne pas laisser le thermomètre entre les mains des enfants sans
surveillance.
•
Avant toute nouvelle utilisation, vérifi er que le thermomètre n’est
ni endommagé ni usé. Les thermomètres endommagés ou usés
ne doivent plus être utilisés.
•
La durée de mesure minimale jusqu’au signal sonore doit être
respectée sans exception. Informer votre médecin des valeurs de
température obtenues.
•
Le thermomètre médical contient des composants électroniques
sensibles. Il convient donc de le protéger contre les chocs, les
courbures, les températures élevées ou les rayons directs du soleil.
•
Ce thermomètre est équipé d’une pointe fl exible, ce qui le rend
plus confortable et sûr, en particulier en cas d’utilisation sur de
jeunes enfants, des personnes endormies ou des personnes
handicapées mentales. Ne pliez pas la pointe à plus de 90 ° !
•
L’utilisation du thermomètre à proximité de forts champs
électromagnétiques, comme par exemple à côté d’un téléphone
portable, peut entraîner des dysfonctionnements.
•
Lors de la mise en marche, le thermomètre e ectue un auto-test.
Il n’est donc pas nécessaire de contrôler la précision de mesure à
intervalles réguliers.

Méthodes de mesure : Mesure de la température dans
l’anus (mesure rectale)
Cette méthode est la plus fi able et la plus précise. Introduire dou-
cement la pointe du thermomètre 2 à 3 cm dans le rectum.
La mesure ne dure que 45 secondes env. pour cet emplacement
avec ce thermomètre. La fi n de la mesure est indiquée par un
signal sonore.
Mesure de la température dans la cavité buccale (mesure
orale)
Pour ce faire, introduire la pointe du thermomètre dans l’une des
deux poches de chaleur située sous la langue, à gauche ou à droite
de la racine de la langue.
Mesure de la température sous l’aisselle (mesure axillaire)
Cette méthode de mesure n’est pas très précise et n’est donc pas
recommandée d’un point de vue médical.

Utilisation
Pour allumer le thermomètre, appuyez brièvement sur la touche
MARCHE/ARRET. Un bref signal sonore indique que l’appareil est
allumé. Le thermomètre e ectue ensuite un contrôle automatique
pendant environ 2 secondes. Tous les segments de l’a chage sont
alors visibles. Puis la mention « Lo °C » ou la valeur de la dernière
mesure prise apparaît brièvement à l’écran. S’a che ensuite la
valeur de référence de 37 °C. Après relâchement de la touche,
l’unité de mesure « °C » clignote et la mention « Lo °C » s’a che à
l’écran. Le thermomètre est prêt à l’emploi.
Pendant la mesure, la température actuelle s’a che et le symbole
« °C » clignote. La mesure est prise lorsque la température est
stabilisée. Un signal sonore (10 longs bips) se fait entendre, le
symbole « °C » clignote et la valeur de la température mesurée
s’a che. Si la température mesurée reste inférieure à 32 °C,
l’unité de mesure « °C » clignote et la mention « Lo °C » s’a che
à l’écran. Des valeurs supérieures comme par exemple 32,1 °C
s’a chent directement. Si aucune mesure n’apparait après env.
15 secondes, cela signifi e que la température est toujours inférieure
à 32 °C, un signal sonore retentit à plusieurs reprises et la mention
« Lo °C » s’a che à l’écran. Dès que la température dépasse à
37,8 °C, un signal d’alarme se fait entendre (30 tonalités brèves en
10 secondes).

Om optimaal gebruik te kunnen maken van de functies van de

De thermometer is uitsluitend bedoeld voor het meten van de
lichaamstemperatuur van mensen.
•
Laat kinderen het apparaat niet zonder toezicht gebruiken.
•
Controleer de thermometer voor elk gebruik op tekenen van
beschadiging of slij tage. Als de thermometer beschadigd of
versleten is, mag deze niet meer worden gebruikt.
•
De minimale meetduur tot aan het geluidssignaal moet zonder
uitzonderingen worden aangehouden. Bespreek de gemeten
waarden met uw huisarts.
•
De thermometer bevat gevoelige elektronische componenten.
Bescherm de thermometer daarom tegen stoten, buigen, hoge
temperaturen en blootstelling aan direct zonlicht.
•
Deze thermometer is voorzien van een fl exibele meetpunt en biedt
daardoor meer comfort en veiligheid bij het meten, voornamelij k bij
kleine kinderen, slapende personen of personen met een beperkt
bewustzij n. De punt mag niet verder dan 90 ° worden gebogen.
•
Het gebruik in de buurt van sterke elektromagnetische velden,
zoals naast een mobiele telefoon, kan leiden tot storingen.
•
De thermometer voert bij het inschakelen een zelftest uit. De
meetnauwkeurigheid hoeft niet te worden gecontroleerd.
•
Neem bij opvallende temperatuurresultaten onmiddellij k contact
op met uw huisarts.
•
Dit apparaat voldoet aan de Europese norm EN 60601-1-2 en
is onderworpen aan bij zondere veiligheidsmaatregelen op het
gebied van elektromagnetische verdraagzaamheid. Houd er daar-
bij rekening mee dat draagbare en mobiele HF-communicatie-
installaties dit apparaat kunnen beïnvloeden. U kunt uitgebreide

Meetmethoden: Temperatuurmeting in de anus (rectaal)
Deze meetmethode geldt als de meest betrouwbare en precieze
methode. Breng hiervoor de punt van de thermometer voorzichtig
2 – 3 cm in de anus aan. De meettij d bedraagt bij deze thermome-
ter op dit meetpunt slechts ca. 45 seconden. Zodra de meting is
voltooid, wordt dit aangegeven met een geluidssignaal.
Temperatuurmeting in de mondholte (oraal)
Breng hiervoor de punt van de thermometer in een van de twee
warmtezakjes onder de tong of naast de tongwortel aan.
Temperatuurmeting in de okselholte (axillair)
Deze meetmethode is relatief onnauwkeurig en kan daarom vanuit
medisch perspectief niet worden aangeraden.

Gebruik
Druk kort op de AAN/UIT-toets om het instrument in te schakelen.
Er klinkt een kort geluidssignaal ter bevestiging dat het instrument
wordt ingeschakeld. Allereerst wordt er door de thermometer ca.
2 sec. een zelftest uitgevoerd. Hierbij worden alle segmenten op het
display weergegeven. Daarna verschij nt kort “Lo °C” c.q. de laatst
gemeten waarde in beeld. Vervolgens wordt de referentiewaarde
van 37 °C weergegeven. Zodra de toets wordt losgelaten, knippert
het meetsymbool “°C” en wordt op het display “Lo °C” weergege-
ven. De thermometer is klaar voor gebruik. Tij dens de meting wordt
de actuele temperatuur continu weergegeven en knippert het “°C”-
teken. De meting wordt beëindigd zodra er een stabiele tempera-
tuur is bereikt. Er klinkt een akoestisch signaal (10 lange pieptonen),
het “°C”-teken knippert niet meer en de gemeten temperatuur-
waarde wordt weergegeven. Zolang de gemeten temperatuur lager
is dan 32 °C blij ft het meetsymbool “°C” knipperen en wordt op het
display “Lo °C” weergegeven. Hogere waarden worden meteen
weergegeven, bij v. 32,1 °C. Wanneer na ca. 15 sec. geen meting
plaatsvindt, d.w.z. als de temperatuur lager blij ft dan 32 °C, klinkt er
meerdere malen een geluidssignaal en verschij nt er op het display
“Lo °C”. Wanneer er temperaturen van meer dan 37,8 °C worden
gemeten, klinkt er een koortsalarm (30 korte pieptonen binnen
10 seconden). Wanneer er temperaturen van meer dan 43,0 °C
worden gemeten, verschij nt het symbool “Hi °C” op het display. De
meettij d is in vergelij king met reguliere thermometers beduidend
verkort en bedraagt bij de rectale meting slechts ca. 45 seconden.
Door de meetduur te verlengen tot na het geluidssignaal kunnen
nauwkeurigere meetresultaten worden bereikt. Bij metingen in de

Prima di ogni nuovo impiego, controllare che il termometro non
presenti segni di danni o usura. Non utilizzare termometri dan-
neggiati o usurati.
•
Rispettare senza eccezioni la durata minima di misurazione fi no
alla comparsa del segnale acustico. Comunicare i risultati al
medico curante.
•
Il termometro contiene componenti elettroniche sensibili. Si rac-
comanda pertanto di proteggerlo da urti, piegature, temperature
elevate o raggi solari diretti.
•
Questo termometro è dotato di un punta fl essibile che garantisce
un maggiore comfort e più sicurezza durante la misurazione,
in particolare in bambini piccoli, pazienti addormentati o semi-
coscienti. Non piegare la punta oltre 90 °!
•
Il funzionamento in prossimità di forti campi elettromagnetici,
come ad esempio un telefono cellulare, può causare anomalie di
funzionamento.
•
All’accensione, il termometro esegue un auto-test. Non è neces-
sario controllare la precisione della misurazione.
•
In caso di temperature anomale, rivolgersi immediatamente al
proprio medico curante.
•
Questo apparecchio è conforme alla norma europea EN60601-1-2
ed è sottoposto a misure speciali concernenti la compatibilità
elettromagnetica. Tener presente che dispositivi di comunicazione
portatili e mobili ad alta frequenza possono infl uenzare questo

Metodi di misura:
Misurazione della temperatura nell’ano (rettale)
Questo metodo di misura è il più a dabile e preciso. Introdurre con
precauzione la punta del termometro nell’anno di 2 – 3 cm.
La misurazione in questo sito con il presente termometro richiede
solo 45 secondi circa. La fi ne della misurazione viene indicata con
un segnale sonoro.
Misurazione della temperatura in bocca (orale)
Introdurre la punta del termometro in una delle due cavità sotto la
lingua o accanto alla radice linguale.
Misurazione della temperatura sotto l’ascella (ascellare)
Questo metodo di misura è relativamente impreciso e non può
pertanto essere raccomandato dal punto di vista medico

Modalità d’uso
Per accendere premere brevemente il tasto ON/OFF. L’accensio-
ne è confermata da un breve segnale acustico. In primo luogo, il
termometro esegue un autotest per circa 2 secondi. In questa fase
sono visibili tutti i segmenti dell’indicazione. Sul display compare
quindi brevemente
„
Lo °C“ o il valore dell’ultima misurazione ef-
fettuata. Successivamente, appare il valore di riferimento di 37 °C.
Dopo aver rilasciato il pulsante, lampeggia il simbolo
„
°C“ ed il di-
splay visualizza
„
Lo °C“. Il termometro è pronto a misurare. Durante
la misurazione, viene visualizzata continuamente la temperatura
attuale e il simbolo
„
°C“ lampeggia. La misurazione si conclude
quando è stata raggiunta una temperatura stabile. Risuona un se-
gnale acustico (10 bip lunghi), il simbolo
„
°C“ smette di lampeggia-
re e il display visualizza il valore misurato della temperatura. Finché
la temperatura misurata è inferiore a 32 °C, lampeggia il simbolo
di misurazione
„
°C“ ed il display visualizza
„
Lo °C“. Valori superiori
vengono indicati direttamente, ad es. 32,1 °C. Se per circa 15 se-
condi non vengono e ettuate misurazioni, cioè se la temperatura
rimane inferiore a 32 °C, risuona ripetutamente un segnale acustico
ed il display visualizza

Lo °C“. In caso di temperature superiori a
37,5 °C, risuona un segnale di allarme (30 brevi bip in 10 secondi).
Se vengono misurate temperature superiori a 43,0 °C, compare il
simbolo
„
Hi º“. Il tempo di misurazione è enormemente ridotto ri-
spetto ai termometri convenzionali, e nella misurazione rettale dura
circa solo 45 secondi. Prolungando la durata di misurazione oltre al
segnale acustico, si ottengono risultati più precisi. Quando si ese-

Τo θερ ετρo περιέχει ευαίσθητα ηλεκτρoνικά έρη. Γι’ αυτό
πρoστατέ-ψτε τo από κρoύσεις, κάψεις, υψηλές θερ0κρασίες ή
άεση ηλιακή ακτινoβoλία.
•
Τo συγκεκριένo θερόετρo είναι εφoδιασένo ε ία εύκαπτη
ύτη έτρησης και ως εκ τoύτoυ εξασφαλίζει εγαλύτερη άνεση και
ασζάλεια κατά τη έτρηση, ιδιαίτερα σε ικρά παιδιά,σε άτoα πoυ
κoιoύνται ή σε άτoα ε περιoρισένη συναίσθηση. Απαγoρεύεται η
κάψη της ύτης σε κλίση εγαλύτερη των 90 °!
•
Η λειτoυργία στην περιoχή ισχυρών ηλεκτρoαγνητικών πεδίων,
όπως π.χ. δίπλα σε κινητό τηλέφωνo, πoρεί να oδηγήσει σε
λειτoυργικές διαταραχές.
•
Μετά τη θέση σε λειτoυργία τo θερόετρo εκτελεί ία αυτoδoκιή.
Έλεγχoς της ακρίβειας έτρησης δεν είναι απαραίτητoς.
•
Σε περίπτωση ασυνήθιστων ενδεί&εων θερ κρασίας απευθυνθείτε
άεσα στ γιατρ σας.
•
Η συσκευή αυτή πληρoί την ευρωπαϊκή πρ διαγραφή EN60601-1-2
και υπόκειται σε ιδιαίτερα πρoστατευτικά έτρα όσoν αφoρά την
ηλεκτρoαγνητική συβατότητα. Πρέπει να γνωρίζετε, ότι φoρητές
και κινητές συσκευές επικ ινωνίας HF πoρoύν να επηρεάσoυν αυτήν

Μέθoδoι μέτρησης:
Μέτρηση θερμoκρασίας στo oρθό (από τoυ oρθoύ)
Αυτή η έθoδoς έτρησης είναι η πιo αξιόπιστη και ακριβέστερη.
Για τoν σκoπό αυτό εισάγετε τη ύτη τoυ θερόετρoυ πρoσεκτικά
2 – 3 cm έσα στo oρθό. O χρόνoς έτρησης σ’ αυτό τo θερόετρo
ανέρχεται σ’ αυτόν τoν τόπo έτρησης όνo περ. 45 δευτερόλεπτα. Τo
τέλoς τoυ χρόνoυ έτρησης σηατoδoτείται ε ια ηχητική ένδειξη.
Μέτρηση θερμoκρασίας στη στoματική κoιλότητα (στoματικά)
Για τoν σκoπό αυτό εισάγετε τη ύτη τoυ θερόετρoυ σε ία εκ των
δύo θερoθυλάκων κάτω από τη γλώσσα ή δίπλα στη ρίζα της γλώσσας.
Μέτρηση θερμoκρασίας στη μασχάλη (μασχαλιαία)
Αυτή η έθoδoς έτρησης είναι σχετικά ανακριβής και ως εκ τoύτoυ δεν
συνιστάται από ιατρικής άπoψης.

Τρόπoς χρήσης
Για την ενεργoπoίηση πατάτε σύντoα τo πλήκτρo ON/OFF. Μια
σύντoη ηχητική ένδειξη επιβεχαιώνει την ενεργoπoίηση. Κατ’ αρχήν τo
θερόετρo εκτελεί για περ. 2 δευτερόλεπτα έναν αυτoέλεγχo. Κατά τη
διαδικασία αυτή όλα τα τήατα της ένδειχης είναι oρατά. Στη συνέχεια
εφανίζεται σύντoα η ένδειχη „Lo °C“ ή η τιή της τελευταίας έτρη-
σης στην oθόνη. Στη συνέχεια εφανίζεται η τιή αναφoράς των 37 °C.
Μετά την ελευθέρωση τoυ πλήκτρoυ αναχoσχήνει τo σύχoλo έτρησης
„°C“ και στην oθόνη απεικoνίζεται η ένδειχη „Lo °C“. Τo θερόετρo
είναι έτoιo για έτρηση. Κατά τη διάρκεια της έτρησης απεικoνίζεται
συνεχώς η τρέχoυσα θερoκρασία και αναχoσχήνει η ένδειχη „°C“.
Η έτρηση έχει oλoκληρωθεί, όταν έχει επιτευχθεί ια σταθερότητα της
θερoκρασίας. Ακoύγεται ένα ακoυστικό σήα (10 ηχητικές ενδείχεις
εγαλύτερης διάρκειας), η ένδειχη „°C“ δεν αναχoσχήνει πλέoν και
απεικoνίζεται η ετρηένη θερoκρασία. Για όσo διάστηα η ετρηένη
θερoκρασία είναι χαηλότερη από 32 °C, αναχoσχήνει τo σύχoλo
έτρησης „°C“ και στην oθόνη απεικoνίζεται η ένδειχη „Lo °C“. Υψηλό-
τερες τιές απεικoνίζoνται απευθείας, π.χ. 32,1 °C. Εάν ετά από περ.
15 δευτερόλεπτα δεν εκτελεστεί καιά έτρηση, δηλαδή η θερoκρασία
παραένει χαηλότερη των 32 °C, ακoύγεται περισσότερες φoρές ια
ηχητική ένδειχη και στην oθόνη εφανίζεται η ένδειχη „Lo °C“. όταν
ετριoύνται θερoκρασίες πάνω από τoυς 37,8 °C, ακoύγεται ένα
αλάρ πυρετoύ (30 σύντoες ηχητικές ενδείχεις σε 10 δευτερόλεπτα)
Εάν ετριoύνται θερoκρασίες πάνω από 43,0 °C, τότε εφανίζεται τo
σύχoλo για „Hi °C“. O χρόνoς έτρησης σε σύγκριση ε τα συχατικά
θερόετρα είναι πoλύ σύντooς και ανέρχεται σε έτρηση στo oρθό

Important safety information – retain for later use
In order to make optimum use of all the merits of the clinical
thermometer, you should carefully read the operating instructions

Using the thermometer in strong electromagnetic fi elds such as

Measurement in the mouth cavity (oral)
For this purpose, guide the tip of the thermometer carefully into one

the root of the tongue.
Measurement of temperature in the armpit (axillary)
This method of measurement is relatively inaccurate. Therefore, it
cannot be recommended from a medical point of view.

Use
Press the On/O switch to turn the unit on. A short acoustic signal
will announce that it is switched on. The thermometer will carry out
a self-test for about 2 seconds. During the self-test all segments
of the display will be visible. Then “Lo °C” or the value of the last
measurement will appear in the display. Then the reference value of
37 °C will appear. When you release the button the fl ashing symbol
“°C” appears and “Lo °C” is shown on the display. The thermo-
meter is now ready for use. During the measurement, the current
temperature is displayed continuously, and the “°C” symbol fl ashes
on and o . The measurement is completed when a stable tempera-
ture has been reached. An acoustic signal (10 long beeps) sounds,
the “°C” symbol stops fl ashing and the measured temperature is
displayed. So long as the temperature is less than 32 °C, the “°C”
symbol continues to fl ash and “Lo °C” is shown on the display.
Higher values are displayed directly, e.g. 32.1 °C. If there is no
measurement after about 15 seconds, i.e. the temperature remains
below 32 °C, an acoustic signal sounds several times and the
display shows “Lo °C”. If temperatures over 37.8 °C are measured,
a fever alarm (30 short beeps in 10 seconds) sounds. If tempera-
tures over 43.0 °C are measured, the symbol for “Hi °C” appears.
The measurement time is very quick compared to conventional
thermometers and is only 45 seconds for the rectal measurement.
More accurate measurements are possible by extending the
measurement time beyond the acoustic signal. For measurements
in the armpits the recommended measurement time should be
maintained in spite of the acoustic signal. To prolong the life of the

Si la température dépasse 43,0 °C, le symbole « Hi °C » apparaît. Le
temps de mesure est largement inférieur à celui des thermomètres
habituels ; ce temps de mesure n’est que de 45 secondes pour des
mesures rectales. Un prolongement de la durée de mesure après
le signal sonore permet d’obtenir des résultats plus précis. Pour
des mesures au niveau du creux de l’aisselle, il est recommandé de
prolonger ce temps de mesure malgré le signal sonore. Pour aug-
menter la durée de vie de la pile, veuillez éteindre le thermomètre
en appuyant brièvement sur la touche MARCHE/ARRET. Au bout
de 10 minutes environ, le thermomètre s’éteint automatiquement.
Mémoire
La dernière valeur mesurée est automatiquement mise en mémoire.
Pour a cher la valeur de mesure qui se trouve en mémoire,
appuyer sur la touche MARCHE/ARRET et maintenir la touche
enfoncée pendant plus de 3 secondes.
Le symbole M pour mémoire s’a che à côté de la valeur de mesure.
Exemple : 37,5 °C. Dès que vous lâchez le bouton MARCHE/ARRET,
l’indication de la température mesurée s’éteint, la valeur de référence
de 37,0 °C s’a che et le thermomètre est de nouveau prêt à l’emploi.
Remplacement des piles
Le thermomètre médical contient une pile longue durée alcali
manganèse (LR 41, 1,55 V) utilisable 2 ans environ. La pile doit être
changée quand « T » s’a che sur le bord inférieur droit. Des doigts,
comprimez le couvercle du compartiment à piles à l’extrémité du
thermomètre et tirez-le fortement vers l’arrière. Retirez la pile usée
et remplacez-la par une pile du même type. Le pôle + de la pile doit
être dirigé vers le haut. Ensuite adaptez le couvercle du comparti-
ment à piles sur le thermomètre.
Les piles usagées n’ont pas leur place dans les ordures ménagères.
Ramener les chez votre revendeur d’appareils électro-ménagers ou
au lieu de collecte local. La loi vous oblige d’eliminer les piles.
Remarque : Vous trouverez les symboles suivants sur
les piles contenant des substances toxiques : Pb = pile
contenant du plomb, Cd = pile contenant du cadmium,
Hg= pile contenant du mercure. Pour ces piles : Pb, Hg.
Entretien/Désinfection
Le thermomètre est parfaitement étanche à l’eau et peut être
immergé dans l’eau ou dans une solution désinfectante sans
problème aucun. Le thermomètre ne doit en aucun cas être placé
dans l’eau bouillante ! Utiliser l’un des désinfectants énumérés ci-
dessous, conformément aux indications du fabricant.
D’autres produits ou méthodes de nettoyage peuvent occasionner
des dysfonctionnements ou endommager l’appareil.

Conservation/Elimination
En cas de non utilisation du thermomètre, le conserver dans son
étui d’origine.
Au bout de 2 ans, l’appareil doit subir un contrôle technique
(calibrage). Veuillez envoyer l’appareil complet à votre revendeur ou
au service après-vente.
Veuillez éliminer l’appareil suivant la directive relative aux

thermometer na het gebruik uit te schakelen en zo de levensduur
van de batterij te verlengen. Wanneer de thermometer niet wordt
gebruikt, wordt deze na tien minuten automatisch uitgeschakeld.
Geheugen
De laatste meetwaarde wordt automatisch opgeslagen. Houd bij
het inschakelen de AAN/UIT-toets langer dan 3 sec. ingedrukt om
deze waarde weer te geven.
Naast de meetwaarde wordt het geheugensymbool weergegeven,
bij v. 37,5 °C. Wanneer de AAN/UIT-toets wordt losgelaten, wordt de
meetwaarde verwij derd. De referentiewaarde van 37,0 °C verschij nt
kort in beeld en de thermometer is weer klaar voor gebruik.
Batterij vervangen
De koortsthermometer bevat een duurzame alkalinebatterij (LR 41,
1,55 V), die ca. 2 jaar meegaat. Wanneer het symbool “T” rechtson-
der op de rand verschij nt, moet de batterij worden vervangen. Druk
het deksel van het batterij compartiment aan het uiteinde van het
apparaat met de vingers samen en trek het naar achteren van het
apparaat af. Haal de oude batterij uit het apparaat en vervang deze
door een batterij van hetzelfde type. Het “+”-teken op de batterij
moet naar boven wij zen. Plaats vervolgens het deksel van het bat-
terij compartiment weer op de behuizing.
Lege batterij en horen niet thuis in de afvalbak. Deponeer ze bij uw
elektrohandelaar of de milieudienst in uw woonplaats. U bent
wettelij k verplicht de batterij en correct te verwij deren.
Aanwij zing: deze symbolen kunt u aantre en op bat-
terijen met schadelijke sto en: Pb = batterij bevat lood,
Cd = batterij bevat cadmium, Hg = batterij bevat kwik.

Reiniging/desinfectie
De thermometer is 100% waterdicht en kan voor het reinigen c.q.
desinfecteren zonder problemen in water of desinfecterend middel
worden ondergedompeld.
De thermometer mag niet worden uitgekookt. Gebruik een van de
hierna genoemde desinfecterende middelen volgens de aanwij -
zingen van de fabrikant. Andere reinigingsmiddelen of methoden
kunnen leiden tot storingen of beschadiging van het apparaat.

Lysoformin, Aseptisol.
Opbergen/verwij deren
Berg de thermometer op in de originele beschermhuls, wanneer u
de thermometer niet gebruikt. Het instrument moet na 2 jaar
meettechnisch worden gecontroleerd (geij kt). Stuur hiertoe het
instrument in zij n geheel naar de dealer of het servicepunt.

malgrado il segnale acustico. Per prolungare la durata in servizio
delle batterie, spegnere il termometro dopo la misurazione premen-
do brevemente il tasto ON/OFF. In caso contrario, il termometro si
spegne automaticamente dopo circa 10 minuti.
Memoria
L’ultimo valore misurato viene memorizzato automaticamente. Per
visualizzare il valore memorizzato premere il tasto ON/OFF per
più di 3 secondi. Oltre al valore misurato, compare il simbolo della
memoria, ad es. „37,5 °C“. Rilasciando il pulsante ON/OFF si can-
cella il valore misurato, appare brevemente il valore di riferimento di
37,0 °C ed il termometro è nuovamente pronto a misurare.
Sostituzione delle batterie
Il termometro clinico contiene una batteria alcalina al manganese di
lunga durata (LR 41, 1,55 V), con un’autonomia di circa 2 anni. La
batteria deve essere sostituita quando appare la lettera „T“ nel
margine inferiore destro. Comprimere con le dita il coperchio del
vano batteria all’estremità dell’apparecchio e tirarlo con forza
all’indietro. Estrarre la batteria esausta e sostituirla con una batteria
dello stesso tipo. Il segno + sulla batteria deve essere rivolto verso
l’alto. Riapplicare quindi il coperchio sul vano batteria. Non gettare
le batterie usate nei rifi uti domestici. Siete tenuti per legge a
smaltire le vecchie batterie tramite il vostro rivenditore o negli
appositi centri di raccolta locali.
Avvertenza: sulle batterie contenenti sostanze pericolose
sono riportati i seguenti simboli: Pb = la batteria contiene
piombo, Cd = la batteria contiene cadmio, Hg = la batteria
contiene mercurio. Queste batterie contengono Pb, Hg.
Pulizia/Disinfezione
Il termometro è completamente impermeabile e può essere immer-
so senza problemi nell’acqua o in soluzioni disinfettante. Non bollire
il termometro in nessun caso! Utilizzare uno dei disinfettanti elencati
di seguito, seguendo le istruzioni del produttore. Altri detergenti o
metodi possono causare anomalie di funzionamento o danni allo
strumento.

oφείλει να τηρείται η συνιστώενη διάρκεια της έτρησης πάρα την
ηχητική ένδειχη. Για την επιήκυνση της διάρκειας ζωής των παταριών
παρακαλείσθε να απενεργoπoιείτε ετά τη έτρηση τo θερόετρo ε
τo σύντoo πάτηα τoυ πλήκτρoυ ON/OFF. ιαφoρετικά απενεργoπoι-
είτε αυτόατα τo θερόετρo ετά από περ. 10 λεπτά.
Μνήμη
Η τελευταία τιή έτρησης αποθηκεύεται αυτόατα. Για να εφανιστεί
η αποθηκευένη τιή έτρησης, πιέστε το πλήκτρο ON/OFF για
περισσότερο από 3 δευτερόλεπτα. ίπλα στη ετρηθείσα τιή εφανί-
ζεται τo σύβoλo νήης, π.χ. „37,5 °C“.

Αλλαγή μπαταρίας
Το θερόετρο περιλαβάνει ια αλκαλική παταρία αγγανίου α-
κράς διαρκείας (LR 41, 1,55 V) που επαρκεί για περίπου 2 έτη. Η πα-
ταρία πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί αν εφανιστεί „T“ στο κάτω δεξιό
άκρο. Συπιέστε ε τα δάχτυλα το κάλυα της θήκης παταριών στο
άκρο της συσκευής και τραβήξτε το δυνατά προς τα πίσω για να το
αφαιρέσετε. Αφαιρέστε την παλιά παταρία και αντικαταστήστε την ε
καινoύργια τoυ ιδίoυ τύπoυ. Τo σύβoλo + στην παταρία πρέπει να
δείχνει πρoς τα πάνω. Στη συνέχεια ανακλείστε τoν χώρo παταρίας.
Πρoσέξτε να κoυπώσει τo κλείθρo.
Oι άδειες παταρίες δεν απoτελoύν oικιακά απoρρίατα. Η σύφωνα
ε τις νoικές διατά εις απόσυρση των παταριών είναι υπoχρεωτική.
Μπoρείτε να τις παραδίδετε στo ειδικό κατάστηα ηλεκτρικών ειδών ή
στo τoπικό Κέντρo Συλλoγής Πρώτων Υλών.
Υπόδειξη: Τα παρακάτω σύβολα θα τα βρείτε σε παταρί-

Καθαρισμός /Απoλύμανση

ή αντίστoιχα για την απoλύανση να βυθιστεί άφoβα σε νερό ή σε
απoλυαντικό διάλυα. Τo θερόετρo δεν πρέπει σε καία περίπτω-
ση να απoλυανθεί ε βρασό! Χρησι π ιείτε ένα από τα παρακάτω
απoλυαντικά σύφωνα ε τα στoιχεία τoυ παρασκευαστή. Άλλα

Εγγύηση / Σέρβις
Παρέχουε εγγύηση 3 ετών από την ηεροηνία αγοράς για σφάλατα
υλικού και κατασκευής του προϊόντος. Η εγγύηση δεν ισχύει:

Σε περίπτωση βλαβών, οι οποίες οφείλονται σε η ορθή χρήση.
•
Για εξαρτήατα που εκθέτονται σε φθορά.
•
Για ελλείψεις, τις οποίες ο πελάτης δεν γνωστο- ποίησε κατά την αγορά.
•
Σε περίπτωση που ευθύνεται ο πελάτης.
Oι νοικές αξιώσεις του πελάτη δεν επηρεάζεται από την εγγύηση.
Για αξίωση εγγυοδοσίας εντός του χρόνου απόδο- σης εγγύησης,
πρέπει ο πελάτης να υποβάλει το πιστοποιητικό αγοράς.
Η εγγύηση ισχύει για χρονικό διάστηα της τάξης των 3 ετών από την
ηεροηνία αγοράς ενώπιον της

περίπτωση ανοίγατος ή παραποίησης παύει να ισχύει η αξίωση
εγγυοδοσίας. εν παραχωρούνται συπληρωατικά δικαιώατα στον
πελάτη (λόγω εγγύησης). Σε πολλές περιπτώσεις αιτία για διααρ-
τυρίες αποτελούν σφάλατα χειρισού. Αυτά πορούν να αποκατα-

On/O key after the measurement. Otherwise the thermometer will
automatically switch o after 10 minutes.
Memory
The last measured value will be stored automatically. In order to
display the stored temperature, press the On/O key for longer than
3 seconds.
Next to the measured value the storage symbol will appear, e.g.
37.5 °C.
When the On/O button is released, the measured value is deleted,
the reference value of 37,0 °C reappears briefl y and the thermom-
eter is again ready for use.
Changing the battery
The clinical thermometer contains a long-life alkali-manganese
battery (LR 41, 1.55 V), which will last for approx. 2 years. The
battery has to be replaced when ‘T’ appears in the bottom right
corner of the display. Press down the battery cover at the end of
the device with your fi ngers and then pull it fi rmly back. Remove the
old battery and replace it with a battery of the same type. The +
sign on the battery must point upwards. Then put the battery cover
back onto the case. Used batteries do not belong in the regular
domestic refuse. Dispose of them through your local dealer for
electric goods or your local depot for special waste. You are legally
obliged to dispose of the batteries.
Note: Batteries containing pollutant substances are
marked as follows: Pb = Battery contains lead, Cd = Bat-
tery contains cadmium, Hg = Battery contains mercury.
These batteries contain mercury (Hg) and lead (Pb).
Cleaning/Disinfection
The thermometer is 100% water-proof. For the purpose of cleaning
or disinfection, it can be dipped into water or disinfectant without
any di culties.
Under no circumstances should the thermometer be boiled! Use
one of the following disinfectants in accordance with the manufac-
turer’s instructions. Other cleaning agents or methods could impair
the function of the thermometer or damage it.

Storage/Disposal
When you are not using the thermometer, please retain it in the
original protective cover. The device must be tested for accuracy
(calibrated) after 2 years. Please send the complete device to the
dealer’s or service address.
Please dispose of the device in accordance with the direc-
tive 2002/96/EG – WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment). If you have any queries, please refer to the local
authorities responsible for waste disposal.

Warranty/Service centre
We provide a 3-year warranty covering faults in materials or manu-
facture of the product from the purchase date.
The warranty does not cover:
•
Damage resulting from improper use.
•
Wear parts.
•
Defects that were known to the customer at the time of purchase.
•
Damage for which the customer was responsible.
This warranty does not a ect the customer‘s legal rights.
The customer must provide proof of purchase in order for any war-
ranty claims within the warranty period to be honoured.
Claims under the warranty within a period of 3 years from the date
of purchase are honoured by

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer has the right to have
the goods repaired by our own workshop or a workshop authorised
by use. The device must not be opened for any reason. Opening or
modifying the device invalidates the warranty.
This warranty does not grant any additional rights to the customer.
In many cases the reason for complaints is operating errors. They
can be easily corrected by telephone.
