Sol-Mate Window Thermometer

Thank you for purchasing the P0260 Sol-Mate Window Thermometer. This window

thermometer is solar powered and can be placed either on the inside or outside of your

window/glass door via a removable suction cup. This unit will provide you with years of service if

cared for properly. Please read these operating instructions thoroughly before use.

How to Use:

•Assembly

1.Moisten suction cup before attaching to the window or glass door for a secure seal.

Do not attach the suction cup to painted or other textured surfaces. The unit may fall

and damage may occur.

2.To use outdoors, place the suction cup on the front of the unit so that the display is

visible through the window.

3.To use indoors, place the suction cup on the back of the unit so the display is visible

when the unit is attached to the window.

4.To reverse the suction cup, slide it down and remove from the unit. Affix it on the

other side by sliding the suction cup mounting post into the slot and sliding upward.

•Set Up

1.Press the ON button to turn your thermometer on. By default the temperature display

will be in Celsius, if you wish to change it to Fahrenheit press the ON button once

more.

2.To reset your unit, press the Reset button.

3.To turn off your unit, press and hold the ON button for 5 seconds or until unit turns

off.

•Description

1.This solar powered Window Thermometer has a temperature range from -13°F to

139°F (-25°C to 59.5°C) that displays in large LCD digits.

2.The Maximum and Minimum temperature during the last 24 hours will be recorded

and displayed on the screen.

3.The temperature is updated every 8 seconds and displayed for your viewing.

4.The Temperature Trend feature displays via arrow on the display whether the

temperature has dropped or risen from the original temperature read.

•Note

1.The unit will display temperature where it is located. (e.g. Indoors = indoor

temperature). The local solar (sun) may affect temperature readings if left in direct

sunlight for too long.

2.In order to recharge the internal battery the solar panel must be exposed to direct

sunlight.
