• To prevent re danger, do not run cord behind walls,
ceilings, softs, or cabinets where it may be inaccessible
for examination.
• Cords should be visually examined periodically and
immediately replaced when any damage is noted.
• Use safety precautions. Safety eye glasses and gloves
are recommended.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock.
This plug will t in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not t fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not
t contact qualied electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug or
power supply cord in anyway.
NOTE
1. To install onto a plaster board surface, minimum thickness for plaster board is 3/8".

interference that may cause undesired operation.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Mounting surface: Surface must be at and capable of supporting the xture. If the surface is made of wall board,
we recommend that you use plastic anchors (not included). To install onto a plaster board surface, we recommend
minimum 3/8" thick and use #6 screws.
